Is succulentsandsunshine.com Legit?

I put in an order over 3 weeks ago and no updates have been sent about my order. I've tried contacting them on Facbook, and via email numerous times and there's been no response. I eventually found a number so tried calling and leaving messages and still nothing. It appears on FB there's other people in the same boat so be warned ordering from here. They might have been ok previously but not right now. I'm very close to contacting consumer affairs about them.

I really loved the advice as a beginner, and the foundation is solid! But, as my knowledge increased I find only bits and pieces interesting. A lot of the succulent class and e-books info is redundant, however accurate. Now, I mostly go to more advanced websites (which S&S introduced me to) or books to learn new things, to get many of my succulent questions answered. I really do enjoy Cassidy’s genuine style and the S&S community!

I have followed Cassidy Tuttle for some time and have enjoyed it. I decided to buy one {1) of the online classes for $127.00. My credit card came through as unacceptable so I corrected the mistake and found that the site was charging me for 2 classes. I found no way to change that number. I again closed the site and went back to find what I could do do to change the number of classes to 1, but the site now said 3 {three). I don't know how many classes the site decided that I wanted, but I only want ONE !!!!! I love Cassidy Tuttle but I do not love Trustpilot.

Cannot find out when my order will ship. I sent 3 emails to the Megan email no response was received. This certainly is not Amazon.

I was very disappointed in the 4 online books I purchased. I don’t think there’s enough knowledge in them at all. I don’t feel like I learned anything more than I have from the free podcast. So now I’m kicking myself for spending the $27 on the four books. 😞I was issued a refund shortly after this review. I am very interested in expanding my knowledge about succulents, I just didn’t find any new information from these books that weren’t on her podcast. Awesome customer service though.

Very reasonable price. A lot of detailed information with helpful pics. Convenient PDF download without issue. A few succulents missing from the list that I was hoping to be included but overall a really good product.

Most of the info could be found online for free. I did learn one piece of new info in the books. Pictures were gorgeous!

I love it but plants not available from you as I live in Australia

Content is easy to read and to understand. Contains a lot of informations and photos but yet not to lengthy.

Succulents are very tricky. I like that she told what ones are the easiest to buy. I didn’t want to use the dirt she suggested . Something you get at a car repair place. That part was a little weird.

I didn’t understand it was ebooks- I thought it was books. Was sorry I ordered it. Nancy

I have learned a lot about these great plants. You can propagate them very easily. So thank you for the education. And they are great for giving gifts.

great information... too much marketing

Succulents seem like the perfect "low maintenance" plants, but there is much more involved in keeping them than just putting a pot on a windowsill and watering once in a while. After killing a beautiful Jade "Money Tree" given to me by my grandmother, I abstained from plants for several decades. Now, in retirement, I'm trying again. In looking for resources I discovered Cassidy at Succulents & Sunshine. Her free videos made me realize how much I didn't know, so I went all-in on her courses. I'm only a few videos in, but already feel that I've gotten great value for the price. If you are serious about succulents this is the resource you want.

Cassidy Tuttle, founder of Succulents and Sunshine, is an amazing source of information. She is down to earth and shares her struggles and her triumphs of growing succulents. We learn from her experiences. Her recommendations of places to buy plants, planting mix, etc. are great. They are definitely tried and true. The facebook group is wonderful in that you get the knowledge of thousands of succulent and cactus owners. I highly recommend Succulents and Sunshine. But watch out, you will be hooked on succulents!!!

I was a little hesitant to pay for this course but I'm so glad I did. I really enjoy Cassidy's style, she's so friendly and accessible (online). And the community that is growing here is also very friendly. Best of all, from this course I've learned so much about succulents that I feel almost like an expert. It's also really generous that any new content added is available to us without additional charges. I'm really enjoying being a part of this community.

I really appreciate the breadth of information Cassidy shares. There is so much misinformation online (look no further than Pinterest for all of the ways to use and abuse succulents!) that it's nice to have one really good resource to turn to. I felt much more knowledgeable and confident after taking the class and would highly recommend it. I got more out of the class than I have out of all of the books and blogs I've read and the format worked really well for my learning style.
