Is superdrug.co.uk Legit?

A young lady at the Forge Retail Park, Telford called Colby made my experience worth sharing. She is a very, warm and friendly young woman, she stands out due to her genuine interest in customer needs, she has served me many times and each time I leave the store feeling good about my visit. I think she deserves special recognition for her customer care abilities.

I was browsing and a staff member called Alicia came up and asked me if I needed any assistance. She was very friendly and informative, and she also directed me to brands I hadn't considered before when I mentioned in passing that I was getting my daughter her first make-up for Christmas. Eva served me at the till and was also helpful in making sure I didn't miss out on an offer based on the products I was buying. This was at the Abbey Centre store in Belfast.

A very polite and helpful young lady called Megan served us today in the Tollgate branch at Stane Park, Colchester. My son was looking to choose an aftershave and not only did she make lots of recommendations to try as testers but was very patient when he spent a significant time coming to a final decision. Her customer service was excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows done at hayes lombardy retail Park superdrug by Parminder.she's meticulous and attentive. Doesn't took so long to make my eyebrows. I really appreciate the hygiene standard she maintained ,which make me feel safe and well cared for. Overall, the quality of service and the Friendly environment make it a top choice. Went into the Camden store as an awkward bearded man needing to buy eyeshadow, and was very fortunate to get help from Madhuri. She explained to me the different types and what I would need for various approaches, without trying to push things I didn't need. Very much appreciated.

I visited to Manchester Arndale Superdrug with my friend, we both assisted by India. She helped us in every manner, I am looking for nice setting powder and other stuff too. She advised very well and look after us. We both end up buying with our full satisfaction.

I walked into the lakeside shopping centre store just few minutes to closing and the lady at the cashier's desk by the name of Ratna, after scanning my items realised that I was entitled to a free product which neither showed on my end nor was visibly advertised yet she informed me about it, took the time to look for the item so I don't lose out on the deal. She wasn't trying to sell me an extra item, she just wanted me to have what I was entitled to. I left there feeling that I received an excellent service. Thank you Ratna.

I was struggling to find the item I needed and Richard was amazing, the item I needed was out of stock and Richard not only ordered it but also got it delivered to my house so I didn’t need to make another trip out. It’s so comforting to have good customer service and put a big smile on my face. Will definitely be back to the Thame branch soon.

Met with Mehina this morning for the first time for my eyebrow threading and tint. She was very welcoming, thorough and extremely informative of the products she was using also checking that all my details were up to date. A very pleasant experience!

I have done my ear piercing today by Meg ♥️. What a professional and dedicated individual she’s.I went around different places to do my ear piercing on a specific position but all had refused except Meg.She’s not just an excellent human being but also a brilliant beauty therapist.

I visited Superdrug in Chester Le Street today to buy makeup products. I wasn’t sure which brand to buy or which colours suits my skin tone. The lady that was there approached me to ask if I needed help and offered top customer service! Jane was not only friendly and helpful but she has professional knowledge regarding makeup, she immediately offered me products that would suit my skin complexion and type. I felt comfortable and very happy with my purchases. Thank you Jane :)

Recently had my eye brows threaded, and Sonia at Beauty Studio Shirley Southampton branch also recommended that I have a patch test so I could have a brow tint and wax. Threading was great and then at a later date, I also did a brow tint and wax, which also turned out great. Sonia did a great job and also kept me relaxed and well informed.

Purchased Calvin Kline Euthoria perfume last week , and to my shock the scent is just so weak now, plus it only last,s 10/15 mins. Not superdrug,s fault but there is something wrong as l have alway,s used this perfume for year,s never been so weak, Tried e.mailing Calvin Kline , with no reply .

Chatham Pentagon. I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time with Dimpal today. I was scared to get it done because I had never got my eyebrows done before but Dimpal reassured me and did it especially gently. I really liked how they turned out I will definitely be getting them done again, I highly recommend.

Syeda from Harlow store gave amazing customer service. She helped me out a lot. She needs either a promotion or a pay rise for how much she helps customers.
