I was trying to get another product when your ad popped up and you took $72.94 right out of my debit account. I don’t want, nor am I interested in your product. I expect the return of cash done immediately. Also there was no confirmation or anything showing you had even done that. What an awful way to take others money. Please follow up today. I was in the tiktok shop for the bluetooth glasses and all a sudden money deducted for this platform who i have non interest in. How can you refund my money

My bank account is being debited £14.56 by stretch balance Id like to know why.. i wouldn't sign on knowingly for anything to watch online. I'm severely hard of hearing and need to aids so only do people classes with pilates instructor at local gym. The reasoning for my rating is solemnly not on this but also the negative customer service I received. The agent answered to my request and upon wanting further knowledge or confirmation, he felt the need to continuously leave me on read. When I tried the customer service chat again, it took me to him again. He then transferred me immediately to another agent which this agent was much more friendly, helpful and willing to assist.

Although I’ve never bought or used trust pilot that much but I’m very much happy with the service that I received from one of their live chat agent, there was a little bit of misunderstanding regarding the subscription fee and whatsoever but I’m glad that Zoe stepped in and is willing to help het my refund. Overall I’m happy with the business ideas as well as their professionalism.

I just logged on my bank account one day to find deducted charges of 36.95 euros. I did not know who it was at first then found out. Contacted them to be told that they have sent me an email 3 days before they apply charges of 36.95 euros subscription and also an email on the day before the charges. However, that was not the case. No email have been received. Found out I am subscribed without knowing. They do not want to refund me. I even asked then to cancel and they said we sent you a cancellation email. Also that was not received to this day. Just scamming eye to eye in broad daylight. -1000 star review. Very manipulative behaviour and disappointing. ***Update: Stretchbalance have reached out to me and promised to solve the issue by offering me a refund.
