I had slight trepidation buying readers online but my local optician was so expensive. The owner contacted me to run through my order just to clarify I knew what to expect. I have never had that level of customer care from an online company before. I received my glasses as promised and they are perfect and at a very reasonable cost. I did however buy a second frame in error, totally my own fault. Kashan refunded me without hesitation. He is a pleasure to deal with and has left me in no doubt where I will be purchasing glasses from now on. Excellent customer service, thank you!!

Customer service is unbelievably good! I was in a real pickle - my frame broke and Specs at Home had the frame at an excellent price. I asked whether they could be sent to me by special delivery and I had them in 1-1/2 days! I will be back and will recommend Specs at Home to all my friends and family.

Super fast response. I got a call right after I placed the order from Kashan asking about the detail of my eyeglasses. We have worked on the lenses back and forth in Whatsapp and I usually get response from Kashan within a very short period of time. Unlike most of services out there, there's usually no one to answer your call.Have Zeiss lenses fitted. Like it very much, a whole new experience on using eyeglasses. Received the new pair of eyeglasses about a week after everything is confirmed. Efficient and Direct, I like it.

At first I was thinking about only buying the frames with cheap lenses and getting them fit here in the US after it arrived. 5 minutes after I placed my order for a frame I had contact with Aziz on Whatsapp. Started by asking me what I wanted and the different options he provides. We went through almost 2-3 entire weeks deciding what lenses we should add. In that time I had many questions and he did his best to answer, if not he got someone on the line from the lens to do so. I used this company to supply a replacement frame for some important glasses that got damaged. I used the code number of the original glasses to ensure the frame would be an exact match. All good.

After my usual high street optician advised me that my broken frames were no longer available, I was very surprised to locate replacements via Specs at Home internet site. I was nervous about getting new glasses and had been messed about a little in a couple of high street shops, I wasn’t sure if it was a good idea to look online but specs at home were recommended by friends. The customer service was second to none, all of my questions were answered and staff went out of their way to ensure everything was just right.
