This product has really made our business much easier to run due to its large list of integrations and overall functionality. It's helped us manage and scale our customer base.

The Splynx team is very responsive. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the platform to accommodate as many ISPs as possible. Their platform is capable of so many things that oftentimes when I submit a feature request I get a response back from a support person showing me how I can already do what I was asking for.

Regarding the latest upgrade being performed by Splynx - there were no issues and all was all taken care of.Unfortunately still getting used to the new features as there has been a lot of changes regarding the billing / accounting side of things - I am no longer able to manipulate the system as much as a result.

5 StarsIts very intuitive overall and the teams answer fast if you have any question.Even our low priority questions have been answerer under 24 hours.It's modular and customisable.We're very glad we went with Splynx.

The support was great, especially the fact that we did not need to do anything but check if all was in order.

In recent months we have gained greater potential from the platform and better understand the benefits of the software.

While the software seems ok, the support is horrific. Extremely difficult to communicate with their staff and the response times are sometimes good and sometimes bad. Recently it has been very bad as the email exchanges seems as if they just don't care to resolve the issue and listen as much as defend their system and say it is not a problem with the system. At the end of the day, I still don't have the results I was looking for and now its even worse because there a functions that I cannot use with all customers because of this. I was told I wasnt getting his point. IF he read what I sent, he would understand he was the one not understanding. I asked the same question in multiple different ways and yet the only answer I received "that is how it is supposed to work." I showed how the issue was not displaying the right numbers and yet they still tell me it was my fault yet NO guidance from them..... Frustrating and just tired of this software and support.

We used with Splynx for several years, but unfortunately, it was marked by persistent issues with billing that remained unresolved, it never intregrated properly with our bank records.The decision to discontinue our use of Splynx was prompted by these ongoing problems, which became a substantial hindrance to our operations.Our departure from Splynx highlighted an additional flaw that has major implications for any company – the loss of access to past invoices and invoice archives upon discontinuation. This was a critical setback, especially considering the importance of the invoicing system for customersThe revelation that ceasing the use of Splynx meant losing access to all invoices posed a considerable challenge. This was particularly problematic given the regulatory environment in Europe, where there is a legal requirement to retain invoice copies for a mandatory period, I would be surprised if this wasn't an issue for companies in other jurisdictions too. The absence of a solution for seamless access to issued invoices post-Splynx usage added an extra layer of complexity to our transition away from the platform.While Splynx may have its merits the lack of access to invoices post use is very odd and is not the case with software like Sage or Xero, I would wonder about the legality of this. Challenges ultimately led us to explore more reliable alternatives better suited to our business needs and compliance requirements.While we did export our invoices, cumbersome is the word that springs to mind when it comes to ease of access of said invoices. In a busy office setting access to invoices must be at your finger tips.

Splynx is the best CRM system out!I have tried multiple CRM services and NONE of them can come close to Splynx!We had a few teething issues when we migrated across to them but their support was phenomenal! They did everything we asked of them and we have not looked back! You can honestly not go wrong with Splynx!PS.Please ignore the review from Joyce Galgey, if you're going to give an honest review don't let ChatGPT do it for you...

Tested and used a few deferent Radius Managers and Splynx just gives you more options and stability. Great Software and with all the features included gives you a all you will need to run your WISP/ISP.

Very very modern and straightforward OSS Platform.Many QoS/QoE features around Mikrotik API make it the perfect Mikrotik System for WISPs and FTTH ISP'sVery efficent Support.Very neat "all in one" PlatformHere are some critical points - not to downgrade the System but to give a idea for future points to improve further:Some areas lack intuitive usage (Billing Engine mainly)Some features are missing (many Hotspot features missing)Some features are not well documented

Splynx has made our daily tasks more easy and visible.We really do have control over our processes (invoicing, networking, messaging, etc).With close contact with the developers via their great ticketing system is a great plus, because anything we want to improve or any personal needs, they are willing to program.The CRM system is great to assign tasks to our field engineers, who can manage their own calendar.

Having used our own custom billing system for 15 years, code was old, system was lacking in features and development was very time consuming. We made the decision to switch to Splynx in April 2019 and we haven't looked back since. Fantastic software and highly recommended.

Having worked with a large number of WISP/Wireline billing and support systems I am a huge fan of Splynx. The team is very fast when it comes to support issues.It has grown to be a serious contender in the industry. Pricing is much better than its competitors - almost by half or more in many cases. The API is maturing allowing for folks to add their own flare. And the Portal is such that folks can change most anything they desire so it can represent your company from the customers perspective. If you have not tried Splynx - my only question is why.

SPLYNX just does everything we need as an ISP, and is a very useful tool for all departments in our company. It has really simplified our work, and increased our service delivery to our clients.If all ISPs can use this system, their life will be easier like ours.
