Elendig kundeservice! Skulle returnere noen klær som ikke passet. I deres returpolicy står det at man kan returnere uten spørsmål. Det stemmer absolutt ikke! Så etter mailer frem og tilbake i nesten to uker har de nå sagt jeg selv må returnere varen til en adresse i Kina. Og den står på norsk, så alt virker totalt useriøst.

De følger ikke norsk lov, og skjuler seg bak at de hører hjemme i nederland. selv om alt de videreformidler ut, gir inntrykk for at de er en butikk i oslo. Har kranglet lenge før jeg endelig får returnere den til et lager i nederland!Ser også at de sletter unna negative tilbekemeldinger her.
