Is sportokay.com Legit?

Price was the best on the internet for the ski binding I was seeking. But what amazed me most was the impossibly fast delivery time. I placed my order at midday and the goods were on my doorstep by 9am the next morning!! I admittedly live in the same country as SportOkay, but still...

Fast delivery to the Netherlands (one week). It`s the second bike I ordered by StayOkay in Austia. The bike is delivered in a decent and original manufacturer box.You have to mount the wheels and stear yourself which is not a big issue. It`s a decent and realible company and has great prices for their products. I also ordered bike clothing and have no complaints at all.

First rate customer service!I ordered a cycling jacket. The delivery status was delivered but I never actually received the item. It was probably stolen by someone as the courier left it near the post boxes, rather than in front of my flat.I raised a query with SportOkay. They promptly sent me a claim form to complete against the courier. I did this but did not have much confidence so raised a claim with Paypal for a refund. This was declined by Paypal because they said the delivery status was marked as delivered. After some weeks passed I received an unexpected email from SportOkay for the original claim raised with the courier and they issued me a refund for the full amount! Cannot fault their customer service, and for this reason I will definitely use them in the future.

The best Austrian based online bike shop so far! Good selection of articles with reasonable prices. Fast shipping and a rather simple return procedure of not fitting goods.No complaints but only praise after a couple orders processed.Free shipping back for Austria and Germany only!

Fantastic after sales service! They went above and beyond expectations for me in what could have been seen as quite a suspect warranty claim. They trusted me when they could have doubted me, they picked up shipping costs and had a relaxed friendly dialogue in our emails. I feel great purchasing from them again knowing that they are good people with great deals.

Early November '22 I ordered a pair of Salomon Speedcross 6 for my wife. Unfortunately, it took us three months to find out, that she didn't like the shoes.Even after this long time SportOkay accepted the return and gave me the full amount of money back - this is really impressive to me.You can order shoes in multiple shops - but this kind of service quality and client orientation is outstanding.Big thanks to SportOkay for this differentiator !

Prices are great, yes, but that's it. Customer service took 2 weeks to tell me to send back an item that failed under warranty, after asking me to send pictures of defect, and top, sides, down and inside pictures of the item. How about telling me to send it back from day one?Very frustrating experience with customer service

Always had good experience with them, even bought a carbon bike at an unbeatable price (it was last one of the series so special price) and it arrived in time and is great. No issues so far.

On 26.06.2024 I ordered iXS Trail Evo MIPS helmet for MTB, and they sent me completely different item Ortovox Fleece Light Grid Hooded jacket. I wrote them email to send me immediately the right item that I ordered. The e-shop contact me the same day and asked me to send back the wrong item and they promise to send the right item immediately. I asked them for discount. I hope they will do so.

Very fast delivery. Received my package after 2 days. I compared the prices with different suppliers and SportOkay has the best offers.

I 'm waiting for 21 days and still don't get my order.DHL is one of the worst delivery service ever but sportokay does n t help to solve the problem.I sent them refund request.I have no answer from customer service...I had to buy the 5 different products in other shop. Waiting for money-back.

Lightning fast delivery, good prices and at least some kind of sale all the time.Already did about ten orders in the past three years and my satisfaction is only growing.

I ordered first time with them, unfortunately the item has to be returned due to size fit, the return was easy and the refund made promptly. for the first time it was a nice experience. It would be nice to have an express DHL delivery option.

Had to send a pair of boots back as they were badly worn in a very short space of time. I returned them at the end of April, and today I received them back to me, completely resoled and looking almost like a brand new pair of boots. Very happy to have them back looking so good, and I hope that they will last me a lot longer this time. It took the best part of 2 months to get them back, but they look like they were worth waiting for. Thank you.

Unbelievably low prices, but they shipped everything as promised and also on time. Undercuts Bergzeit and Bergfreunde prices by at least 35%.

Worst customer support ever. I waited 4 working days to even get a response - then the case was solved without any question to favor the shop - I left without the money and the bike for 14 days.

Ordered an expensive bicycle there, which arrived with substantial damage to the carbon frame. After back and forth for several days they offered me 35€ as refund which is around 1% discount, which is absolutely ridiculous. They did not offer to fix the issue and the only choice I had is repacking the bike and send it back to them. The worst part is that now that I have send mine back it is available again so it seems that they’re just selling it as it is again and the next person will waste time and money like myself. If they could’ve fix it they would’ve offered me that instead of trying to sell it again.

edited: initial miscommunication over order, but now being processed properly, will review again once order has been deliverededit: need to work on payment processing, it took too many attempts to pay and then got a lot of messages saying unsuccessful after money was debited from my bank, the payment successful message came much later so it was worrying not to know what was going on as a first time user of okaysport. after that everything arrived quickly from Austria to my address in Bulgaria, about 1000 euro order of skis and other things
