statescard.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives statescard.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 75.8. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 75.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to statescard.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning statescard.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between statescard.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of statescard.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of statescard.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. statescard.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether statescard.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether statescard.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, statescard.com.

I have used StatesCard because need a USA Address because I from Australia, which was linked to a virtual credit card. What like the most is can use PayPal to load the Virtual Card. StatesCard works great with Hulu and Peacock TV have had no issues. I also using b4bpayments that keeps tabs of where my funds are going to and how much. It is a perfect match both for now has not let me down for just over 6 months.I am sorry for those who have had a bad experience. Something that I have noticed while waiting for their new card supplier is the message underneath:You will be asked to verify your identity a government issued ID. Checked that out something not keen on if need to do is to provide a short video of myself. I will wait to see get a new card in a weeks time from the notice on top.
Very rude and bad servicePlease note, if I do not get my money back immediately - then know that I will send the complaints about your contempt for why you do not use the card, when you do not authorize the purchase of Ethereum, Wherever the consumer public can complain. Also, a very bad service score?
This service is a godsend, it works a charm to pay for so many of my favourite US services, I now have Max, Hulu, Peacock, and Prime US,The customer service is instant in their responses, and increased my loading limit very quickly.I do not understand some of the previous reviews; the one mentioning the easy-to-click cancel button amuses me, though; upon clicking this, a very, very large warning comes up informing you very clearly that you should use up any funds on the card BEFORE cancelling. And it even asks you for a reason for cancelling and gets you to confirm with a big I understand button, so yeh, really can't blame them for that.
What a terrible experience. I immediately requested a refund when I noticed that this card can barely be used for anything. IT DOES NOT WORK. So the guy declined the refund and then they started billing maintenance fee of $4 each month without even letting you know you are being billed. Run away from this smuch scheme. It's not a bank, it's one guy "bank" looking to drain your money at all costs.
Do not ever use this. They are scammers. The cancel button is easy to click, I accidentally clicked it right after I purchased, and they said they cant return my money back. So 5 seconds after I purchased, it was taken and they have no option to return despite knowing it was never used. So think about customer service issues on this company.
I got statescard to sign up for an American version of a streaming service. I paid almost 50 dollars to load my card and a signing up fee. It did not work. My card was rejected. If you want to subscribe to an American streaming service, you are better off purchasing a gift card, if available online.
I got a card from them to register to my US Apple account. Everything seemed to work rather nicely as advertized, but then I started seeing a very “convenient” transaction every month registered to Apple (note, with no other details). Now, seeing that it was for my Apple account that should be normal, except it didn’t match any purchases or subscriptions I had active. That leads me to believe one of either of the following:1. The card was already in use by someone else. That claim could be supported by the fact that while trying to register the card with b4b payments (as documented on purchase) it always failed and even seemed to to be already registered (password retrieval would send a sms to a phone number, and I never managed to get as far as to register one).2. These transactions were faked somehow to siphon money out of the card.Either way sounds very scammy to me, so I cancelled the card and will definitely never return to this site.
They will take as much money from you as possible, with a terrible refund policy. Also if you try to cancel your card plan, they will delete all the money from your account.
Not sure what the folks on here are smoking or if the reviews are fake but I'm using StatesCard for almost 2 years now for Hulu and HBO Max, (almost) no complaints. They had some downtime for a while when switching to Visa but everything works perfectly these days.Usually load about $50 every 2 months. Covers both Hulu and HBO subscriptions for me.
If you were looking for a way to pay for US streaming services you have finally found the right tool for it.I was sceptical about StatesCard at first but after giving it a try I discovered that it does exactly what is promised. Thanks to Statescard I can pay for various US streaming services such as HBO Max, Prime Video, Hulu, Vudu etc while being located in a foreign country. They provide excellent, quick customer support via email or in a discord server, and additionally have many guides available if I have any questions or uncertainties.
Useless. Wanted to use it for HBO MAXTried all sorts of get arounds but the card would not be accepted. Tried to suspend the card . They made that really difficult. Finally ( I thought) got to the right page and hit suspend. Guess what , still being billed. Scam
I'm in New Zealand and signed up for my virtual Statescard today. I loaded $25 on it (there is a one-off activation fee plus a small processing fee). I used it successfully on a site that wouldn't let me use my NZ credit card. I'm a happy camper.
Used it for GamePass and Microsoft as a card and billing address. No fake charges abd they are patient with charging their fees unlike actual banks .Highly recommended.
Statescard is absolutely amazing! Super convenient. I am impressed with the functionality and am so excited that their service has solved a huge problem for me. They are super transparent about how it works, pricing, etc. Couldn't be better! Proceed with absolute confidence!
I am going to give my customer experience with Statescard four stars instead of five stars for two reasons: 1) it absolutely worked for me, and I am now the proud subscriber of an Apple + account in the US but because of the reviews that were telling me that I was making a big mistake and that I would be stiffed made the whole experience a little bit anxious; however the lack of a fifth star is on the people around here who told us to not do it, and not on statescard.com2) It has worked for me today, but how will it go down the road if I go to other streaming services or in six months or one year, I cannot tell yet. I just now that it worked today for the streaming service I wanted. If reviews can be edited down the line, I might be tempted to give it the full five stars or I might be tempted to only give it three stars.
DO NOT USE THIS. It is not secure. I loaded my card with funds but had yet to take advantage and use my balance. When I was ready to use my balance a week later I also checked my bank card that I used to load my Statescard. My personal bank card was compromised. I had seen 4 charges in 1 week for a site I’ve never looked up nor signed up for. Please avoid, this is not a secure card. You will get fraudulent charges.
Despite the negative reviews, I gave Statescard a chance and I'm glad I did! I've had no problems and been using them for months now. Great for most American streaming services.
Indeed SCAM. They suddenly change now their card system and asks you to wait. You can’t remove or transfer your funds, it is locked in. It is a fraudulent service. Avoid at all cost.
It's OK for virtual purchases but really not good for most subscriptions. Also, you can't cancel the card and yet you are still racking up monthly charges. I think the cons out way the pros.
Don't pay money for this useless card. They charged 17$ for card activation and 4$ monthly.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
