Is sunnyextensions.com Legit?

I bought the sew ins worse hair I’ve ever bought. Only been in a few days sheds like crazy at this rate it will be ready to be replaced by next week. it’s knots frizzes Especially where my neck is, where it rubs it looks horrible. there are 1 million split ends already where it’s just breaking off. I lose handfuls of it every time I brush it makes me so insecure. I’ve wore sew in hair extensions for over five years and this is by far the worst I’ve ever had. It’s just so frizzy and hard to brush

This is my 4th time purchasing utip extensions. Each time I am surprised by how wonderful and natural they look. Despite the fact that I dye them darker (please make them in color #1B -brown black) and use heating tools on a daily basis, they last a full 3 months. Love them!

The hair feels so nice, but the one thing I’ll say is I was expecting more hair! I bought the 40pcs as they said that would be enough for a full head of thin hair. I say 60pcs is perfect. I do have to order more hair but I need it to come fast as I am leaving for vacation on Wednesday so, we’ll see if they can help me send it faster!As far as some tips if you’re considering tape ins, I would do the invisible tapes around the hair line and on the top of your head so if the wind blows it will only show the invisible tapes, and then buy classic tapes for underneath your sandwich as no one will ever see those and they’re cheaper! Overall I haven’t worn them yet but customer service was amazing and so nice, and the hair came quick!

I’m so disappointed. I had hand tied extensions put in yesterday and tonight I wash my hair for the first time, and literally strands of hair are just falling out. Like literal clumps of the extensions are just coming out. I haven’t even brushed through my hair either. They’re also so so so uncomfortable. I spent so much money on these, and will be getting them removed tomorrow immediately. I also had to pay so much money to have these extensions put in, and now I have to pay to take them out. I just lost so much money and it took me an entire year to put the money aside for this, as a birthday gift to myself. I’m so so disappointed. :(

I’m never one to complain but I have to complain about this. I ordered these extensions and they were BEAUTIFUL. I took them to get professionally put in and she said the tape looked weak. We put them in, i’ve had them in for 3 days and over 10 of them have already came out. I washed my hair for the first time today and it is SO frizzy. I’ve had extensions for almost 4 years now and these are the worst ones i’ve ever had. I want a refund so bad!! Can’t believe I wasted my money on these.

Was told when purchasing that shipping was 2-5 days. After ordering I received an email the next day telling me that there was a problem with the color match and that they didn't know when I would get my order. 3 days later I got an email saying that I wouldn't see my order for almost 4 weeks! I had made the purchase so I could have my hair done for my birthday. Now I am out $300.00 and will not have my order for my birthday like I had planned.

I was very surprised and pleased with the customer service and the fact I felt as if I were an important client. They solved my issue fast and generously. And the shipping was incredibly fast !! I will not being using any other company as like the product their customer service is impeccable and personable.

Customer service is terrible. I placed an order on October 21 & opted for the 3-5 day shipping. It’s November 3 & I still haven’t received my order. I’ve made several attempts to reach out to the company & the only thing they said on October 29th was that they were gonna look into it. Still nothing.

I wrote a review on here before and they are stating that I wore my extensions for a month. I started writing them two weeks after I had my extensions I took them out after a week of having them in with no response from anybody after writing or reviewing on here I was told if I took it down I would get $100 of my $400 of my extensions that I bought for my daughter and myself that knott up When they were in our hair . At this point, I do not want a gift card from them that they have offered me $70 and $30 gift cards. I am told if I take my review would’ve got 100. I do not want this to happen to anybody.

I have been a loyal customer of Sunnyextensions for quite awhile and have had the best experience. The hair does not frizz after curling and I’ve used all types of the sewin wefts offered. Customer service is great and I always receive my packages quickly. I will continue to buy my hair here and recommend to others as well.

Excellent service and quick. I ordered the wrong hair extensions and realized it as soon as I finished ordering it. The customer service department helped me find the correct size and colour and were able to change my order asap without any issues. The new hair extensions came within days of ordering and the quality it perfect.

I have gotten many hair extensions from many suppliers and Sunny hair is My Favorite! The hair in worth every penny i spent lasts for months, which at the end of the year I saved hundreds of dollars! Every month I was buying new hair from different suppliers as the hair would barely last two washes. So I am very grateful I found this supplier and I absolutely love the hair!Thank you, so much!

The color is exactly what I expected. The quality is beautiful. The hair is shinny and strong. I have used many kinds of extensions and these ones are my fav. One advice: don’t put any dry shampoo or styling products on them. Just shampoo and conditioner will do it.
