Ordered 5lbs of grated Parmesan cheese. They shipped it in a plastic mailer with a small ice pack….to Arizona were it is 110 degrees. Cheese arrived spoiled and melted. They would not refund or replace it. Offered me a 20% coupon. Don't waste your money here. Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Poor form”

I was sold $50. Of 1 year old "fresh" espresso beans. 1 year old is "fresh"?! Whaaaat?! They said to send them back for a refund. Why? So they can resell them to an unsuspecting customer?! What's wrong with send a photo, and put them in compost, where they belong?! Horrible customer service. Not ethical. Products used:None Service Value Returns Quality
