This company is pushing porcelain on people because they bought so much of it but the stuff is crappy, it doesn’t up the value of your home, and it chips and cracks like crazy. The manager at the location in North Hollywood is a racist, absolutely despises white people. He is a gang member with a gang mentality. All of the people who work there are rude, their products are no good. Go to Stone Mart instead

Read before you pay !! Great and organized stone selection, only one sales person entire showroom, most employees are office workers. Be ware orders have ABSOLUTE no returns, exchanges and refunds. There is a 100% chance that you will have leftovers, but sorry you need to keep them for your next project since no returns or exchanges.

Everything was fine up to the time of purchase but has gone downhill since. At the time of purchase, I asked Josephine to text me some phone numbers of installers, to which she agreed, It's been six days and have yet to hear from her and I have left various messages to contact me to no avail.

Good selection. Had to wait a lifetime for someone to help out! Once we got a salesperson ordering moved quickly.

Amala and the crew were very knowledgable, helpful and professional. We had such a smooth experience purchasing two slabs of Taj Mahal quartzite that we decided to go with Stoneville for our backsplash tile as well. We went to several of the Stone yards on Miramar Road and this was the only place that did not feel like we were buying a used car or have a pretentious attitude. 5 stars.

I couldn’t have dreamed up a better experience. I research everything a ton before I buy, which involved me asking their team so many questions-which they happily answered until I felt super comfortable with the granite I picked. I also found the Price/quality to be competitive. Mostly, it felt great working with real people who care deeply about their business. The more “big box” type locations felt like I was just going to be ripped off and hurried through my purchase. So glad I went with Stoneville.

Stoneville is fantastic! They've got everything you need for your project. Vast selection and super helpful customer service. It is SO MUCH EASIER to finish these projects efficiently when the staff not only knows their stuff, but are also real problem-solvers. Stoneville was such an amazing source for our condo remodel. My husband and I spent hours walking around and touching everything in their super modern design gallery. Seeing the products installed in their display kitchens is really what sold us on the porcelain slabs we ended up getting.We purchased the Sapien Stone Calacatta after seeing it at Stoneville.Josephine, the owner, was so patient with us and answered all of our questions on the product. It looks like REAL marble without any of the maintenance of natural stone. We love it so much and always recommend Stoneville to our friends that are remodeling!

Excellent service! We were helped by the store owner herself who took the time to listen to my vision and show me tile options that matched my vision as closely as possible. She provided samples to take home so that I was 100% confident in my decision making. Once my order was placed, most of it was in stock and the few pieces that weren’t arrived in the blink of an eye. Our experience at Stoneville was beyond simple. We were greeted promptly and once questions arose, a very knowledgeable representative answered every single question we had. We chose the perfect marble for our home remodel and once the stone arrived at the home, everything was just as expected AND MORE! I came to Stoneville USA needing to remodel many things in the house. I originally went to look for counter top material but quickly learned that the store was so much more! They are more of a one stop shop. They not only have the most complete supply of stone materials but a wide variety of options of tile, flooring material, sinks, cabinets and other home improvement needs at a very reasonable price. The owners and staff were very helpful and the service was top notch. I definitely would put them on the list of stores to check out if you are doing any remodel work.

I had a pretty small project, a few changes in our office and a small bathroom. I got a walnut butcher block countertop piece for my office and a granite prefab for the bathroom, and my wife and I really love them both! We had already bought our tile for the bathroom somewhere else, but if I had known better I would have bought everything through Stoneville because their selection is really nice and really, really large. My project wasn’t big but the service I got felt the same as if it was (thank you Alex), and when we have another project down the line we will definitely start our search for materials at Stoneville. - C. Went there for tiles for our backsplash. Amala and Ryan were super helpful and they have TONS of options. Best of all, they had a sample of our countertops that they were able to match perfectly from just a photo to help us a pick backsplash tile that would go with it. They were also available after the tile was delivered to assist with ordering more and provide recommendations on grout color and the right way to "cap" the backsplash. I will definitely return here for any future tile/granite needs. Thank you!

We ended up at stoneville after a long day of shopping different slab yards. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was the place for us. We were greeted by very friendly staff that worked directly with our stone fabricator to help us find materials for our kitchen remodel. We ended up purchasing three slabs of the Fusion quartzite. The quality of the slab was top notch and pricing was competitive as well. We selected a glass back splash as well with the help of one of the sales women at the store. Next time this will be our one and only stop. Can’t wait to do our bathroom next!

Lily was great. Very patient and helpful. My only problem was the long wait for paperwork to get done. Our transaction was very simple. We bought just one item, yet we sat waiting to pay, waiting after we paid to get a receipt for over 30 minutes, for unclear, unexplained reason(s). Otherwise, the service and product bought was fine.

Stoneville is our go-to place for tile! Great selection, customer service, and reasonably priced. Really enjoy working with the whole team during our projects and look forward to going to Stoneville for any future tiling needs :)

The sales staff was very knowledgeable at explaining the differences in the variety of stone products. Also patient in walking the yard during selection. The showroom is massive and demonstrated all the different types of stone in every day settings as well as elaborate showcasing. I would recommend working with Stoneville!

STONEVILLE has always been my family’s go-to, for both the beautiful material and the service. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, patient and knowledgeable - which are especially important qualities when the selection of stone and tile is so vast. I also love that this is a family owned business! A visit will be worth your time.
