This product feels solid and well-built right out of the box. It handles all my DIY projects with ease and shows no sign of wear.

I’m  starting my DIY journey, and here I was able to find what I wanted,  also if you contact them they’ll answer! I had a lot of doubts about the  shipping to my little hometown, but they were so clear about it and the  delivery time was better than anyone else I've bought online from so far.

Just like in picture!!! Customer service is top tier too, i accidentally ordered two and they even checked with me first before processing the order and gave me a refund as well!!!

Paid 30 dollars for “VIP” shipping to receive within 3-7 working days. It was delivered outside of that window and they refused to give me my 30 dollars back.

My experience with Stamprints is very upsetting! My order was unsuccessfully delivered on 13 Nov. I saw the notice on 19 Nov and contacted Stamprints. I was told that it was taking longer time to be delivered so I waited till 5 Dec, only to be told to contact the delivery provider they provided. I contacted the delivery provider and was told that my items had been disposed as they did not receive any update from the sender after the unsuccessful delivery attempt. Apparently they only keep the items for 10days after unsuccessful delivery and I did not even know the reason for unsuccessful delivery. I noticed very late that my unit number was incorrect. However, I was misinformed by Stamprints in the first place! My order amount is not small and I requested for refund if they can’t re-deliver my order which until now was not processed. I received another email from Stamprints today to arrange for re-delivery. I thought they resend my items but no! I was given the same update that my items had been disposed! What kind of service is this!!

They are really proud of their stuff but their customer service skills are abysmal. If they have an option to force a sale, or ignore your ask, that is what they will do. Rather then cancel a delayed order, delayed 5 days, (I understand it's christmas) they opted to ignore my request and send it anyway. I will not use them again. -- Note to their reply -- Amazon sellers do the same thing, waiting to send an order with a tracking number... I cancel those orders as well after 5 days, and they cancel. May just be me but sitting on an order with a tracking number without sending it FOR DAYS is shady. Rushing to send the order out when I ask to cancel, is not good customer service or focus for anyone I would want to do business with. -- Note -- Too little, too late. When I reached out to at the 5 day mark, you did not reply for 16 hours until the shipping stated had then received the package stating nothing could be done until I received it. I even stated, I understand it's christmas I can look to re-order after the first of the year. My best constructive criticism is you need to communicate at 48 hours if all you have is a tracking number THAT DOESN"T CONFIRM THEY EVEN HAVE THE PACKAGE! I've had other suppliers do this, and it made all the difference.

Lots of pinks, blacks and rose colors. The stickers are easy to remove from the book and affix to journaling pages. There is a mix of matte and glossy stickers for different options in decorating journaling and planner pages.

Second time ordering as I had used up my first! Love it! Helps me keep organised and plan my week out.

I ordered a custom embosser. Stamprints did not send a proof, and when I got the embosser it was defective — the name was unreadable. After weeks of trying to deal with the customer service and gettin ridiculous suggestions (like they can remake it without a name, which is the entire point of a name embosser) I still haven’t been able to get either a fixed version or a refund. They also were unable to give any info on the limitations of their printer, even though apparently that’s why it was defective?This company is scammy and has terrible customer service and poor quality products.

As a last minute order I was promised the stamp would be out the next day but subject to the post office re delivery. What absolute fantastic service. This is the second one I've order from this company and both products and customer service have been amazing. Thank you

These are perfect for Journaling and scrapbook ingredients, such cute borders and the quality of paper is a plus. It's not thin or flimsy. I love it!

Ordered custom stamps, they keep avoiding my questions regarding shipping and tracking info. Blaiming on customs.Obviously this is a scam siteEdit: they write below complatining about production & logistics. But on email to me they are lying about it beeing already sent, and stuck in customs. No tracking number provided ofc... This store is A SCAM

I was also worried that the flat carving would not be three-dimensional and beautiful enough, so he wanted to customize the relief carving. Now it seems that my worries are unnecessary! It’s really beautiful! Moreover, the official seal handle is very textured and feels heavy in the hand. Children love this Children’s Day gift very much!

Please do not use this company - their delivery and customer service system is appalling. I placed an order on 15th April, paid extra for 6-10 day delivery. After 13 days, I chased the support team and they made up many excuses about logistics/packaging. It eventually arrived on the 10th of May and the company take no ownership that the package is so late. I asked for a refund many, many times and they avoid all the emails about questions/problems.

I waited the exact 14 business days for my product, just as stated on the website. That's the first star. The website and webshop was really nice. They had tips and tricks for how to use their product and being creative. That's the second starWhen I email them with questions, they answer surprisingly fast. Third star. I'm so happy with my product. The stamp is so cute, the wax is beautiful quality. Fourth star. Though, i wish i didn't have to ask for the track and trace number by my self a full week after my purchase. I feel like they should sent that automatically by email, as soon I as ordered. But that's my only complaint 😊Can definitely recommend 👌 thank you Stamprints 😘
