This watch is a piece of junk and should not be sold to the public. The blood pressure monitoring is useless and they place a placard of 145/85 to make it look like it is taking your pressure. Tech support says that the feature is in BETA with no resolution at this time. Some of the other features are quarky at best. The return policy is go through all the hoops they give you, pay for the return and good luck on receiving a credit for the return. Don't know what they sent you to test but it is not what a customer is receiving. Went on the BBB website and they rate them 1 star.
Same here. Wish I had seen your post before buying. Watch quit after 1 week. I returned the watch; it was received over 5 weeks ago and haven't heard from them, They don't answer phone or respond to my Emails.
They responded to my emails. but nothing ever happens. On a phone call, they suggest you use an e-mail to contact them. Sounds like a scam.
Placed order 4 March 2022. By 18 March had not received the item and I cancelled via email. No response from Spade. I cancelled again via email. No response. I called. No response. On 14 April item was received. I emailed Spade for a return address so I could return item. No response yet. BUYER BEWARE. You may be dealing with a flunky company. How this company gets such a high evaluation on this website and, knowing my own current experience, I question the validity of this website.
Spade & Co smartwatch caught on fire while charging. I reached out to them several times. They did not care. Do not buy this dangerous product! Beware!
Spadeandco.com itself is not a scam, but their product is. The watch does not give accurate readings for blood pressure, but always in the range of 140/80. Always. The watch does not shut off the Sleep recorder when I get out of bed; it said I was asleep on the toilet this morning. It said I slept through two hours of Sunday morning TV, even though I got up several times. The watch cannot tell ambient temperature frome my body temperature, so is useless for telling me I am actually overheated rather than that the watch is in the sun. I say false advertising.
My experience with Spade & Co. is, at best, terrible. I placed an order with them late on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, I had not searched customer complaints. I did this Sunday evening and sent them an email canceling the order. Early Monday morning, I got first, an acknowledgment of my request, then less than an hour later, a second email saying it had been shipped. It is now 13 days later, and the order, while finally arriving at the D.H.L. e-commerce shipping location, it has not been received by the Postal Service for shipment to me. I have twice asked for a return authorization, but have not gotten it. I called Spade & Co.'s consumer helpline numerous times, but until today, the call was merely rejected. Today it was answered by an automated answering system, told that I would talk to the next available agent, but after 2 and a half minutes, told that no agents were available, following which Spade & Co. hung up. According to the complaints I read, the phone does not live up to Spade and Co.'s claims, and many say that it quits functioning entirely soon after the 30-day guarantee expires. This may not qualify as a "scam", but it looks to me like deceptive trade practices.

I noticed in reading their policies that they are condradictory. First enjoy their product and with out risk, then if you need to return it it must be UNUSED... I thoought something must be wrong. Just by chance I saw this page and the reviews. So glad I didnot order the watch. S L.
