Order has been arriving in several deliveries, but i think i have it all. Love the fact they do other brands now. Always ordered a lot of stuff especially at Christmas for last 20 odd years. But I'm ordering all year round now. Miss that they don't include an invoice now. But I can login and download one. Great new stuff arriving all the time, already started Xmas shopping.
I do like Studio and have ordered a variety of items from clothing, garden and Christmas but having to pay for delivery and the return of items is too costly in my opinion. Also there's no invoice included in the order and you have to faff around the website to get a returns form. It is putting me off ordering anything else.
I found the Customer Service Team very helofulInitially I thought the response was slow taking 48hrs to respondBut after the first response back, response ecame quicker, overall very pleased with the service

I didn't even get past the ordering, I ordered 3 times a bedroom set x2 and a dressing table. 3 times the money left my bank and was pending to only be returned and my order cancelled. Never recieved an email to say my order has been cancelled and wasted my time waiting for furniture to arrive in fact, was cancelled on 3 separate occasions. Cant call anyone of get in contact with someone. In the end, brought from somewhere else, bit more expensive but at least I haven't waited over a month for nothingness.
These Sketchers were easy to order online and the price was really good as i couldnt buy them instore.I opted for standard delivery and they arrived within 3 days, really pleased.They were well packaged and exactly what hubby wanted and really comfortable. The initial process and ordering was OK. But I have a missing item from my order and trying to get intouch with studio is a nightmare it's all automated so I have now emailed and iam still waiting for a response.
Order came with item missing. Have chased on their virtual chat, was transferred to some guy, on their online chat service, where you absolutely knew they hadn't a clue what was going on, but, at my request, said the item would be despatched, but it wasn't. Now emailed them two days ago, still waiting for response. If they can't send the item, then fine, but adjust the account accordingly. Good luck if you ever need to actually phone them - no number to be found anywhere.The boots that did come where nice, but won't be using again. Too much hassle when items not delivered. Shame.

An item I had ordered as a gift arrived badly broken. It was not packaged sufficiently and so no surprise really. I was offered a replacement but I fear the same thing will happen if there is shoddy packaging.

Started with automated response system, unable to resolve so put on chat with person, I did not type my response in allotted time and my chat was ended by person. Ordered some garden solar lights. One out of 8 work. I’ve been poorly so hadn’t realised but my son whose room overlooks the garden says they have never worked. Things are not cheap if they’re defective. Not bothered contacting them, the last lot of things I got that were broken I was given some small stupid discount or I’d have to pay the return postage and faff around returning it. Studio need to think outside the box. When a customer orders five pairs of Elf Christmas pyjamas ( Daddy, Mummy and three kids) in October, and three pair arrive five weeks later the last thing you expect is Studio to email cancelling the remaining two Elf pyjamas a few weeks before Christmas! I will try to get my kids and grandchildren their Christmas pyjamas albeit even if this means going into city stores. I shop on line because of my age and it's safer. Studio should have delivered the order altogether or cancelled the order weeks ago. I ordered from this site called studio for an amount on 116 pounds. Never received any items. Payed via debit card they took the payment. When I looked at my order summary they mentioned that I used credit payment which is not true. Tried contacting them many times every time they told me to wait for 7 days. Please note, however, that we cannot verify non-operational websites or those redirected to other URLs. Additionally, we do not verify websites involved in high-risk financial services, gambling, adult content, or illegal activities.
