Is studio.co.uk Legit?

Order has been arriving in several deliveries, but i think i have it all. Love the fact they do other brands now. Always ordered a lot of stuff especially at Christmas for last 20 odd years. But I'm ordering all year round now. Miss that they don't include an invoice now. But I can login and download one. Great new stuff arriving all the time, already started Xmas shopping.

I do like Studio and have ordered a variety of items from clothing, garden and Christmas but having to pay for delivery and the return of items is too costly in my opinion. Also there's no invoice included in the order and you have to faff around the website to get a returns form. It is putting me off ordering anything else.

I found the Customer Service Team very helofulInitially I thought the response was slow taking 48hrs to respondBut after the first response back, response ecame quicker, overall very pleased with the service

Solar lights for the garden fence were lovely and colourful when lit up, also the colour stake lights were lovely when all lit up, everything worked well and makes my garden look fab at night all lit up, thanks Studio.

the items i purchased were a fantastic price and i was very pleased with everything i ordered. all good quality and will be used as gifts for my colleagues it was delivered quickly by a great courier called graham.

I didn't even get past the ordering, I ordered 3 times a bedroom set x2 and a dressing table. 3 times the money left my bank and was pending to only be returned and my order cancelled. Never recieved an email to say my order has been cancelled and wasted my time waiting for furniture to arrive in fact, was cancelled on 3 separate occasions. Cant call anyone of get in contact with someone. In the end, brought from somewhere else, bit more expensive but at least I haven't waited over a month for nothingness.

These Sketchers were easy to order online and the price was really good as i couldnt buy them instore.I opted for standard delivery and they arrived within 3 days, really pleased.They were well packaged and exactly what hubby wanted and really comfortable. I would use this company again and recommend them.

I've ordered so many different things from studio and never been disappointed. My latest order was holiday clothes for myself and they were all fabulous. Amazing value for money and lovely clothes...you can't tell they were so cheap.You are able to track the progress of your order...which I love.Very satisfied customer. I'll be back....😀

The initial process and ordering was OK. But I have a missing item from my order and trying to get intouch with studio is a nightmare it's all automated so I have now emailed and iam still waiting for a response.

Order came with item missing. Have chased on their virtual chat, was transferred to some guy, on their online chat service, where you absolutely knew they hadn't a clue what was going on, but, at my request, said the item would be despatched, but it wasn't. Now emailed them two days ago, still waiting for response. If they can't send the item, then fine, but adjust the account accordingly. Good luck if you ever need to actually phone them - no number to be found anywhere.The boots that did come where nice, but won't be using again. Too much hassle when items not delivered. Shame.

The internet is a good place to browse items.It's quick and easy to find items many at reduced pricesDelivery is quick and being able to pay over 3 months is a bonus I've bought from Studio over the years and still hope to do so in the future

An item I had ordered as a gift arrived badly broken. It was not packaged sufficiently and so no surprise really. I was offered a replacement but I fear the same thing will happen if there is shoddy packaging.

Parts missing from my item. Difficult to contact customer services. Started with automated response system, unable to resolve so put on chat with person, I did not type my response in allotted time and my chat was ended by person. Went through whole process again and told I would be sent an email with a pre paid label to return item. No email arrived. Having to restart whole process AGAIN! Not impressed for first time I have ever had to return item to Studio after many years as a customer

Incorrect item sent that didn't match the item on the website. Customer service almost impossible to get in touch with and when I eventually did, they told me I'd have to pay for a return as it's not their fault!?! Avoid, like the plague or you'll end up losing your money!

Ordered some garden solar lights. One out of 8 work. I’ve been poorly so hadn’t realised but my son whose room overlooks the garden says they have never worked. Things are not cheap if they’re defective. Not bothered contacting them, the last lot of things I got that were broken I was given some small stupid discount or I’d have to pay the return postage and faff around returning it. Not doing that this time I’ve paid up but I will be closing my account. Avoid this company, buy from someone who sells quality items.

If you item is defective they will play smart and not give your money back or a replacement. That's what happened to me. “Ruined Christmas Photo”

Studio need to think outside the box. When a customer orders five pairs of Elf Christmas pyjamas ( Daddy, Mummy and three kids) in October, and three pair arrive five weeks later the last thing you expect is Studio to email cancelling the remaining two Elf pyjamas a few weeks before Christmas! I will try to get my kids and grandchildren their Christmas pyjamas albeit even if this means going into city stores. I shop on line because of my age and it's safer. Studio should have delivered the order altogether or cancelled the order weeks ago. Sending part of an order is very selfish of Studio as it keeps customers dangling like a fish on a hook and that is not good customer relations. Do not be tempted to use this company. I have tried for 4 weeks to arrange a return. They do not enclose return documents with the goods. Very sneaky as then you keep ringing to request same only to be told it has been escalated to their complaints department. Unfortunately due to their stalling tactics your time frame for a refund has expired. The quality of their products is very poor also. I have lost £45. Buy from a reputable British company. I have ordered multiple items from studio however one item was missing and same day I have logged query to customer service but since then noone got in touch to send me missing item or refund. There is no contact number I can call back; automatic generated mailbox. Customer service is awful.

I ordered from this site called studio for an amount on 116 pounds. Never received any items. Payed via debit card they took the payment. When I looked at my order summary they mentioned that I used credit payment which is not true. Tried contacting them many times every time they told me to wait for 7 days. Called them they refused to help and gave a number to contact when I called the number it hung up on me. Can someone please help me as I ordered a swing and slide set for my kids. Do not use this company. They are SCAMMERS. Part delivered order, admitted fault but now not refunding me. False promises of investigating, allow 3-5 workings, be patient, contact finance department (can't get hold of), ask for all the order information. Conveniently not able to see my paid order on their account anymore! This has been going on for over a month and I still don't have my money back. Skeptical of using website as it didn't feel right... should have gone with my gut feeling! Do not use Studio!

Quick to take your money, and then it begins, well, it doesn't, because you wait for ever for the delivery, and, well, they've removed half the things you order anyway, so, why did you bother? Took hours for the order to be acknowledged, yet, there is no one to speak to about when, where or how. Delivery was 5-10 days, 30 days still waiting. Terrible customer service - manager will call me back - never happens they are usually ALL in a meeting all day. Laughable. I ordered items from Studio it was late arriving. The birthday had passed. The teddy bear was so small it was ridiculous, One item not in stock, even though they had too the money for it, I find that dishonest trading or sharp practice it was once called. On phoning to return no good goods the young woman I spoke was bordering unintelligible I could not understand what she saying, she kept leaving me hanging on the phone for ages and ages many times every time I asked her a question while she found out what to do. All they were worried about was the money. I wonder how long before they fully refund me once they get the goods back. I hate dealing with companies like these they have no customer service employ people who have no idea about things which customers want to know. I have been a studio customer for years but these last few months have helped me make the decision to close my account with them. My balance is zero as I pay straight away when the invoice arrives, but this month no invoice, a recent return was denied even though they arranged it. Staff overall are rude, unhelpful and speak very quiet so very frustrating. Emails to them to complain have resulted in replies with questions, when I email answer another advisor responds with no prior knowledge of initial emails. They appear to be rebranding under another guise but rest assured, this will not change the overall poor business of Studio.co.uk Best advice to anyone contemplating a purchase from Studio.co.uk is 'think again' there are horror stories of poor purchases, it is as if the purchases be it clothing, furniture, whatever, are 'damaged returns' spruced up to look a bit better, but not new. Scam, Con, pulling the wool over customers eyes. Yes. Getting any money back from them is not a sprint, its a marathon, and that is if you are lucky enough to get your money back. Don't bother wasting time contacting Financial Services, Fraser Group ties with Studio are dead, latest info is that they are rebranding their financial arm with Studio but nothing will change.
