Is stitchinheaven.com Legit?

Couldn’t fill my order in the beginning because they were out of one fabric, but were very helpful in choosing a similar one and I received it. I’m very happy with it.

I ordered the 2025 New Years Mystery pre-cut kit and it was shipped exactly when they said it would be sent and came beautifully packaged. All the materials are exceptional and perfectly cut. I'm looking forward to participating in the quilt along and having so much fun anticipating the event because of the frequent communication. Yay Team Rob!

This has been a pretty easy experience to sign up and get the precut kit that I received. Hope following the video will be just as easy!

Customer service is great! I contacted them when there was an error in shipment and the corrected item was shipped immediately. Communication was great and turnaround couldn't have been quicker. Love this company.

I was always notified when I would receive my kit and it usually arrived a couple of days later. There were no problems with the monthly kits.

Package arrived a week and a half before it was needed. Looks well organized and labeled for the News Day Mystery Quilt. What I’m going to really enjoy is that it’s precut. That will make so much more fun on New Year’s Day.

I am a new quilter. Transferred to Lancaster County in Pennsylvania, I live among one of the nations largest Amish communities ~ Almost all involved in some time of sewing arts. Lots of fabric stores ~ oh well ~ stores.One friend is a “long-armer” dragging me to shows and fabric stores ~ I fell in love with Kaffe Fassett fabrics. Sheila called to tell meabout the Stitchin’ Heaven on line fabric sale. Jump and the net will appear she said and I will help. So, I ordered ! Unfortunate, that we do not verbally order anymore, However, I found the website to be easy, clear pictures, well documented with required information, sense of trust about the legitimacy of the company and they did a good job of communicating “A Smile” ! As corny as that sounds ~~~they communicated by written word a sense of fun ~ inviting you into their professional world and even wrote it on the box ~ that they were having fun shipping it to you! I got a kick out of that. I believe if I had to place a call to them, they would be sincere. I saw that Rob Aprell was going to teach a class and have always in the past loved learning with his instruction. I ordered the kit for his class starting in Jan. The fabric is here, and I love it.

The staff at SH were great! They helped me to locate patterns as well as ordering materials I needed. The vendors pleasant and enjoyed spending. Time and learning from them. The only small issue were the food trucks as lunch options were limited and offering fair.

Got the mat in a decent amount of time. It was on a good sale….it was much less than the expo there I attended earlier this month.

The product arrived when it was expected and quality of fabric..and it was pretty cut!

The Christmas advent calendar quilt kit created by Stitchin Heaven looks incredibly fun. I can’t wait to get started! I'm thrilled to have the New Year's Day Mystery. I will be out of town, which makes me sad, but I'll catch up when I get home.

The quilt kit I ordered was delivered well before the event will take place.

I emailed on Dec 4th and received a response on Dec 11. The answer was inaccurate. I was told I would not be receiving a precut kit since I did not meet the deadline. However the deadline was extended and I did receive the precut kit for NYD. I was surprised the CS did not check.
