I wish I saw the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered a dress, the quality was AWFUL! Then the dress didn’t fit. Apparently, if it isn’t a valid reason for returns. Customer service was also terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely awful. I wish I saw these too prior to buying, lesson learned. Do not buy, your order will come nothing like you ordered. The dress fabric is so cheaply made. And like all the other reviews said, you can’t return it. I paid for expedited shipping and it came a month later.

Their email address is not working so you cannot return your stuff. So definitely stay away.

Do not buy from this shop! This is a scam! I waited 1.5 months for my order! Very difficult to contact the shop. When I requested a return, I was refused. Product different than in the photo (they claim it's the fault of my settings on my monitor or phone), but this is not true. They use photos with filters from instragram and therefore these products look different. Dramatic quality, zero pro-consumer approach! Not recommended!

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 dresses to try on for a wedding I was attending. I paid extra for express delivery, which cost me £13, to ensure the dresses would arrive on time however they did not and I was left without an outfit for the wedding. They arrived 3 days after the event, to which I was told that all of the dresses were non-refundable. This was not stated on the pages of any of the dresses, if this was the case I would not have ordered them. The customer service team were not at all helpful. How can you run an online clothing company when the items are non refundable? People need to be able to try on the items when they are purchased online.

AVOID Items look nothing like advertised. The quality is shocking, cheap material and cheaply made. Delivery took over double what their confirmation was, with zero communication, had to chase myself to find the order which was apparently out of stock. Refused a refund! Even after sending photos proving how bad the quality was.

AVOID! wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I purchased. Took over 2 weeks to arrived. 3 dresses squashed into zip lock bags. Quality is so cheap and poor. Once asking for a refund the company refused. Disgusting !!!

Terrible store!!! Do not buy The shipment toke over three weeks. Getting a response from ‘costumer service’ is terrible. It takes forever and it’s like talking to a robot. The clothes look nothing like the advertisement. The shapes are weird and the material is cheap! Returning it is impossible.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! delivery took over 6 weeks spent over 150€ on three dresses, when they arrived looking nothing like what was on the website, material was terrible!!! Not ‘allowed a refund as per policy’. Takes days/weeks to get a response from emails and when they do it feels like you’re talking to a robot ! This website should be reported and avoided at all costs

SCAM STORE!Cloths do not match the description. For what you pay the quality is terrible. Customer service is shocking and not helpful. See through cloths and stitching is cheap bad craftsmanship. Reported to ACCC. Hope this gets shutdown before more people gets scammed.

If i could give a 0, i would! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!!!! I bought a dress from this company and the dress is absolutely not what was advertised, it is cheap and awful material and the fit is horrendous. When asked about returning the product, I was told this will cost me a lot so they recommend I keep it. I am shocked and astounded that a company is allowed to false advertise like this and when your awful item arrives, they tell you it would cost you too much to return! Please please save your money and do not shop from here.

Terrible quality. After receiving the dress 1 month later and wanting to return it (the wedding had already passed and I had to buy another one), they told me that the delay is not a reason for return.

Please never order on this website. I ordered 2 dresses for $60 each and was massively disappointed. They were labelled as denim and cotton and I received very poorly made polyester. Also visually not at all like the pictures. They promote that they produce sustainably, I‘m laughing right now. Now I've been fighting for a refund for several weeks, but the website has a very bizarre returns policy. Please don't order!

If I could rate them a 0, I would. This company makes cheap quality dresses and are very unprofessional. I received the dress in time for the event I needed it for (I ordered about 2 months in advance), however when it came in, it was very poor quality. I emailed their only form of contact…an “info” email account, and kept receiving bot-like responses even though a person’s name was listed at the bottom. They would not read previous emails and each new response was just that…a new response still not resolving the issue and asking me to re-disclose my issue. It has been over a month now of going back and forth that I have finally engaged my credit card company for help as this company has offered me several different options for return and discounts on another dress when I have grounds for a FULL refund, but they are avoiding it in any way and again sending me new emails over again instead of replying to the contents of my response to them. (Also, didn’t apply to me, but I saw their return/refund policy in this process, and “sizing issues” or “delays in shipping” are not eligible for refunds.) so, just keep that in mind as well before wasting your money. This website has no where to leave a review on their website, instagram, or Facebook. So that is why I’m leaving one here. I have reported their account on Facebook and Instagram as financial scammers/fraud based on the experience I’ve had working with them. Please don’t fall victim to their scam like I did!

Ordered a nude military inspired dress... what is shown on the post, looks good with good finishing. And what i received but a piece of poor quality and lousy material dress with no structure and super lousy sewing skills with crooked lines, opened seams and lots of loose threads. The dress doesnt even look like it's worth $10. AND ALSO, you suddenly get no reply from them when you request for refund details. This is obviously a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!It is a total scam. I placed an order on the 30th of June, expected delivery dates were 8-10 working days. I needed the order for a wedding on the 13th of July so gave enough time for it to arrive.I contacted customer services, and chased before getting a response explaining there were issues with their courier and demand was high. I should have read the reviews before as it sounds like a broken record... The item arrived after 4 weeks and they are refusing me to return the item as it us apparently part of their returns policy and it is peak season however the summer period starts in July when kids finish from school.The item is also nothing like what is advertised online so please don't be fooled like I was.

This online shop is a fraud!!! I have placed my order 22 days ago and I still have no tracking number or any information about delivery date. Promised delivery time was 8-10 days. And of course, they can not provide a refund.

The dress looks good quality on the model, but is actually a piece of thin see through fabric. And no returns for sizing issues! Absolutely avoid. Paid nearly £50, dress couldn’t be worth more than £5, absolutely feel like I’ve been scammed.

it is a scam !! I did a complaint to ftc.gov because they refuse to reimburse me, the dress is absolutely not the one described on the website and picture.. don't order on this website !
