I am a former U.S. Marine and an avid marathon / ultra runner. When I first read about EMS technology, I was admittedly a bit skeptical. Nonetheless, I thought I'd give SQAI a try to see if the suit could improve my athletic performance and increase my muscle strength. I have now been working out with the suit since October 2024, and to my amazement, my core and upper body strength have significantly improved. Additionally, my legs feel more powerful, and I have noticed my 400-meter interval training splits have improved by an average 5 seconds (this may not seem like a lot, but this is actually a big deal). I have never enjoyed going to a traditional gym for weight training, so I really like being able to knock out a solid SQAI workout in 20 minutes! The exercise app and videos are top notch, too. I am very excited to see how my long-term performance will improve and have nothing but compliments for the SQAI technology and the company's customer support. Referred by MHI and my trainer. This equipment is one of the best investment I’ve made. Instructions, videos are easy to follow. What I liked best was their support. Responds within one hour. Offering phone numbers if further help was needed. I did the 1st session. Just like advertised, 20 minutes, I could see my sweat all over the floorResults. Muscles were visibly pumped and stayed pumped for almost 48 hours. I highly recommend this product. Relatively inexpensive and very effective.

My husband and I invested in 2 SQAI Suits 3 weeks ago. Although we’re still in the early days of using it, we both feel stronger and notice the difference in our abilities while working out. As an additional benefit there is a notable energy boost immediately after using the suit. We've found the APP easy to navigate with great trainers to follow. Great purchase!

After almost 4 months of using the suit, I can say without any doubt that this is the best investment I've made in the fitness department. Every other purchase whether subscriptions or equipment wasn't as efficient and time saving as owning the SQAI suit.I can already see the transformation but most importantly I can feel my body strong again (almost like a 25 year old). My wife is also very happy with her suit but my ultimate proof are my 18 and 16yo kids who are asking to do the suit because they clearly saw their dad's transformation.If you're still debating, don't.This, in my opinion, falls in the NO BRAINER category.

I’m in my 50s and was looking for an effective low-impact way to exercise. In my 40s, I started CrossFit and it was only a matter of time before I would have an injury. The SQAI suit provides a very effective stimulation directly to your muscles without the high impact to your joints. The suit is durable and easy to travel with. Once I started to use the suit, I was hooked. The app makes it easy to control the level of stimulation on each muscle group and provides a number of videos to guide your workout. Not only does it have strength and fitness, but it also has the capability to stimulate during a cool down. I enjoy the massage feature after my workout.

I first tried EMS at a gym in Spain – the old-school kind where you get hooked up to a machine with cables and a trainer guides you through each movement. I was recovering from a running injury at the time and was also doing physiotherapy. After only 3 sessions I felt stronger and less stiff. When I got back to New Jersey, I discovered Sqai and started doing their cardio and strength classes at home. It’s been fantastic. The trainers are great and the classes are a lot of fun. I usually finish with 10 minutes of lymphatic drainage which is super relaxing and helps with soreness (and yes, you will get sore).Now two months in, I love that I’m gaining strength without stressing my joints. I have my mobility back and my morning arthritis stiffness has noticeably improved. My only wish is that the suit came with pads for the calves but that’s a minor drawback for such a great product.

I was lucky enough to be one of the first to get a SQAI suit in NYC this Sept. I used the suit twice, first time I did a strength class using the SQAI app, and second time I did a 5K erg on the Concept2 wearing the SQAI. The following week I did my standard test pieces on the Concept2: 60 min time trial, and 30 min time trial, and I felt so strong and I crushed my PRs by 10-15% on both test pieces. Now my wife is using the SQAI for her workouts. I'm a SQAI believer!
