The Gold's Gym tank tops are of varying quality with regards to fit. The Black/Yellow, Grey Yellow are a great fit but the Navy/White and White/Red variations chest lines go far lower than the others to the point of indecent exposure. At this point all I can think to do is tailor them myself which is rather annoying considering the prices.
The website/account doesn't seem to work properly. I forgot my password and have requested a new one a few times but the email never comes. I also think its quite bad you have to pay £5 to return an item and that process itself takes a long time and there is no option to return items to a store
The garment was superb top quality CK swimming shorts. The only downside was Evri parcel was thrown onto the top step of property 10 metres away from front door no notification poor service EVRI .
Excellent quality slide, perfect for my 3yr old grandson. Safe chunky steps, not too steep. A short extension piece on end is great for landing with feet on the floor and extends the ride by slightly reducing their speed at the end. Ive seen too many kids hurtled off the end of a high slide and injured. Im really pleased with this safety design.
Whilst the last three orders I placed were of good quality and well received but what has been a great disappointment is that I paid once for next day delivery and twice for 48 hour delivery none were delivered as expected will all bring late. I don’t think it makes sense to give these options when you are unable to deliver. I feel that a refund of postage should be offered.

I ordered (order number. SD40000112440361) New Balance FF 520 v8 Mens Running Shoes online because required size wasn’t available at nearby store. After wearing this pair of shoes a couple of times I realised right foot shoe is de-shaped and looks odd. The main issue- as a new customer and placing an order of £191- I still had to pay delivery charge. You will see from your records that I revisited the order on several occasions. I did consider not placing the order. How does your Company expect me to come back to you with repeat business when there is no incentive on delivery cost. Not my best experience. “My Parcel Has Never Arrived...No Refund!”
I ordered from SportsDirect.com, but my parcel has never arrived. When I requested a refund, they claimed the parcel was delivered according to the shipping courier. However, the delivery proof picture is just a random image taken at my apartment concierge. My name is not visible among the parcels, and the packages shown are much too small to contain my order of 16 shirts, pants, and a pair of shoes. Despite this, Sports Direct considers this picture as proof of delivery and has closed the case, refusing to issue a refund. Tip for consumers:If a picture of random no-name parcels can be used as delivery proof, then everyone living in a big apartment complex is virtually unable to get a refund when a parcel goes missing. Worst customer service and postal service. I ordered the goods, the shipping fee was 60 euros. For this 60 euros, I got a broken package, where some ordered items were missing. Customer service has not been able to answer me within 15 days how they will resolve this situation. If you write in sportdirect's custom service, there is only silence from there. Considering that the postage was quite high (60 euros), it is absurd to receive a broken and poorly packed package with missing items. I want to warn other people about Sports Direct practices... I have ordered two items which unfortunately I had to return. I got refunded for one item only. After waiting patiently for two weeks I have decided to contact customer service to ask about the second part of my refund (almost £60...) After investigating the case they contacted me again saying that I DIDN'T RETURN the shoes so they cannot refund the money... Absolutely unacceptable. So now, I have got no shoes and no money... False Advertising, Stay Away. My partner bought me trainers online twice that I liked the look of based on the website pictures. I was sent trainers which were similar but a different design, logo shape and colour disappointedly i sent them back and was unable to purchase the ones I wanted. Then stupidly a couple of years later I bought work boots and exactly the same issue, product sent totally different to online pictures. No coincidence in my opinion. I ordered trainers, but when I received there were marks on them and tight knots in the laces that could not be undone. Ordered a product on line for a birthday present and it arrived with a store security tag attached the magnetic pin type. I've been ordering stuff from Sportsdirect.com for me and my entire family and only once there was a product missing and they refunded me right away.
