DO NOT BUY!!! Stay FAR away!! I do wish there was a way to give a -1 review. I echo what ALL other reviewers are saying. Do not waste your time engaging with this company on any level. The website is VERY professionally done, and the hats pictured are high quality and unique. What was received, however, looked like a kid's arts and crafts project or a Halloween costume hat. Materials are cheap, construction is sloppy and the finished product is a sad shadow that fails to even effectively mirror the website depiction.If you had the misfortune of ordering from this company, and want a refund (which, of course you will), don't even bother engaging with them. Go straight to your credit card company or banking institution for satisfaction.

Please please Do Not buy these hats they are of cheap material,the kind of material you’ll find at a costume store on Halloween they do not look like the ones you see in their advertisements. So with that being said on a scale of 1-10 it is an absolute “0 goose egg”.Don’t waste your time and money on this.

To all the people leaving reviews about this company simply contact PayPal or your card issuer and they will refund you immediately , don't worry about sending the rubbish back to china, the card companies already know about them and will refund you without question. They charge me &49.00 per hat the website looks very professional and good quality! I received a shipment from a person with a local address box from china the worst material it looked like a felt hat craft ! They are 100% a scam! Hopefully my cc company can refund me.

Absolutely fraudulent company the hat I received was not worth the money I sent, extremely poor quality, and they deceptively advertise as an American company as if your order is shipped from the U.S but then you get a weird tracking number that shows where it is shipped from. The item I received was not the item I selected and I had to wait almost 4 weeks too receive a poor quality hat and not the hat I selected. I would rate negative if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!

I would not score these hats if that was available! These hats look like an arts and crafts project gone wrong! I got the 6 bundle and all of the hats are made with a cheap felt material and do not mirror the professional quality described in their ads on the internet and on Instagram! I do not see a place to take pics of what was sent but PLEASE do not pay your hard earned money on these hats! It is nothing like the ads!

Item received is nothing like what I ordered. Total fraud!!! Looks like they took a cheap replica and spray painted it. They deceptively advertise as an American company as if your order is shipped from the U.S but then you get a weird tracking number that shows where it originated. It took about 5 weeks to get it and then be totally disappointed by the poor quality. I even ordered one for my son and had it shipped to him directly. I am totally pissed!! I would rate my customer experience a zero if I could. BEWARE!!!!

I received the hat in a box that is too small for the hat. So the brim is curled up all the way around. The material of the hat is very flimsy, no firmness to it at all. The hat looks different in the picture. The hat looks more light denim in the picture but it is definitely teal like it says. That part I can’t say much about because I was expecting more denim. But the material of what the hat is made out of is not good.

If I could give negative stars I would. Paid $80.00 Canadian for a crushed junk hat not worth more than $8.00. Then they refused to refund my money. Do not buy anything from this disreputable company. They are not ethical. I had my credit card company do a refund to me and a charge back to them. They are scum.

Super cheap, no detail like advertised. From China. Like someone did airbrush over felt, stuck a cheap piece of fabric around the brim and one skinny feather in it. Falsely advertised.

This company is a SCAM ! The hat looks like a cheap version of the picture they post . The sizes also doesn't match , I order a Small and the hat was very big . They refuse to fully refund me saying the hat can still be used ! Don't buy from this company

I purchased a denim hat. I received a navy blue hat that looks like a toy prop for costumes. Do not purchase from them company. I took 6 weeks to receive a junk. I want my $60.00 back.

The prices are about a third of what you might expect to pay for a well-made wool felt cowboy hat in the US, so I foolishly took a chance and ordered one. I was naively reassured because the Soulhatter website clearly advertises 30-day Free Returns on the top of the home page, and under the hat description, the site again advertises Free Returns. In the Soulhatter policies, the language reads as follows: MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If your item is damaged or defective within 30 days of use, we will gladly replace or refund it. None of which is true as I quickly found out after receiving the so-called hat.It took a while for any order confirmation to come through after I placed the order but eventually one did, but only with a non-working tracking number. After a few weeks, I made multiple inquiries about my order status with no response. An unbranded box from UPS arrived three weeks later that was so light I thought it was empty. It had a return address from "SARAH" in Illinois which I looked up on Google Maps and found was an Osco Drug store in a shopping mall.SARAH2164 Bloomingdale RdGlendale Heights, IL 60139When I opened it I found a squashed, paper-thin incredibly cheap knockoff of the hat pictured on Soulhatter's website. The best way to describe it may be to picture a child's toy cowboy hat from the 1960s, pressed into shape by a machine. The so-called "leather hatband" looks like colored cardboard. Do not order anything from this company! Please also be aware this same outfit runs multiple websites on all social media channels with the same knockoff products.
