Easy to find the tile I was looking for. Strongly recommend others to consider Arbor for your tile needs.

They had a ceiling fan. I’ve been looking for for probably six months. Finally found it on their website. Very easy to use and navigate.

I appreciate Super Arbor's prompt response time and customer service regarding my order and my email to them. The Super Arbor customer service team had emailed to me about the unfortunate unavailability of the product that I had ordered. They gave to me a couple of alternative product options to select from via email. The Super Arbor customer service team promptly updated and processed my order after I replied to their email with my new product selection.

Even after four days Super Arbor has not Shipped my order.

Everything went super smooth on the purchasing end and glad they had the flooring that I thought was discontinued.

This site was the place I found flooring that was no longer available anywhere else. It also had great pricing.

They had a perfect match to the flooring I am repairing, when Lowes has quite carrying it. Locating and checkout was a breeze.

Price is excellent and ordering was very easy. It is too early to review delivery, but Arbor did not give an expected delivery date. I will review again when I receive the product. Update: I have not heard back from multiple emails to the company. I don't believe they will ship and I asked them to cancel, although they did not respond to that either.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. Placed an order over a month ago. According to the company it takes up to 15 business days before your order ships. I’m way beyond that. After calling multiples times, multiple emails all I have is “it’s still processing”. I’m waiting on flooring for a reno project and it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. It’s a miracle if you can get anyone to answer the phone and then if you leave a message it takes 2 days to return the phone call. I have given up and placed the order through Menards.

I LOVE this company and community! I made my first (rather large) purchase and everything went perfectly! They were super communicative the entire time. I had called before purchasing and always had easy access to a real human voice, not a bunch of AI prompts. They are helpful, take time with their customers. Well, I purchased this LVP for my whole house remodel but then I needed more to put in another room. It said it was sold out and out of stock. When I saw on this website, I was happy that I was still able to get the same floor to complete the rest of the house and stairs. It was great that I found other than Lowe’s. Thank you.

I placed an order and received an email confirmation. After that, I never received any further information and waited for details when the order would be shipped. I emailed and called and got no reply.I waited on a tile project for 6 weeks in the meantime.

Just discovered Super Arbor online while searching for a discontinued Pergo product. They had it, I placed the order and will pay for it upon fullfillment... how easy and convenient is that? If I lived closer to Atlanta, I would have picked it up for free! Highly recommend ordering from Super Arbor.

I have emailed them, but they have not replied. Two discount coupons, one for 10% and the other for 20%, were provided to me. Regardless of the code I entered, neither of the available codes functioned correctly and the maximum amount was $50. Additionally, they provided a 25% discount for registering on their website, but I never got the code. There is something really fishy about this business! They never reply when I ask them why the discount codes aren't working properly, but they keep sending me sporadic emails about alternative payment options or that I forgot something in my basket. “It feels unsafe”

They have not responded to any of my emails. I was offered Two discount codes from the (one was for 15% and the other for 10%). Neither of the codes they offered worked properly and maxed out at $3.60 no matter what code i used... They also offered a 20% discount for signing up through their website and i never received that code. Something is super suspicious about this company! They Keep sending me random emails about different ways to pay or that i forgot something in my cart, but never respond to my emails asking why the discount codes are not working correct. “Just a horrible experience”

All around, just an absolutely ridiculous first time experience with this company. I ordered two vanities, picture of the product from website provided. 51 days after my purchase, my item was finally ready for delivery. I was excited to finally have an update, only to find out that SuperArbor "misquoted" my shipping charges and wanted an additional $219 for delivery. I did not want to pay this additional amount, but was told if I were to cancel that I would have to pay a 20% restocking free. It took days to get replies, and ultimately I was forced to pay an additional $119 for delivery. Once I received the item I noticed that it looks nothing at all like the photo online. You can tell from the provided photos that it is significantly darker than what the photo online looks like. Im not even sure what the return policy is for these items, but after going through this process with SuperArbor I know for a fact that I will not do business with them in the future. I'm rather disappointed because I build houses for a living and was hoping to find a reliable supplier, and instead I feel completely scammed. I ordered $200 in vinyl plank flooring, never received the item and kept being told it'll be months before it ships. Now I can't even reach anyone at this horrible company. Thankfully I have more money then I know what to do with so I have hired my best lawyers to deal with them. They have been saying it is on back order since May, I guess hoping that I will eventually cancel so they can (maybe) refund me minus 20%, per their policy. I still have not received a refund. I ordered over 400$ of goods. Kept back ordering and after months waiting saying product was discontinued they refused refund due to BS policy hidden in fine print. On top of that some of products still advertising on site today. I have reached out to AG office and BBB next do not use. Shisters! “Poor everything”

I placed a door order on 6/15 for a total of $648.99 including tax and shipping. The door was promised delivery of 9/1. Now they tell me I have to reorder the door, wait 4 more weeks and pay an additional $200. They should have delivered the door as promised at the price confirmed. I sourced the door from another supplier at the original price. I will never do business with Super Arbor again and will be happy to share my personal experience with your worthless company.

“Rain Handler Rain System”

I would highly reccomend this product. I had these on a previous house and they worked great. I you don't like the look of regular rain gutters with all the downspouts, and gushes of rain coming out of the gutters when you have heavy rains, then this is the procuct for u. “Beware! Intentionally deceitful practices”

I ordered a vanity online and after a few weeks they sent an email asking for an additional $786 in shipping. They said I put in a weight for a 36" vanity but I did not. I ordered a 48" vanity and it automatically put in a weight amount. If you click the icon it gives several weights but has no description of what they correspond to. “Unable to talk to anyone.”

Constantly received excuses (via email) for not shipping the product. After 2 weeks, I received a response that said it would be another 3-4 weeks before my order would be shipped. I sent an email to cancel the order, as I could not wait another month or longer. Their email said the cancellation would be processed. A week later I received an email that said I could not cancel, all sales are final and that the product would be shipped that day. Still waiting to receive shipping info. “Beware - this is a scam site”

Today is June 24,2023. On May 31,2023, I ordered a charcoal grill, and the shipping cost was paid. After many requests and no real person to chat with, I attempted to cancel my order. On June 15, I received a second invoice with additional shipping fees in the amount of $140.00. I have been trying to get a refund ever since, and still cannot get a straight answer from the company.

“Scammed”

I keep asking about my orders # AR******* for$178.85 and my second order #******* for $99.61. That totals $278.46 I'm not hearing anything about either order. I'm told 24-48 hours NOTHING. I gave them one star because I had to in order to leave a review. Ordered flooring and waited 3 months then followed up and was told it would be another 3 months. No one ever notified me of the delay and all of their emails seem automated - no clear answers. I cancelled the order and luckily I paid through Klarna so I received a refund. Complete waste of time and huge inconvenience when trying to schedule installers. Ordered 13 Boxes of flooring. Some of the product was already cut and had visible damage other items were manufactured wrong, the seams were cut wrong and could not be matched with other pieces. “Modern Day Thieves”

They take your money, tell you your product will ship soon and then the delays. After months of delays you ask for your money back and the say the product was discontinued and their policy is no refunds for discontinued products, meaning you get no product and they get to keep the money. Hundreds of bbb.org complaints about these guys never shipping product and truly horrible customer service. Only a matter of time before they catch some kind of fraud claim. Placed an order in August for a "Designer Series Elgin Assembled 18x34.5x23.75 in. Dual Pull Out Trash Can Base Kitchen Cabinet in White" took a month for the order to process and then wanted me to pay an additional $75.08 for shipping when I had already paid $49.99. I said since this had already been a month I wanted to cancel this order. Have been disputing this with with my credit card company and with Super Arbor ever since. They are quick to respond to the credit company about their twisted policy of they do not refund "discounted items" when I did not see anything about the item I purchased being discounted, but are non-responsive to their customers. Every email and call(If I ever get through) their response is that it will be processed within 2-3 days. This is still going on and I still do not have product or a refund. “Two months of frustration.”

Ordered flooring that has been discontinued (Lowes) for some repairs. Since shipping was calculated to be the same for one or two boxes, decided on two, just in case. Was then notified that additional cost for shipping was required. After weeks of back and forth communications and delays, was notified that payment needed updating and link was sent. No email ever received, requested t be resent multiple times. Nothing. Then received notice that order was cancelled. Still needing the flooring for repair, tried to reorder only to find out new minimum order of 10 boxes required. Who would order that much discontinued flooring? Not like it is discounted at all, full price! Tried to plead my case that the original order preceded the new minimum order requirement, only to be told they will not honor that order. No where else to find the flooring, so will live with the dents in our existing until we replace it all in the future. One thing is for sure, never going to anything Arbor again!
