Is stadium.se Legit?

I am in a wheelchair and the service provided was superb. From the quick entry to help to get to my designated seat with my family. All of the staff were great nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend the venue.

I’ve always found the Stadium staff to be friendly and helpful. Lund City and Lund Nova live up to this reputation. A kind sales assistant in the Lund City branch went put out of his way to locate a reduced price item listed on the website for me. Thank you.Earlier in the day, at the Löddekopinge branch, an overzealous till asistant refused to sell me the same reduced price item insisting the ’wrong’ sticker was on it, despite more of these reduced price items on the shelf. Please learn from your colleagues in upholding the excellent Stadium customer service at other branches.

Website is filled with fake reviews (none of the reviews talk badly about their products, all fake) and their own brand (Everest) became expensive and low quality, a shadow of the past. Take the M Liner Jacket as an example, in the past it was around 699SEK and down filling 90/10, now it's 100% polyester 899SEK (still made in sweatshops in China I guess though). Look at XXL for those jackets, the same price you get something MUCH better quality, 625 Cuin.

Regarding customer service.I wrote to them immediately after receiving my order, there was a minor defect on one of the items in the order.I got an automatic message saying they will handle the problem in a day or two.I’ve sent them a few more messages asking what’s happening, because not receiving an answer.Eventually after weeks I received a message saying I could do a complaint, on-line.Update:I’ve received replies and the complaint is taken care of by customer service.

When I needed to return a pair of shoes (in August -14), and either get money back or a new pair I was met with total understanding and a very friendly smile - and NO problems whatsoever to either get my money back or a new pair of shoes!! SOOOOOOO NICE! GO STADIUM!

I have experienced some of the strangest customer service experiences ever with them. It is perhaps too bad to be true but unfortunately it is true. Too bad that it's actually a bit funny. I have sent a question to them, then i got only a feedback survey to evaluate the help that i supposedly got from them with my question, but guess what: i did not actually get any response to my question. It seems some of their customer service agents are basically just marking cases as solved without doing anything about them lol. If that is the case then this is very uniquely bad level of customer service.

A few weeks ago, I ordered a jacket in two different sizes. When I was going to return them (on the last day) in the store, their QR code system didn’t work for some reason. As a result, I wasn’t able to return the jacket. Customer service only told me that they can’t do anything against a technical fault and that there’s no way to prolong the return period in their system.

Ordered outdoor pants with a discount and after several days just got my order canceled and promised to return my money in 3-5 banking days. Awful service, they should fix how they work with campaigns and pricing.

Awful not be able to be attended by customer service. Waited 15 minutes and no one picked my call. Have to make 2 separate purchases and pay 2 delivery fees because could not find help.Prices are good, but the service is very bad. Be able to sell but not support the customers is not the honesty way to make business.

Sometimes an apology is not the worst idea. Stone age return policy and lousy customer service (not the best combo). Despite the exceedingly bad reviews, Stadium still seems to be doing too well.

As an exchange student I live in Sweden for half a year. Placed an order for approximately 150 Swedish crowns. However, I couldn't pick up my packet since you need a Swedish bank account for that (??). Called Stadium (since there are NO OTHER fast contact options), in order to be able to pick up my order. These 13 minutes has cost me 15 EUROS. It was never mentioned to me that the call would cost money. Found an e-mail address and explained my situation. They aren't willing to meet me halfway and at least pay back the phone costs partly. Disgusting way to treat your customers, will never buy something here again, and would advice other people to not do so either.

Today I purchased a kickbike for my daughter at Stadium, Emporia, Hyllie. A little later my daughter fell with the kickbike and one of the handles broke.I called Stadium, they refused to help me in any way.I am amazed at the lack of forthcomingness I met from Stadium and very disappointed, a replacement of a handle for a childs kickbike cannot be a great expence for a firm that enjoys a reputation for quality and good customer service.

Ordered 2 skateboards for my kids, received within a week, the quality of the skateboards was good for the price.

Stadium sells a lot of junk that breaks down quickly and the seller in the store does not inform the poor buyer and keeps the information intact.I also my other friends give the shop bottom rating ...

I love the store and the things they offer. I have purchased a lot of sportwear that enjoy wearing and exercising in it a lot.

I'm sorry but this is the worst treatment I've ever received as a customer. During the black week I ordered a pair of skiis and bindings. A couple of weeks later I picked up the bindings from my local kiosk. However, the skiis never arrived. I talked to the store manager and we looked at the order and he said that most likely it would arrive within a couple of days. I monitored the delivery app but nothing happened. One day it said that the skis were being returned. I called the deliver firm and asked them if I could pick up the product at another location (although they should have delivered it to the kiosk) but they said that the skiis is on its way to stadium. I then called stadium several days in a row to try and get an explanation of how this could happen and how we can solve it. They said that although they should have the product somewhere they don't know why and I cannot pick it up or even reorder it. The worst part is that the representatives I spoke with said on numerous occasions that they would reach back but never did.

This is the worst place to shop. If your products aren’t delivered, they don’t take responsibility at all. The customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your money here!! I bought sneakers that weren’t delivered, and they said it was not their fault and they won't send me a new package or give me my money back! No one should spend money on this store!!!
