Is stylevana.com Legit?

I ordered on 5th October and it’s now the 21st and my products have not been dispatched. All my products are in stock within 24hrs time frame as stated on their website. I have emailed endlessly and just getting repeat responses that are clearly computer generated. I have requested a refund multiple times and getting ignored. The company is a scam !

I've never had a problem with ordering or receiving packages, never had an order fail to be dispatched or delivered, and never had an issue with any products from any brand's lineup. Reading these reviews felt like peering into an alternate dimension, but perhaps it depends on your location.My only qualm is that the website's loading is slow as sin. (Also, they accidentally(?) priced a 15(?) dollar lip balm at 550 dollars just when I wanted to re-purchase it…)

I have used them multiple times and although it is a long waiting time for your order, it was never hidden that it would take so long to get to me. It was also only 2 weeks I had to wait which isn’t that bad coming from the other side of the world and it’s cheaper most of the time than UK sites.I have only ever had to contact them about cancelling one order due to me not realising a couple of items status was usually shipped in 30 working days. I was dreading this but I had a response from them (Ruth) within 12 hours and it was cancelled within 48 hours. Don’t know if it makes a difference being in the UK but cannot fault their service. If you are wanting to order check the items status before, pay through PayPal and know it will be a couple of weeks before it reaches you.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered on 04/09/24 an urgent order and paid for express shipping to receive the order ASAP. All items in my order were in stock (just ordered multiple of one item), I have sent several emails, no response. Messaged on the chat, ignored and my messages get deleted. Maybe I’ll get an answer by posting a review here.They can’t answer emails but will send you a spam email every single day of their specials.

I placed my order on September 9 and have yet to receive it. There were issues with my parcel, and no one bothered to check or inform me. Instead, I kept being told it was on the way when it clearly wasn’t. The customer service is terrible—slow responses that don't address the issue, and they denied my request for a refund, claiming it can only be issued once the parcel is returned to them, which they had the audacity to say could take months. My order was nearly $80, and I will never purchase from them again. I would strongly advise others not to, either. Stylevana customer service team - my order number is BWSVESA190143108 and don't even bother replying here and tell me to email you, you have been ignoring my last emails. Honestly the worst online purchase experiences I have ever had.

I have been sending the emails to Stylevana for past three months for an order that was sent back and was received at their warehouse. They are completely ghosting me for my refund. Despite sending several emails they either don't respond or keep offering me a credit instead of a refund. Completely opposite to their refund policy. Each time I post a review here they send a standard email asking to send an email to their support team which is useless and never responds. I feel like I have been scammed by this company and its like pulling teeth to get my money back. (Order No. 1976371)

24hrs for dispatch I'm on 96+ reached out to support, told its in packing LOL. we will see if I get it. Buy on a credit card onlyI'm in the UK using the UK websiteOrdered 11th October, all items for 24hr dispatch. On 17th October, apparently dispatched. Today I track it 19th October royal mail says the tracking number was just generated they are still expecting to receive it. Service is toooo poor

Second time ordering. Products are great. Shipping obviously takes a long time since it’s from Hong Kong to UK. There are deals on the website but I’ve just used an email deal. They add a free sample to the order which I love. Can’t complain but don’t expect a fast shipment. I also had to wait for an item to become available during my first order but they kept me updated. I think it took 4 weeks, but still worth the wait.

Worst customer service ever. It takes weeks for them to reply because they have to transfer to different teams or contact the courier and they won't just simply process a refund or send a replacement order. They sent a "coupon" that covers my original purchase and it doesn't work...this is a straight joke I'm not sure if other people are getting paid to put good reviews on or its fake but this is a real review and I do see some experiencing the same issues. Please shut this site down.

I get my favorite sunscreen from Stylevana. If you're in the US it does take some time to get your package (about 3 weeks) but I've never had a problem receiving all my products. I just make sure to order things in advance before I run out!

The turn around time for when your order gets to you is extremely slow. I placed an order on September 29th 2024 and it is now October 16th, 2024 and I still do not have my order and the shipping company they use does not give and estimated date of when your package will arrive. Although they have great deals and prices on products, I will not be ordering through Stylevana again due to extremely slow packing and delivery process. I will continue to go through olive young as I get my packages within 4-5 days of ordering.

It was so hard to check out. Pop up adds kept coming up and then I’d go back to finish with my order and all my info would be gone and I’d have to start over.Your products were recommended so I’m hoping they will be as good as was told to me. I will forgive the check out process if they are!

I love ordering from stylevanna. Easy and shipment does take awhile but I always receive the complete order. However, the only sad thing about every order is a surprise gift. I've never receieved any surprise gift with my orders but all my ordered have earned the qualifying amount to get a free surprised gift. Aside that, I have order more than a handful of times and will continue to order the korean and japanese sunscreens skincare to sunscreens here.

Ordered end of August and received my package mid October. They packaged my order after a few days and said it was ready for shipping. I then waited 3 weeks then asked the support where my order was and they just said it was not ready to ship. Then they told me they couldn't recognize my address and if I didn't confirm they'd cancel my order. I confirmed, had no reply or shipping confirmation, followed up multiple times over 1 month with no reply on their side. Support was reading my emails but ghosted me completely. I've used similar sites before and appreciate it might take them a while to arrive but it specifically said on the website that they'd ship my items within 2-3 days so I expected to wait less than 2 months for the order. After they finally shipped in the beginning of October, it arrived in days. Insane stuff. No apologies, no contact from company.

A website shouldn't have constant pop ups to promote products when you're trying to make a transaction. I nearly just gave up and shopped somewhere else. Also I had to enter all my details twice, for some reason, and repeatedly uncheck boxes for subscribing to mailing lists. I know this isn't a dodgy site, so please stop acting like one.

BWSVUKA131075653 - placed order on 27/09/2024 as express delivery, its 17/10/2024 still no response from them, they have give tracking number which is royal mail, but it keeps saying expecting a parcel from the sender, no use of this. no proper response from stylevana team

They promised a refund but nothing happened. This is the first time I’ve ordered from the site. I placed an order last month (Sept 2024) and still haven’t received it. I’ve requested a refund and they keep dodging the bullet with excuses rather than issuing a refund. I’ve had packages from China come before now (15th October 2024.) This is shameful and should also update their website saying it’ll take longer

Been shopping for Asian skincare and beauty products on Stylevana for years now and they always have the best deals and latest products. Plus free shipping when you hit a certain amount. Their stock status and shipping information is also clearly stated in their footnotes/FAQ sections so items can take anywhere from 1 week to 4weeks or more for shipping out, but they always arrive once shipped.

My first and last time ,learnt my lesson. Customer care aren’t friendly,unresponsive and not sending me an update of the order has been dispatched, partially refund of one of the product without a notification given , i just end up sorting out the mystery puzzle on my own from paypal notification instead.we wil see if the package will be arrive or maybe not
