If you prefer online, self-taught training at your own pace rather than via a classroom then this is a good option. The course materials are easily accessed and good at directing you through the various stages. The Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner course is recommended

I studied the foundation and practitioner course with study 365. At first all seemed well, materials were good. The course content video's were not that engaging but ok. I then got my exam code for the foundations course. I finished the practitioner course and waited for the code, but nothing arrived. I have chased this multiple times now by phone, e-mail, online requests and to no avail. When I have spoken to someone on the phone they promise to sort it out but nothing. My first code has now expired and I have wasted my money studying for these courses and cant get the formal qualifications!! WOULD NOT RECOMMENT THIS PROVIDER!!

Good selection of short courses. Currently working on their Microsoft Excel A-Z course, which is teaching me new things even though I've been using Excel for decades.

What a scam! Last year I requested my prince2 6th edition vouchers in Feb 2024 and in June 2024 they had still not been delivered. They offered as goodwill to upgrade this to 7th edition (which I accepted), and I am now in exactly the same situation! applied for exam vouchers 2 weeks before christmas and four weeks later there are still NO exam vouchers. I will be submitting a breach of contract notification to Study365 and being legal proceedings via small claims court.Avoid this provider at all costs.

I purchased Prince2 complete training package from Study365 and everything went every well from the moment I enrolled in the course. The Course materials and tutor are amazing, and I can offer five star with no doubt. The Tutor, Dr. Franklin's knowledge and teaching skills are excellent. It is the best learning experience and everything of the course is very positive.

Learning with Study365 have been a great one, with quality and experience tutor who engages with relevant and industrial examples on each topics . Excellent e-learning content and tutor support. The course content is well-structured and comprehensive. Easy to study each topics of the course. Quizzes, Mock exams and ccase studies added values to the course. The tutor Franklin is great in his teaching approaches and styles. Everything learned from the course is very digestive!

A very good online course website. I sucessfully completed my AgilePM foundation course and exam from study365 last month and happy to recommend Study365's AgilePM courses.

Quality e-learning content. I purchased Project management course bundle from study365 a few months ago and I already passed 2 exams. My learning experience with study365 is great with having excellent course content and support. Courses are comprehensive with quizzes, mock exam, case studies and tutor led video tutorials.

I was recommended the BCS Business analysis course by one of my friends who had previously taken it from Study365. The course certainly met my expectation. It is not just for passing the exam, but it provided me depth idea how this learning can be applied to real business environment as a business analyst. It is a very good e-learning course, can be recommended with no hesitation.

Quick and friendly customer service. Nick was very patience to listen my questions and then answered all of them professionally. Finally, he fixed the issues I had and connected me to my course tutor as well.

I have found the courses on Study365 to be really helpful and concise. The customer service is also great and supported me on an extension on one of my courses. This was really helpful in not feeling pressured to complete the course before i was ready.

I studied the online PRINCE2 Agile course and the material was decent enough however had I read trustpilot first I’d have realised this is not a legitimate company so be warned. The material costs nothing but they buy the exams from peoplecert which is where the cost comes in, hence why nobody receives exam vouchers. I advise people to contact peoplecert direct so they are aware and as many people do this maybe it will make a difference. Please also contact trading standards as this company needs to be taken down. There is an online form on the citizens advice page that you can use. Also if you have paid using a credit card try and get your money back through a section 75, I am currently going through this process.

After completing your course, you won't receive your exam voucher, which means you won't be able to get your qualification. I paid hundreds of pounds, and have been emailing them for over a year to no avail.Don't waste your time, or money.

The Course tutor Edward is very helpful and knowledgeable about the subject. His teaching expertise is unique and very well listen to the leaners. Q and A and interactive approaches he used worked well throughout the session and I was able to digest every topic he talked about. Specifically he didn’t forget to talking about exam preparation tips and how his learning guidance will useful for past students. I hope we will have more upcoming sessions with him which will be sharped our learning experience with Study365.

I had few issues with voucher for Prince2 Foundation exam, luckily Ian helped me with everything. My previous certification cours has been not only extended but upgraded as well and voucher for exam sorted within less than 24h. Appreciate your help!

While I rate the learning experience positively, it's been an absolute mess to request the exam voucher. I've been waiting since November for an exam voucher that has never arrived! The costumer service is non-existent and unable to provide any updates or resolution to this issue. This delay is greatly damaging my reputation as I have committed to take this qualification in a reasonable timeframe. I'm starting thinking that this is a scam and I will never see my voucher!
