Is soulisfree.com Legit?

I ordered a black hoodie and it was exactly what I expected! It’s very comfy and soft and the artwork picture is great, I love it!It didn’t take too long for delivery but me being me, ordering from a company I had never heard of, I do get skeptical. I had no problems with communication through email so customer service is great! I highly recommend them

I initially commented saying I could not get a refund - but they refunded me fully and were extremely apologetic and friendly. It did take over a week of emailing but outcome was good. Legit company and safe to buy from.

I ordered 6 shirts from them. 3 of the shirts came out great, but the other 3 came poorly printed and blurry I messaged their customer service and they are giving me a 100% refund.

The site is great and easy to use. The products are what drew me to you! The only issue (hardly one) but the checkout part is all in dollars not in sterling pounds. Makes you second guess. I can’t speak of the product as I am yet to receive it but fingers crossed it’s what I hope I’ve ordered

I was advertised this brand on Instagram and I saw some tops that i liked, I've bought from other clothing ads on Instagram before and received the clothes with in a week or two with very good quality. However I have been waiting about a month now for the clothes from soulisfree. Turns out the clothes are from China so when they arrive I'm assuming they aren't going to be very good quality. I don't recommend anyone to order from soulisfree

Scam! So the T shirt arrived after like 2 weeks and I was already sceptical as the print quality was really bad. You could barely notice the print from the distance. The fabric also was really bad. When trying it on and just slightly pushing my elbow into the side of the Shirt, it instantly ripped apart. I didnt even expect much but still for dissapointed.

Please don’t buy anything from them. The shipping takes too long, and when you finally receive the product, the quality is terrible. If you want to return it, they offer you a cheaper price and you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. They only have nice photos on their website!Please don’t buy anything from them!

i paid for my shirt 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped. I've wasted my time emailing them 5 times each time they say we are shipping today and never ship it. UPDATE: I received my shirt 1 month later but they refunded my money

Site was easy to use. I don't know if there was no option for final review before I placed my order but immediately after I saw that the order was for a size S when what I wanted was size XL. I had sent a message asking to correct it and it was corrected promptly.five stars for Soulisfree. I love the T-shirt designs and the excellent customer service.

Being old hippies, we have always leaned to colorful and unique designs. So finding your products was just what we look for. The website works great and is easy to navigate. We will most likely be visiting in the future.

Great variety of art styles! The quality seems great and at an excellent price. All sizes. I wish there were more colors options for the shirts, yet I still love the options given.

I think the website is very organized and I like that it is consistent.. each shirt has an option to change the color. I like also being able to see what shirts are popular now.

I asked for a grey hoodie instead of the black, and to my delight it came in grey!

I had to do an exchange, the team were very helpful, also, the t-shirts are totally fab, nice heavy cotton

After my hoodie took way too long to arrive, the product I received was probably the worst quality item of clothing I've ever owned. I paid over £30, don't do it. Makes Primark and boohoo man look like Balenciaga

I will definitely be purchasing more of them in future
