I noticed, three days later, that I was charged for an autorenewal of my suscription to Stella Data Recovery for Windows. When I talked to someone online, she was extremely helpful and they cancelled and refunded me with the year suscription. Nonetheless, I cannot say anything about the software but that it did not work for me. I could not save or recover any of the data I had lost.

What made this process smooth was that the customer representative that I got, Swatantra Sharma, contributed significantly to this process. He was very kind and helpful, as he walked me through what I was doing. He helped me find the activation code, he was patience with me when I was creating folders for my things, and he helped me understand what I needed to do when I was trying to re-open the program. He performed his job very well, and it is likely that I would still be having issues without his help.

ridicuolous payment experience and fraudolent behaviouri needed the software to solve a probvlem with a server (by night when none is workgin)i pay the software on the website.i authorize payment for the software and get confirmation of the orderfor some misteriuous and ridicuolous situation (payment glitches in 20204 ahahah) i received an email that payment is not confirmed and that i will receive in fo in 4 HOURS up to 24 HOURS.after that i contacted chat to get support and solved nothing.the solution should be to write an email to some partner ( i don't care who is partner i boutgh software on stellar webpage) waiti for some remote repliy in undefinited time, or to call to USA this partner.so i remain with a confirmed order for 400 € with all my card data wich i don't know whne and IF it would be processed.same time stellar can't cancel order becaus ethe payment is made by some other partner.can't use paypal? stripe? vivawallet or anyh thousand other payment (working) portanl instead of this s**t?meanwhile half an hour wated in chat for nothing.after that i boutgh anyway the software but realized that promized "fix and recover corruption of edb file and solve most of the mount failures" is not true end the software cannot do such activity.there fore i requested refund since the software does not do promised.the company categorically refused refund and acted fraudolenty denying the truth and chatting one hour with nonsense responses.i filed to police a compliant for fraud committed by the company.

Answer my question really fast, the software is now running and looking for my lost files. I asked if after the scan and successful recovery I could pay for the software without the need to rescan, and support give me a discount code!!

Activation code did not work when I just recovered my files and I used online chat to get assistance. Bhaway was so patient to help me install files and gave me activation code. He also stayed on the chat the entire time. We disconnected briefly after moving the chat from phone to desktop PC but he continued to take on the case. Thank you for excellent service.
