Went to exchange gloves that I bought in Spejdersport in Amager Center, which had a finger sewed on crooked. Since it is on the index finger and has the smartphone feature, the seem of the glove would be on the fingertip (effectively the finger was sewn sideways). The attendant claimed gloves were too cheap (279 dkk) for him to consider the fault important enough to exchange! What does the price have to do with anything? The product is faulty and he flat out refused the return. Even though it is obviously defective, he was basically claiming to my face I am lying, even though I put the glove on in front of him. His younger colleague was clearly confused with what his colleague was doing. I have asked him for his name but he refused claiming “that he doesn’t need to give me his name and his boss trusts him”. What has that to do with anything? He is clearly not so confident in his brazen bad service that he will not share his name so I can follow up with his management. Absolutely unbelievable, I have never experienced anything like this in any store before with a clearly defective product. Ironically was with my wife 5 min before in H&M returning 3 different items for 1,000 dkk no questions asked. Another reason to only buy things online.Not to mention that I should have 30 day right of return under EU consumer law if I am not mistaken. Bought 20-10-2023.
