Is staffline.co.uk Legit?

Don't waste your time, Dartford is abusing drivers, when you start working here, they give you about 4 days and then one - three days max!!! and the manager doesn't know how to communicate with drivers at all!!!!

There is no support from the team, and they don't even perform their tasks correctly. Most of the time, they just sit around in the office, showing no motivation or work ethic. They don’t offer any help and aren’t willing to listen to concerns. Instead, they make up their own rules and fail to follow the guidelines or handbook. 0/10 would not recommend. Pull you in by offering a job, put you on a training course that is 4 days of writing. No one seems able to communicate within the agency so you end up giving your id multiple times.Will straight up lie to you about available shift patterns and accessibility.

Worse experience ever and bad working conditions....all they care about is just their money they make by using people anyhow without any human empathy and worse of all. They never care.You would lay a simple complain and they always look for ways of ignoring with different excuses

Absolutely the worst. They have no clue what is going on in their site. Gave my availability for the week, turned up on day one, no supervisor to explain anything, only to be told after 4 hours, go home. Avoid like the plague. They will offer much, but deliver nothing. Other agencies are out there.

Don’t work in DC in Sherburn in Elmet, having been working over 4 months, still often have extremely unstable working hours, cut 1-2 hours a day, send you home after the shift started an hour. They sent us text promising to have 40 hours a week in Christmas season, still been sent to home after an hour of shift started, without any compensation, we drive all the way to the site, everything has cost to come to here. They make no commitment to their promise, they breach their promise, but asking us to commit in our shifts. Don’t work here!

Corrupt would be a compliment.Very toxic, vengeful, dishonest and drowning in nepotism. Very dismissive and ready to lay the blame on the worker. Infantile dealings, ie, if you have a valid complaint, you get punished...either your hours get cut or you lose work all together. They will try and shame face you into backing down. They proved to our teams twice by redundant all team in the last minute. As a company they have to be transparent with team and give them updates on everything, but they kept everything behind our backs and then redundant us. Thats happened twice with me now in 2 years time. Staffline keeps saying they have billions in profit but they can’t keep people who work hard for national minimum wage. Absolute disgrace , strongly not recommending anyone to work for them.

I found a job listing and applied. The staffline contact in Tesco Purfleet branch guy name is Lebor is a person let's say he gives preference to his own country ppl. After chasing him up for 2 weeks he then says job has been offered to others. He made up a lie to head office that he organised a interview for me and I didn't seem interested, I dont even know how this guy looks like what a liar!!. I lodged a complaint, I can't believe they have shady ppl like this guy working form them.

The worst customer service ever in Milton Keynes !!! Horrendous really bad attitude very rude!! Very very bad customer service. I’ve been hung up on the phone so many times put aside resolving issues ,they not want to help in any way ,or provide information or help I requested . Staffline really need to get themselves together in Milton Keynes total shambles .

Horrendous, cancel shifts thats if you manage to get any , dont pay you , no communication , sent messages just to be ignored then they phone you on a sunday afternoon to go in that night . Lie about hourly pay ,basically lie about everything. HGV sainsburys Basingstoke ,the work is ok and other drivers are polite ,it just staffline, the worst agency I've ever worked for. Avoid

I'd give this company minus stars if it were possible. They reel you in, make you attend numerous interviews, open days, tests/exams which costs time off work, taxi/bus fare, effort and revision, then they almost guarantee you the job after 1-1 and then right at the end decline you and give no feedback or justification foe why, if you ask for feedback they walk you to the door. Absolutely unprofessional, disgusting, discriminatory and hire people based on goodness only knows what. Save yourselves some time and go elsewhere, I'm glad I'm shot of this place!

I've beern dealing with Techsearch in Leeds since September 2000 and up until August last yeat. I knew they were unethical and had no scruples. Well I say the 'Royal' they.I believe it is all down to their National Recruitment manager, Omega Leeds.I could right a book on the tricks he's pulled with myself and their clients over the years. He comes across as nice but is actually slimier than a snake.Don't just ask me I can give names of other contractors that have had dealings with him. If you would like to know of whom I am referring just take a look on the reviews for Techsearch Leeds on other review providers.I hasten to add there are two extremely nice, honest, decent and trustworthy people working alongside this National account manager for Omega but a bad apple lets the whole place down. Worked for Staffline 3 months. Never had problems with payments, holiday payments or whatsoever... All my queries were immediately answered, and they were alaways supportive, case I need anythingThanks to Staffline now I am permanent member of their customer, XPO Greenford !!Maybe if most of the people do what I did (Work hard) you would not have motives to complaint. Do what you are paid to do... work!!Vitor
