About 1.5-2 I received a phone call - in my country -from a very professional human being (thanks Luz) who was able to provide equivalent seating in an adjacent section. I’m so impressed.Great service recovery from an annoying and stressful situation.

Bought tickets for Linkin Park in London O2 yesterday. I was very nervous as never bought resale tickets. The tickets arrived earlier than expected (e-tickets), no issues at all at the entrance, tickets scanned and we went right through to the event. I'd buy again and I'd recommend. "Negative" note, handling fees are expensive so be prepared to highly overpay the tickets but this is quite common with resale tickets.

I want to thank Sandro for all of the help regarding our Manchester United tickets. He was extremely helpful when I was concerned with the delay in receiving the tickets. As he said, the tickets arrived a few days prior to the game. The game was excellent (Manchester United won 7-0!), the seats were terrific (3 rows from the front) & it was a memorable evening for us all.

I bought tickets for a Manchester United match in June. They were sent to me just before the match, but unbeknownest to me, I only had 48 hours to claim them and the transaction was canceled. I contacted Stubhub Intl via phone and thankfully Eva Z helped me. She was fantastic, followed up with me multiple times and made sure that I got the ticket I had paid for. She was polite and understood the issue right away. In a heartbreaking turn of events, I was in the way to the match but we eneded up turning around as the M25 was closed for repairs. That being said, I am still grateful for the help.I will say that the 48 hour cancellation policy is beyond ridciulous, especially when traveling overseas

AVOID using this ticket siteDo NOT use this ticket site, it is full of ticket touts, scammers, poor customer service and HUGE cancellation fees.Their customer service refuses to help you, they only help the ticket touts. A company profiting from fans.I cancelled my advertisement for two tickets in which I had no confirmation from them of the cancellation. I checked my account and noticed no advertisement and therefore knew I was not now advertising the tickets.A couple of days later, I received an email informing me that they had sold my tickets! I sold Taylor Swift tickets for Vienna on Stubhub that was subsequently cancelled. I was unable to get a refund from the promoter as my buyer had sold the tickets on since. It was quite a unique problem and luckily I was able to speak with Luz from the Quality Department. Luz was extremely efficient, friendly and professional. Her and her Supervisor looked into my case and were able to provide a solution very quickly. Her communication with me throughout was brilliant. StubHub has the worst customer service of just about any website I’ve ever been to!! STAY AWAY FROM STUB HUB. ITS A SCAM SITE!!I’ve spent 22 hours wondering where my tickets are. Now my young daughter who’s from Kenya, is mad about golf, and plays for her school won’t get to see her first PGA event up live, which she so badly wanted to do!!
