Excellent design. Big clean photos from all angles and super 360 degrees view. Many sales coupons make you more comfortable deciding to buy. I wish there were more fitting reviews, table with measurements per designer or "true fit" engine so you can easily choose the one that fits perfectly to you. The free refund and the lowest price guarantee are big advantages.Finally yet importantly, Spartoo must add more half sizes in designer’s shoes. I love a pair of Michael Kors ballet and the fact that there are no half sizes stops me from buying it.

Pros: Beautiful leather boots however they were a little tight so need to return. Cons: Still waiting a week for them to be collected with no notification from Geniki Courier. Tried calling help line, but it hung up after two attempts and a long hold time. The boots were not cheap, so hoping they can be refunded. Will be happy to amend this review if I can reach someone, but this is concerning.Also my account doesn't seem to show all the information. Luckily I photographed it as a measure since there are so many dodgy retail sites these days.Order number 1050031--937541148

I like using Spartoo - The site is easy to navigate , there's a lot of variety and the return policy is fair and simple when you need it. When returning an item, I've often used the option of leaving the money for future orders. This has resulted in many small amount vouchers that I cannot redeem in total and I have to redeem in separate orders. I wish you could rethink this policy to make things easier for the buyer. Thank you

The return policy was AMAZING. Within 3 days the returned my money. They also have a great variety of shoes with the best price. They might lack in quality and quantity of clothes, but that's why they have that great of a return system.

The information and the advice to choose the right sizes are really bad! ALso, the shoe sizes "measure system" cannot be the same for all the brands. You must have different measure system for every different braand like other sites do. For example New Balance is smaller than Nike and Armani so much bigger than all the rest!! And the advices....pfff... disaster!!!

Am scared of Spartoo.gr, after charging me twice for a pair of shoes ,, and the only answer from the email was an automated reply to wait for my turn to solve the problem,by the time this happened, the second pair of shoe that i ordered was on hold too,so the size was gone,so in the end i just got the whole money refunded,and finito. 🥴

very good site.very good premium options and very fast delivery. i've order many times and my orders came in excellent conditions. the only thing to be better in the future is that some products of some brands like timberland and lacoste they dont have so good offers and not so many options of them.but everything perfect

Unfortunately they are not able to deliver on time for Greece as the courier they work with has a terrible service. It takes a few days to arrive in Athens but the package remains here for 8 days and no signs of it. I am still waiting for a delivery. Terrible experience, I would not recommend it. If you need something expect for a delay and don't count on it - guys, we order clothes cause we wanna use them and most times it is for special occasions. If you don't deliver on time, don't mention specific dates or charge the delivery service you have. There are plenty of eshops that deliver on time, why prefer you?

Totally disappointed!In January I purchased a coat and paid extra charges in order to receive it asap. The size I ordered was wrong so without loosing time I followed the return process and sent it back and getting the correct one. As the time was passing I didn’t have any update regarding the return (almost one month from the time of return) so I reached the customer service which informed me that they sold the size that was reserved for me and they would call to inform me (nobody knows when!). Totally disappointed because I was waiting a month for it and it never came!!!! Ironically the size I returned became available the day I called them.

I am very happy with spartoo.gr. My order arrived promptly, it was exactly as pictured and nicely packaged. As it was the first time I bought Desigual clothes, I needed to return a few of them and buy the proper size. Return was easy, refund was fast and my new clothes are already on their way. I order 16/12 and expected my order to be late cause christmas is always busy time but no. My order arrived today as planed and product was exactly as described. I will order from them again for sure. Totally recommended!

do not make the mistake and give ur mail, they will spam u badly for the next few years, u will get mails from spartoo.gr. if u block them u will get mail from spartoo.com. then spartoo.co.uk. then spartoo.de....Only for the July my spam folder have 45 mails from Enzo de spartoo, adriana de spartoo, Emma de spartoo vented privess by spartoo, unfortunately I cannot upload a pic from my spam folder to see, if u block or unsubscribe all these u will get new mails from other spartoo addresses eg George by spartoo, Anna by spartoo Mary by spartoo Madona de spartoo Michael Jackson de spartoo etc they never stop,

Very good experience at Spartoo! I was notified by email of a decrease in price, and was able to order the product in under a minute. The discount coupon I had been offered was readily available and I added to my order very easily.

They offered in their site to give back 50% of any gift voucher during Christmas holidays. Five months have passed since then and they refuse to do it claiming that the Accounting Department just could not, no reason. I feel deceived.
