Is soundbrenner.com Legit?

I have used my Soundbrenner Pulse metronome a lot since I recieved it and I think it is great. It helps me with the different rhythms and I can set up a rhythm on the app and can then feel what it should be. It has helped with my timing when playing a song on my bass.So far very pleased with the Pulse.

So far I’ve just used it for solo practice and I like it more than a click track. Menus are a little clunky and having to return back into metronome settings to change something while using it as a metronome is a bit silly; why doesn’t it stay on the metronome but when using it as a metronome?

I wouldn't have needed all the additional functions. A metronome with a clock that can be easily set would have been enough. Unfortunately, the BPM display on the screen is too small, I need glasses to set it. This could certainly be fixed with a software update. Unfortunately, you can't deactivate the tap function either. When starting the metronome (2x short tap), I have often changed the BPM settings. Then I have to put the glasses back on and set them again - very annoying. This could also be easily fixed with a software update. I hope that these changes will come soon :-).

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I have contacted this company lots of times to gain an update regarding my refund after returning the watch in January 2024 but no response and around £192 awaited! The watch was a gift for Christmas therefore it was unknown if they would definitely want to keep it but now they are without the watch and I am still at a loss financially!

Metronomes can really get in the way of hearing what bandmates are up to. We have found that the core takes all the listening to the 'relentless deaf drummer' away in an instant and allows us to listen to each other. It makes working with a metronome enjoyable

I've had the Soundbrenner Core for about 8 months now and It's the best purchase I've made this year.I had first heard about it from my roommate and I sure was skeptical at first. I've been using a traditional metronome for a long time, and I wasn't sure if the Core could replace it. But still I wanted to give it a shot. 8 months later, and I have never touched my old metronome since.My favourite thing about the watch besides the metronome function is the contact tuner and the smartwatch feature. It's so convenient for me to be able to tune even in loud environments. And I also love that I can get notifications from my phone, making it an awesome everyday watch.I can't wait to see what Soundbrenner does next!

Bought the Sound Brenner Pulse when it first came out and used it quite regularly. When the Core came out it was a no brainer because the Pulse's battery was dead by then. The Core is a good upgrade, but I think that the accessories are a little overkill and the device is still not intuitive enough that anyone picking it up the first time still has no idea how to make it work. Perhaps a simple "Start" and "Stop" button could go a long, long way. Shipping was fast and smooth. No taxes or duties issues like I see from the other poster. Given my alternative is a metronome that looks like a pendulum or a blipping sound, and this is the most elegant accessory that's come out in a while.

I’ve really enjoyed my soundbrenner so far. I’m a college student studying music education and performance and have been dealing with some pretty significant hearing loss. The soundbrenner core has totally changed how I practice and it’s the first time in years I’ve been able to truly internalize the tempo of a metronome!

Almost perfectMinuendo: I'm a drummer, and these earplugs work as they should! I can close them off when I'm playing, or open them up more if I'm out in the audience.Pulse: Works pretty well on its own, but seems to have a pretty short range when trying to sync 3 to my phone for rehearsal. We're all maybe 20 feet from each other max. Theirs will frequently lose sync Wave: Great sounding IEMs, fit is almost perfect but there really needs to be a Medium sized triple flanged eartip. Until then, no fifth star :D

My biggest difficulty is using the Metronome. When I play a drumless track or another because it's not easy to set the BPM. It improves when I practice exercises like paradiddle.

Purchased a Soundbrenner Pulse in March 2021. It wouldn’t accept a charge. Contacted Soundbrenner who advised a reset. Tried reset, still nothing. As they take about 3 days to answer every question raised, I lost interest. Decided to try again recently. Tried resets, different charging plugs and still nothing. Contacted Soundbrenner and after the usual several days between interactions they advised the cable was probably faulty. However, as device was now out of warranty, I would have to pay for a replacement. Fair enough. Followed the link on their email to order cable. UK price for cable was £19 plus £13 shipping. So £32 for a USB charging cable!!! Decided to call it a day and have thrown the whole device away. Is the Soundbrenner Pulse any good? No idea as it never actually worked. Would I purchase from Soundbrenner again? No chance!

Don’t purchase. The concept is great. I suspect the online reviews on their website are fake. The Soundbrenner Core did not stay synced with my son’s phone. That wasnt the biggest issue. The watch doesn’t stay connected to the band- despite their guarantees. With normal walking, the watch just popped off twice in 2 weeks. The first time was on carpet, the second time was on cement. The face completely shattered- it is super fragile! Lastly, you should avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is SLOW to respond & refuses to provide support or a refund for a faulty product.

I wanted to get the earplug set, Minuendo. Long story short, the experience was horrible.I was disappointed to see the product itself giving off cheap, plastic toy-like 'aura' that didn't seem to match its 150 dollars' price. The fit was very stiff and uncomfortable as well. The worst part, though, was the communication with the customer service team going through the refund process. Never had I experienced such poor service! The replies were not ensuring, being either missing the point, irrelevant or very late as if trying to avoid the responsibility. Even with an average, generously-minded customer's eyes, I couldn't but be more than dissatisfied with their service.I'm surprised, on the other hand, how there can be so many positive reviews on their website. In any case, as for both the item itself and the customer service quality, I give no more than 1 star rating and I hope this would help anyone out there having to deal with similar situations.

I was initially impressed with their very expensive but innovative Minuendo ear plugs. However, the left hand ear plug broke into three pieces after only six normal uses. I had used the product as described and followed all care and maintenance instructions.I messaged Soundbrenner and asked if I could return the item for a full refund as the product was clearly defective.Soundbrenner initially offered a replacement, but I believe there is an issue with manufacturing so I worry the second pair will also break.The best they will offer is a refund of 70%, or 60% without returning the item. They just point to their 30-day money back guarantee and claim they cannot refund in full after this timeframe. I have had to ask PayPal to step in and have raised a dispute.In my opinion they are behaving in an underhand and disreputable manner, and I would recommend other musicians and DJ's avoid them.

This company is fraudulent in my opinion. Item returned with my proof of posting. I am now out of pocket by £148 which they refuse to reimburse. Be very wary of this company!!!! They are crooks.

I paid a lot for shipping to Belgium and then a week later I got an extra bill from Fedex for mor than 80 euros. I am never buying there again. This means I paid more than 100 euros for shipping. Does this seems fair to you, Soundbrenner? Not to me, a single mother who allready had to do a lot to save the money to buy your product.SHITCOMPANY. NOT HONEST, they should have said this on the site. I see that they are reacting in another bad review that you can order as an European with Thomann. So this means that they KNOW this is happening a lot, but they choose to tell this after the selling of the product and they don't give this information when you are buying on their site. Pretty dishonest if you ask me. Sell sell sell, money money money and not quality is the message they send with this. They don't care about their customers. They leave them with the Sh it. Wow, what an ass hole-CEO this must be.

Didn’t receive the ear plugs with the minuendo ear protectors. They were meant as Xmas gift so I asked for a return. They do not read the messages, so they kept insisting on sending new ear plugs. I had to open a case with PayPal so they would let me return. But now I’ve sent the product back and they are refusing to process return until I close the PayPal case but that could make it to where they never return the item. It’s been about a month. I don’t have my money back and may have to resort to a bank charge bank just to get my money back.

Worth even more than the listed price. When they say there is variable noose cancellation they mean it. I can fully tell when they’re open of closed. And when they’re open it feels like there’s nearly no obstruction to my hearing at all. It’s insane. Best product out there. Buying 2 more just to have in reserve.

I purchased a Soundbrenner Core with additional 3 years support and a leather strap making the purchase quite expensive. I cant get the watch to sync with my account making the watch useless on non functionable. I have sent 3 emails to their support team via their website so far i have not had one response not even an automatic response to say they have received it. I have tried to find out separate emails of their management and CEO and fired off emails to them. Judging by what i am reading on Trustpilot i think i will be asking my credit card company to retrieve my money back as they clearly have no intention of contact me. How can these companies get away with these things?I have sent you my email via your own website 4 times via your companies support page, then i sent you emails using support@ then your company name .com it has taken my comments on Trust pilot and Facebook and Instagram to get your attention. All the time its not getting the product fixed. But now i don't want your excuses or lack of support i want my money back in full and never want to hear from your company again.You should be ashamed of yourselves not giving a proper service to people and sending them sub standard products. According to the reviews on this site you seem to be doing this to a lot of your customers. Please refund my money in full as per UK law of purchasing online and not having working products and your own 30 day money back guarantee

I just received a brand new Soundbrenner Pulse. I doesn't even switch on or charge. I reached out to customer care for a refund and so far nobody replied to me. Don't waste your time and money.
