Is spicylingerie.com Legit?

Placed order - said it shipped. Never came to my address. Dont know what they are doing. I messaged them and never heard back. Paid for priority shipping. This is second time I have had problem with company.

We been a customer for many years and never had an issue their quality and prices r great and always have lots incentive offers we always go back and want more to spice up

Love everything from this place and been ordering quiet times and have always been very happy with quality and service plus the spicy styles they keep add every week

USD to CDN was expected but the charges from duties due to shipping across the border were roughly 50% of the sale price.

Placed an order and one item was out of stock so I was told it was canceled. I received an email saying it was back in stock and I ordered it again. I then received two of the same item and was charged for both. I returned one at my expense because they don't pay for returns and my return was denied because it was over 30 days. I called and was told sorry, denied. If I want it back I can pay $4 to have it shipped back to me. Terrible company to deal with.

Horrendous customer service. Paid for 2-3 days shipping on an order that was $1500. A fraction of it arrived. The rest I had to send many emails chasing where it was. Eventually I was told it was in a separate, but they couldn’t deliver it as “the business was closed”. The address is residential and their first package arrived fine. It took weeks to get back to their store (apparently) and even longer for a refund. 6 weeks after ordering I only got a few of my items. When one of the items was needing returned (due to damage) I was told I had to pay for the return postage. Absolutely shocking customer service. Every time I order from them, there’s a problem, and lots of ping pong messages to get it sorted. Very disappointed

Very very rude and disrespectful!!! Stephanie is always the one on live chat and she is rude and hostile, BEWARE!!! I ordered a corset for a Halloween costume and had to return it because it arrived broken. I was approved for a return so I returned it. I had to buy my own label and returned it within 24 hours. I just got a notice saying "Refused return" and they claim there's hair all over it and bodily liquids! What?! I NEVER wore this due to it arriving broken and I dont have hair, I have a bald head, also no animals. Stephanie kept yelling at me and making stuff up as she went! Never ordering here again!

I paid for priority 2-3 day shipping however I did not receive my order in that time frame. When I inquired as to why my order had not yet been shipped on day 4 I was told the priority shipping is for 2-3 days after leaving their warehouse. Needless to say that is not priority shipping. As someone who pays for orders with expedited service quite often I am quite irritated. I bought my items for a function expecting them to be delivered long before the event and I still do not have my items nor have they been shipped.

Bought 2 Snow White costumes in September and couldn’t get my money back when I was going to return them because they were considered “costumes.” So I was stuck with $99 store credit. Finally bought 2 dresses with my credit 8 months later. Got one dress and it was horrendous and the other one didn’t come and they said “will ship in 2-4 weeks because it’s out of stock.” I went to go return the dress I got and the return policy is so specific, making you write on paper asking for refund or exchange, package it perfectly, has to be within 7 days of delivery and they make you pay for return fee. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Spicy Lingerie is intentionally misleading customers by having a "Hassle Free 30 Day Returns" graphic on every single page. Turns out, if you go to return items they will tell you that anything that includes panties, hosiery, or is a teddie is FINAL SALE/NON REFUNDABLE.They are deceiving all of their consumers by not disclosing that information on any single product page or on the check out page. This scam is stealing hundreds of dollars from unknowing consumers who make good faith purchases thinking that this is a business with integrity. However, if an Item doesn’t work out Spicy Lingerie gaslights the consumers and tells them no no no those “hassle free returns” badges on every page don’t apply to you. Not only is Spicy Lingerie willingly withholding critical purchasing information from their customers, they are purposefully doing so in order to make a profit.There is one single mention of this policy ON THE ENTIRE WEBSITE which has hundreds of pages. The mention is hidden on the Return Policy page—they went to great lengths to make it unnoticeable. It is not listed with their BOLD AND BRIGHT PINK return policy that says hassle free as long as it's within 30 days. Instead, it's one unnoticeable sentence at the very bottom of the page completely opposite to all the other return policy information.Furthermore, when you request a refund for eligible items they say (direct quote) "Please note you are welcome to return these items at your own risk. All items go through a thorough inspection process so in the case that the items are not accepted for any signs of use the returns department would reach out with more information." At the consumer's own risk? That language is so threatening, and then they suddenly introduce a THOROUGH INSPECTION PROCESS for all items. I read horror story after horror story in bad reviews from customers who had Spicy Lingerie employees lie to them and say the item had dog hair on it, so was not eligible and they would not get the merchandise or their money back.No product pages mention any restrictions such as costumes can only be returned for store credit or that the majority of items in their website are final sale. This is a lingerie business—75% of their inventory are teddies, panty sets, and hosiery! They are defrauding honest consumers by LYING on every page of their website stating that they have hassle free returns, when the vast majority of their merchandise is non refundable.They deceptively advertise a return policy that's easy, in fact it says all you need to do is just write return on your packing slip and mail to their facility. Spicy Lingerie purposefully discourages customers from even going to the return policy page! And if a customer does go to the page, it is filled with phony and vague information. The policy that nearly EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN SPICY LINGERIE’S INVENTORY CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED is listed in a covert section of the return policy page. It is separated from all of the other return information, the text stylistically looks nothing like the return policy section—they have camouflaged it so convincingly I doubt anyone ever sees it. In addition to this, if you have a rare item that can be returned there will be a thorough inspection involved.This company is purposely misrepresenting return policies in order to defraud consumers out of their money. Online website review platforms for the business are BLOATED with fake positive reviews. This is again another dishonest tactic they use to lure consumers to buy their products.Additionally, when consumers return items (items not deceptively made final sale), Spicy Lingerie denies returns for fabricated reasons, defrauding the consumer out of both the merchandise and the money spent on it. This manipulative and corrupt business needs to be held accountable for their actions.

I enjoy all the products from this store. My husband love it too- we order a red set and black dress it arrive quickly it comes with bonus gifts and shortly they have some email promotion that save extra discount with vip gifts, I enjoy my experience and will shop again.

Just receive our order today and everything was as expected. The costumes is very cute and the dresses fits very well for us. We also got 3 special outfits for our getaway and are very excited to use them. There is an extra corset too and r very pretty we r very happy with our purchase and will return for sure to order more.

I bought the “western star” (western Barbie) Halloween costume and I am very happy with it. I wanted to buy the one from spirit Halloween but they were already sold out before October. I scoured Amazon for an equivalent but didn’t like or didn’t trust any of the options there. Finally I found this website. The actual costume looks a little different from the image, but nonetheless it fits perfect and is good enough quality for a Halloween costume. And it looks great. they even sent me a free gift which is a cute little bracelet. I got worried because the order tracking wasn’t showing any updates but it shipped the day after I placed the order and my package arrived 5 days after I got the order shipped notification. I had my heart set on being western Barbie for Halloween and Spicy Lingerie made it happen!

Placed an order ! Paid for 2-3 business days . Didn’t receive called and was told they would ship 2-3 business days from time they found full order and were ready to ship . She kept repeating the same story . Wouldn’t give me a straight answer as to his that was deceiving

Bought a bra and pantie set for my fiancee based upon a pic at their online store We were both excited until they arrived/ The quality of the material was absolutely atrocious. The workmanship looked like it was sewn byan 8 year old , Considering the fact that lingerie cannot be returned and the prices they charge, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they are deceiving the consumer on purpose.

And they also offers Discounts to new customer and always take care about their loyal and regular customers. The sizes are so perfect and they only uses high quality fabrics. Everything shipped within 10 days and delivered within two (paid for the expedited shipping). Once it all arrived, everything fit perfectly and was true to size and looks great. My husband and I were both very satisfied. One item didn’t get charged or shipped, called customer service about it and they were very friendly and informed me that the item unfortunately was out of stock, but once it’s back in stock they will send me the item. The free lingerie/ panty/ gift that’s included, I will agree with others and admit it was all very cheap. I got a free necklace that’s quite cheap and ugly and won’t be wearing, and for the free lingerie and panty it was just a cheap bra and panty set. Overall, I’m very pleased with this company and will be buying from them again!
