I WILL NEVER BUY WIGS FROM ANYONE OTHER THEN SUNBER❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️MY HAIR LOOKS GORGEOUS EVEN WHEN I FIRST WAKE UP!!! You get exactly what they advertise!!!! They send lots of emails but I don’t care lol. BEST WIGS EVER!!!! I have ordered from everyone, and they’re all overpriced and fraudulent! SUNBER GETS 5 STARS❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The fast response when I sent them the proof and it was handled in days. On top of that the hair is amazing, as an amateur wig wearer I was caught off guard when on vacation someone asked for the hair link . Of course I plugged them and happy to know there will be another happy client.

Customer service was excellent. I placed an order where I ordered the wrong hair I immediately contacted customer service who instructed me on how to return the order. I was able to return the order with no issues. I was so impressed that I placed another order and received it in about a week. They have made a repeat customer in me. I will definitely shop again..

UPDATE: As of 9/6/24, I received a phone call from a representative at Sunber to find a way to resolve this issue. I agreed to modify my review since I was informed that 4 of the seven wigs I paid for and didn't receive would be re-shipped out since I am a loyal customer. I don't understand, if they know I am a loyal customer why make me go through all these hoops? I am taking a loss on my hard-earned money and still unhappy about that. In the past, which is rare, if I ordered something and didn't get it from a company and informed them, they reissued it with no problem. In my opinion, Sunber's lengthy process for issues for loyal customers needs to improve. I was told they are also losing money by reshipping when they are a business that makes way more money than I do in a year or lifetime. I am unhappy with receiving 4 out of the seven wigs I paid for. I am losing much more than Sunber Hair.......Once I receive my replacement wigs, I am not told which ones they will be; I will modify this review then. I usually don't have many issues with my Sunber orders, and I was surprised at the difficulty in resolving this matter. I ordered wigs from different companies, and I felt Sunber was an excellent choice since I like their wigs. I ordered close to or over $1000.00. Due to my having to order from different wig companies and having a hectic life, I didn't notice that some of my packages were missing. They stated it was left in a parcel, and FedEx delivered two. I have yet to find either of these packages. I will take that loss for last year's 12/23 order. I don't have any emails for these two specific missing orders, like the ones I received when my previous Sunber orders were delivered. I tried reaching out and got some cryptic emails and text messages from customer service, but I need help finding answers. They confused me more. I gave all the case # from complaints I filed with FedEx and USPS, and they refused to replace my order, although it was supposed to be insured. They may lose me as a customer because of my missing wigs and cannot resolve them quickly. I emailed a complaint and got an answer back. I will update again when they show Good Faith for Customers, and I receive my replacement order. Please note, I am not stating that it is Sunber fault I didn't receive them, they provided proof of delivery, my point is it appears someone stoled my packages since no one seems to know including me, what happened. I do appreciate Sunber finally reaching out to me to resolve this. I hate having to lose my money to any million-dollar company.

I ordered a wig based on the picture on the website. I received it I. A timely manner but what I received looked nothing like the picture. The curl pattern is not the same, it’s thinner and the length is not correct. It should’ve been 18” no matter where you measure it but the hair was really 14”. When I contacted them about it they measured from the top of the head down which still doesn’t make the front hair 18” lol they offered me a measly $10 for compensation on a $125 wig lol. Will not be ordering from them again, they are a scam.

I’ve ordered 5 wigs so far from Sunber, and absolutely love them all. I get so many compliments on how natural they look on me. Great wigs at an even greater price! Also, customer service was very prompt and attentive, they answered my email in less than 24 hours.

Listen, this company is the bomb💣!!!!!! I had a few questions about the wig I ordered, so I emailed them and received a response immediately. I had no clue as to what type of wig I ordered and customer service broke down the differences between types of laced wigs in detail. I ordered my wig on a Saturday and today is Monday and I am even more excited to receive my wig😊

Answered all of my questions in a timely manner, even providing me with photos to help me make a decision on my order. Their customer service is superb.

I really like the unit I purchased and plan to purchase more in the future. The shipping was very quick. Upon inspecting the hair, it was soft, bouncy, with minimal shedding and there wasn’t an unusual odor. Bleaching the knots was a breeze, it didn't tangle when I washed it and it curled effortlessly.

Pssst off I ordered a wig on Dec 8 still haven’t gotten my wig yet Sunber has been paid the full price of the wig. The WhatsApp system is joke got no where with that emailed they said my hair was out of stock make another choice still haven’t gotten the hair I paid for. Yet you have my money it’s now Dec 27th past the 3 to 5 business days my hair was to arrive. Well guess what if I don’t get what I paid for Facebook, Tik Tok, instagram, YouTube and any other platforms will be hearing that your hair company takes peoples money and they receive no product I work hard my money not to give it away but to receive what I paid for.

The wig was delivered within three days after it was ordered. I washed the wig and tried it on 3 days after I received it. It is soft, Beautiful, and very natural looking. The length is perfect (20 inches). I am very pleased and plan to order from this company again.

“Horrible wig/Damaged”

I ordered the Water Wave brown wig in September from "Sunber Hair" supposedly. I washed and conditioned the wig in preparation for my sister's wedding that I'm scheduled to be in on tomorrow. Only for the wig to be matted, mangled, dreaded. I mean horrible. I cannot wear this wig and paid almost $300.00. When I realized that the actual parent company is based in Hong Kong. I realize that this wig hair is most likely dog, cat or other but it is not human hair. This is pathetic! I can't even rate this mess! And yes I emailed them and received no reply! “Disappointed…”

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a 20" kinky curly wig, thinking that I would be satisfied. A couple days later, I received the wig and I instantly regretted it. The roots were thick and full, but the ends looked very thin and damaged even after I tried to style the wig. I emailed Sunber to let them know that I wasn't satisfied with my order, that what I received looked nothing like what was presented on their website. I also let them know that I hadn't cut or alter the wig or the lace. They insisted for me to keep the wig even after telling them that I did not want it and that I only wanted to send it back to get my refund. They had a bunch of excuses. After 3 days of literally saying that I did not want their wig, they only offered me a 10$ refund…. I say all that to say DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
