GREAT EXPERIENCE! Safety system failed due to damaged wiring. Door would not go down and stay down. Spike's responded on the day of the call. Two very nice and experienced men fixed the wiring problem and installed new lights for about what others are charging for the service call alone. Extremely pleased with this small business. highly recommend

I am paying spike $8.00 per month for My Spike account has been owned with my wife jes@hotmail and jes@hotmail I own spike again from about 5 years before my wife. Now I own wj@gmail multi owners over time causes me problems now. Please fix. password is a problem.

I have 1 email address as I am a single woman. A associate told me about Spike. But when I went into it, it said $83 something a year not what I was looking for!

Spike has become my final 'go to' solution for emails. Mobile and PC ( or iOS) alike. Spike (not SPARK, although Spark is nice, it's AI capabilities are not a dealbreaker to lose the features you lose if switching to it, from Spike) is MORE than just an EMAIL. Which is what I love about it. It has all the features I need to mass unsubscribe/delete/manage multiple inboxes - the price point is super reasonable, and to top it off ITS NOT JUST EMAIL! Wait - Did I mention that it's not JUST e-mailing you can do with Spike? NOTES + TASKS + E-mail = One Stop Shop, never have to leave your main app and have a central location for your inbox, Calendar and Events, Todo Tasks and Reminders, and even Notes/Ideas/Snippets - basically as long as Spike is open all day on my PC - anytime something comes to mind that I need to remember or take note of, something I dont wanna forget or an upcoming Event - I have this one central location for everything to live happily ever after in one organized hub. Top it off with the AI features it provides and we have a winner! Spike (more than) E-mail - Just get it, you wont be disappointed!!

response to issues is terrible. How can my account be locked from using the app. when my email provider has no issues. Support is not responding

For me, as a light email user, Spike is a mail app that's easy to use and navigate. I really like the 'Messenger'-like interface. With other more standard / generic email apps, I have always tended to get bogged down trying to find the feature I want, and have had to navigate around the many features which I either don't want or don't understand. With Spike, for me, the experience is not at all stressful.

I needed to pay to try all features out, but then I realised that Spike missed some critical features so I emailed them within 24 hours of my subscription asking to cancel my subscription. But they said they can't refund the money and I had to read their policy. So I warn everyone to watch out for Spikes money tricks!

Have been a user for about six months and upgraded to paid version. Recently the android app has stopped working and I was asked by support to uninstall and reinstall to solve problem. I've done that three times and it just stops working every time. I don't have time to sort out the problem so I've just stopped using the app.Update - Liran contacted me and although the issue isn't yet resolved I do have confidence it will get better. Looking forward to getting back to all working soon....

When I first downloaded spike I thought it will be nothing but just emails in coming and replies. But I was so wrong spike makes your emails a chat they also remind you of stuff and has a whole chat from spike for everybody that downloads know .If you have not downloaded spike well you are in for a big suprise go spike woooooooh!

Although I've never used Spike, I was very pleased when they responded to my report of a scammer sending emails via their system, to colleagues on my domain, and blocked the rogue user. It makes a pleasant change when a company lives up to its claims about taking security seriously.

An email app plays an important role in my business. Spike fullfills this role very well. I have tried many other apps but Spike being cross-platform app, it works on all of my devices. I just love the way I can reply to an email like a chat message. The ability to see when my email was read, is awesome - allowing me make better business decisions. I give Spike 5 stars.

The product is confusing when managing multiple mailboxes. It's a different approach over email but not the right one.Also, I had to subscribe for one month to add more mailboxes, but the refund policy only covers annual billing, which was not clear in the subscribe section.

Love Spike. Makes my inbox simple and intuitive so I can focus on working rather than email management. The whole concept is a world away from other email apps I've used and it makes huge difference when I'm dealing with 5 different email addresses and 30 or 40 clients at any given time. Its also really useful having poject management tools and to do lists in the same place as my email. Since all my work is essentially delivered by email, it means I don't have to keep switching screens and I can set up my tasks as and when I receive them—meaning they never slip through the net!
