“Awful website - scam artists”

Rep Zach Berman is a joke who only contacts you if you are buying something. Don't receive an item you paid for in 4 months? No reply. Ordered an item that didn't even exist, signed helmet. The signing scheduled 6 weeks after my Purchase. I called in to inquire and assured I would get the product by end of April. By end of May, nothing, tracking still in processing, no responses to my email. Take my advice, pretend you want to buy something really expensive if you have a question about your order - they will answer super quick! That's how I finally got my refund. “Scam”

Harassed me for personal information and accused me of stealing from them when FedEx admits they accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Horrible company. Refused to refund even though I know they're getting insurance payment for their product that was lost. Do not buy from them. A simple Google search shows a history of fraudulent products too.

“1.5 months to get to the right person!”

After several attempts to locate 3 items on an order that were never received 1.5 weeks in, on my third email to sports memorabilia I received an email from Alexis Mariner. Thankfully! Within days she had rectified the situation and I received the items in time for Christmas. Just a thought, but you may want to have her train ALL your customer service staff. Having been a manager in CS for 20 years she impressed me not only with her communication, but with her quick handling of the situation, making it right and her follow up after the fact! It is only because of her, that I will use your company again.

Horrible company and customer service. I've tried placing an order twice and every time they automatically cancel my order and ban my account, it makes no sense. They keep telling me to check my information but EVERYTHING is correct from the name to the billing phone number, it's spelled exactly how it is with my bank and still they will not fix this issue, it's an absolute disappointment, I've taken my business elsewhere. “Bad experience”

Had a bad experience with them. Order a helmet for christmas present end Nov and site said "in stock". Never arrived and they hardly respond to emails with no phone number. I ordered a different helmet and it came quickly but not the one my son wanted. They provided RA and label so I shipped it back. After MULTIPLE email exchanges I finally received the helmet ordered end Nov on Feb 10th. However, they apologized that the returned helmet was received but not processed. After a month of them holding both my funds and helmet, I insisted on a refund, after a week of no response I had to initiate a dispute with CC company, still outstanding. They blame christmas and superbowl orders for delays but this is not good customer support nor business practice! “Hat quality is terrible.”

For a company that sells a lot of hats, they sure don't know how to store and package them properly. When I go to a store to buy a hat, I expect there to not be a single crease in it, and the material to be of somewhat high enough quality where the hat does not collapse into a deformed turd when I take it off. Hats should be able to hold their true form. Even when I put it on, it looks like its been tossed into a lake and dried in the sun. Terrible quality. I waited two weeks for this. I received my item and immediately followed the authentication instructions. My hologram came back invalid. I contacted Seller by phone and immediately responded to their email with pics as instructed. Radio silence since and no response to my issue. Authentication is critical with collectibles and trust is broken when in question. “Deceptive and lack customer service”

I ordered memorabilia on December 6th (this is December 17th for reference) and get a different answer every time I call to check on the status. Finally just received confirmation that my item is 'sold out' - thus I will not be received it, however, they have already charged my account. Anytime I call, it feels like it's 3 guys in a garage answering the call versus a business that is properly stood up with a customer service team to help. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing from Sports Memorabilia, in particular when what they are selling is not inexpensive! * SportsMemorabilia.com attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

“Absolutely stupid high prices”

I didn't make any purchases on this website, but it was high on the list on google (which you can totally pay for) as I was trying to put see how much my signed Allen jersey might be worth. The prices looked... absolutely stupid high. Then I saw this card being offered for like $120. A 2021 panini Optic Josh Allen card PSA 9! So I looked at Ebay and found people had bought the same card for less then 5 bucks. Absolutely rediculous. Personally, I just seeing that I would NEVER purchase anything from this site. Purchased merchandise and was told they offer express delivery in 2 days, I'm receiving it in 7 days wtf! My receipt states I paid for 2 day express delivery. Terrible experience through their Steiner subsidiary. Bought a card on 12/5. Money was taken, confirmation email was sent. 12/6 I get An email saying they sold me a card that was out of stock and to call a number and they will help me secure the card elsewhere. That was a useless 20 second call that they basically blew me off and said there is nothing I can do. I bought many cards from eBay and other websites and never was sold a card that was out of stock. “Better late than never”

Had placed an order on October 2017 that I never received but was billed for. I contacted customer service an in two different occasions was given the run around. Not until I had messaged them on facebook did I talked to a very professional and essential person in the company. Ingrid Pardon went above and beyond to make the situation right. I'm happy with the product and glad spoke to Ingrid to get it fix. If you ever have any issues with an order just tell them to connect you with her it will save you month of headaches. If it wasn't for her helping me out with the order I would have given the company a 1 star rating. Ingrid bumped it up to a 3, she deserves a raise.
