The clothes are great quality, super cute clothes and pretty much identical to what they look like in the pictures. The only thing I didn't like about it was the slow shipping. Now this may be because I moved to a whole different place and I had to switch my address. Also PLEASE read the fitting sizes instead of just clicking what size you regularly are because for a large it's like a medium or possibly even a small. I love StoreDogDog! They come out with new clothing all the time, everything is affordable, the quality is really good! The only negative thing I can think of is that I live in Norway, so it will take quite awhile before it arrives. But for these clothes, it's totally worth the wait! I have bought a lot up until now, and I am satisfied with everything! Highly recommend. Also there was an item I bought, but they sent me a mail to tell me that it's out of stock, so I got to choose an item (in that price range), and they sent it the moment I decided for the item! I don't usually write reviews but I absolutely love this shop! I ordered $200 worth of clothes in the beginning of February and it arrived around a week ago. I ordered 18 items and only got 17, BUT they emailed me that they didn't have that product in stock and would send it out to me at a later date (and they already have as I'm writing this) Everything fit perfectly and I love them so much. The only problem is shipping takes a very very long time. I waited around 1 month and 3 weeks in total? I live in the United States for reference. So if you're fine with waiting that long, go for it. “Cheap and broken”

I finally got my order ($250 for 9 items) after 2.5 months of waiting. I ordered 3 pleated skirts, they look and feel like crunch thin umbrellas and wouldn't hold the pleats if worn. The waist gets really small and there's no room for stretch. I made sure my measurements were accurate to the description, but still everything is too tight, or fits awkward. And their returns/customer service is such a hassle to get through to them that I gave up. Returning the items would cost $50 without any shipping refund and i doubt the package would make it there. Also an item was missing and the hooks some of the shirts used to connect the straps are made of rubber making the shirts unwearable. Really disappointed and regret this purchase. Tip for consumers:Don't use dog dog. They use an assortment of brands and are never consistent with quality or sizing. Definetly not worth 2.5 months of waiting Products used:None. I love the clothes that this store offers, but the last time I tried to buy something from them I got a text and an email from my bank saying that it was detecting fraud. I don't want to assume if it steals your credit card information, but be careful.

“Horrible service never again”

So, I purchased two sweaters from the dog dog website and contacted them after it took over one month to ship out. They told me it would be another week or so and once it was "shipped" I was provided with a link that had inaccurate shipping info. I contacted them for a refund bc I had payed over 30 dollars and they continued to tell me that half my order was canceled without previously notifying me and shipping out my other sweater right after so I have to wait even longer (they told me three weeks or so). The person I was emailing then told me I would receive a refund for only one sweater (which I had not received yet) and am not allowed a refund for my second item. This is despicable and I never anticipated such bad customer service. I never write reviews but their emails and service was very unprofessional. I'm not going to lie I was skeptical about store dog dog because of the prices looked too good to be true but I love my clothes they look just like the pictures and the quality of the clothes are amazing the shipping takes a while but that's because of COVID, every time I contacted them they were very kind and helpful and gave me free socks and a choker (the socks because I spent more than $40.)I also messed up on one of my purchases because I meant to select a different color, I contacted them and they changed it for me which was a relief. “Buyer from Ireland, General good experience”

I ordered from them a month ago, it did take a good while to get here but I honestly don't mind because all of the items were exactly as shown and the quality actually surprised me. If you know what Primark is, I would compare the quality to them. No issues with the packaging or delivery, although I was a bit annoyed that they didn't email me when it arrived in my country, lucky enough someone was at home when it dropped in. Make sure you know your waist size and check EVERY item for the size chart because they are all different! I am 25" and I had to get a skirt for 25.9" because they didn't have any lower apart from 24.5" and I'm so glad I didn't get lower because the skirt fit me perfectly! From the photo below you can see the items are creased, it's from the way they were packaged. They are safe to iron but it was advised at a low heat :)

I loved the earrings and skirt that I got. Though, I would recommend sizing up by 1-2 sizes since Asian clothes are usually smaller then USA clothes ( I'm from America) but I got lucky, but overall, it's a pretty good store and I just bought some more stuff from them! I was scared to order from this site at first because most online stores from China turn out to be a scam, at least for aesthetic apparel. But, my stuff arrived within like two weeks and everything was exactly as pictured on the website. Like exactly the same. And everything fit perfectly too, you should size up for sure bc they have Asian sizes. They even gave me a free gift each time I ordered from there. It was a great experience. I ordered 4 shirts, a jean jacket, a necklace and a belt. It took about two/three weeks to come in the mail. The clothes look like the pictures on the website and the quality was decent for such a cheap price. I spent over $80, so they sent me a free shirt, a pair of socks, and necklace along with my order. However, I have two complaints. First, one of the shirts I ordered fit too small even though I looked at the measurements. I ordered an XL, and it barely fit over my boobs. Second, the clothes smelled weird and I had to wash them before wearing them out. Overall, I'd recommend this site.

“Bad quality / no refund”

I'm still struggling to get a refund for 2 defective items. They immediately wanted to give me a coupon, I said I didn't want to order from them anymore so I'd rather get a real refund. They didn't reply. Two weeks later, I'm emailing them again and now they want me to send the items back. Except that shipping something from France to China is awfully expensive, and anyway, I provided pictures showing that I can't use -at least the pants- anymore... The 2 defective items are: A t-shirt with a really bad printing (stain, misplaced and bad colors, and misplaced print) Pants. Sold as jeans, made of a thin fabric with poor appliqués. I've worn them only two afternoons and all the seams fell apart! The pants fit very lose so it's not because it was too tight or anything. The other items I ordered alongside are decent. When I asked for a refund they said I'd have to pay to ship the items back out of my own wallet, and then once they received it, I might get a refund... I was really surprised by the quality of this clothes. They fit perfectly, more than any clothing than i can find in my country but for cheaper. They did take a long time to arrive which was expectable and I also had to pay some money for custom taxes and services once it arrived here, but overall was definitely worth it and I am going to buy here again!

I recently ordered clothes from dogdog on my birthday, which was September 26. The order was confirmed, but other than that it hasn't even been shipped or anything of the sort. I emailed them 2-3 days ago and still no response..

This was honestly my first time ordering from them and I was really excited because I've seen people hype them up on instagram, so I decided why the heck not. That was a big $#*! mistake. Shipping took awhile and I'm not that pressed over it because I already knew it would take 3 weeks at most. BUT, when my package arrived, it was in the wrong color. Like... sis really waited nearly a month just to be disappointed. I ordered a one sized cardigan in brOWn and I got this mf mustard $#*!. I get that this color is kinda trendy nowadays but I! Didnt! Ask! For! This! Not only did I receive the wrong item, but they're taking forever to respond to me. I just read a couple more reviews on here with people who experienced the same issue as me smh. “VERY hit or miss”

I'm always wary when I buy clothes from online retailers which seem too good to be true. That seemed to be somewhat of the case when I got my order. I will say it got to me quicker than I originally thought it would, it only took like a week for me to get it. The sizing was completely off. I am normally a US size 2 and I normally buy the smalls instead of xs just to be safe. However, half of my items were way too small and did not fit well. Some of the cuts for the skirts just weren't good but I appreciate it for the price. Some of these things look similar to the pictures some don't at all and it left me with the feeling that if you buy from this store be cautioned that some of their things are just too good to be true.
