Alert.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 47.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to soulhatter.com's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert. tags above. Long story short, we caution you about using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning soulhatter.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between soulhatter.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of soulhatter.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of soulhatter.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. soulhatter.com is a suspect website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether soulhatter.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether soulhatter.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, soulhatter.com.
Online Reviews of soulhatter.com
-
- Score: 1.7
DO NOT BUY!!! Stay FAR away!! I do wish there was a way to give a -1 review. I echo what ALL other reviewers are saying. Do not waste your time engaging with this company on any level. The website is VERY professionally done, and the hats pictured are high quality and unique. What was received, however, looked like a kid's arts and crafts project or a Halloween costume hat. Materials are cheap, construction is sloppy and the finished product is a sad shadow that fails to even effectively mirror the website depiction. If you had the misfortune of ordering from this company, and want a refund (which, of course you will), don't even bother engaging with them. Go straight to your credit card company or banking institution for satisfaction.
Please please Do Not buy these hats they are of cheap material, the kind of material you’ll find at a costume store on Halloween they do not look like the ones you see in their advertisements. So with that being said on a scale of 1-10 it is an absolute “0 goose egg”.Don’t waste your time and money on this.
To all the people leaving reviews about this company simply contact PayPal or your card issuer and they will refund you immediately , don't worry about sending the rubbish back to china, the card companies already know about them and will refund you without question. DO not buy anything on instagram or Facebook they are all scammers.
They charge me &49.00 per hat the website looks very professional and good quality! I received a shipment from a person with a local address box from china the worst material it looked like a felt hat craft ! They are 100% a scam! Hopefully my cc company can refund me.
Absolutely fraudulent company the hat I received was not worth the money I sent, extremely poor quality, and they deceptively advertise as an American company as if your order is shipped from the U.S but then you get a weird tracking number that shows where it is shipped from. The item I received was not the item I selected and I had to wait almost 4 weeks too receive a poor quality hat and not the hat I selected. I would rate negative if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!
I would not score these hats if that was available! These hats look like an arts and crafts project gone wrong! I got the 6 bundle and all of the hats are made with a cheap felt material and do not mirror the professional quality described in their ads on the internet and on Instagram! I do not see a place to take pics of what was sent but PLEASE do not pay your hard earned money on these hats! It is nothing like the ads!
Item received is nothing like what I ordered. Total fraud!!! Looks like they took a cheap replica and spray painted it. They deceptively advertise as an American company as if your order is shipped from the U.S but then you get a weird tracking number that shows where it originated. It took about 5 weeks to get it and then be totally disappointed by the poor quality. I even ordered one for my son and had it shipped to him directly. I am totally pissed!! I would rate my customer experience a zero if I could. BEWARE!!!!
I received the hat in a box that is too small for the hat. So the brim is curled up all the way around. The material of the hat is very flimsy, no firmness to it at all. The hat looks different in the picture. The hat looks more light denim in the picture but it is definitely teal like it says. That part I can’t say much about because I was expecting more denim. But the material of what the hat is made out of is not good.
If I could give negative stars I would. Paid $80.00 Canadian for a crushed junk hat not worth more than $8.00. Then they refused to refund my money. Do not buy anything from this disreputable company. They are not ethical. I had my credit card company do a refund to me and a charge back to them. They are scum.
Super cheap, no detail like advertised. From China. Like someone did airbrush over felt, stuck a cheap piece of fabric around the brim and one skinny feather in it. Falsely advertised.
This is a piece of ****hat, and after reading the reviews I will not waste my time trying to get a refund. Stay FAR away from this company!!!! Facebook should ban them for advertising, and I will notify them to do so.
BUYERS PLEEEEEEASE BEWARE!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! The pictures you see are NOT the hats you will receive! They won't come in a box, no bubble wrap, no packing slip... they are made of cheap, floppy, craft felt (like the kind they use in kindergarten projects). These hats are no better than party store costume props. Worth, MAYBE, $5 at best. Don't make the mistake of ordering more than one like I did! BEWARE!!BEWARE!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!I have tried to get a refund and was told that they would refund 20%, then 40% DESPITE adhering to the return policy on their website and showing proof that they were negligent. Finally, they said I would have to pay for the return and it would likely take a month or so.Never mind that the hats were poor quality from the beginning. I was requesting my refund based on the fact that they were damaged in transit because they were NOT sent in a box AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. I would NEVER have used them, but I would have accepted the loss if they had arrived as promised on their website. They also did not include a packing slip or anything, just a bent cheap hat in a shipping bag!I even found pictures of the actual hats and SoulHatter tried to alter the picture so it wasn't the same.I will post negative reviews all over the internet if I have to. They need to GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK and stop scamming people!
This company is a SCAM ! The hat looks like a cheap version of the picture they post . The sizes also doesn't match , I order a Small and the hat was very big . They refuse to fully refund me saying the hat can still be used ! Don't buy from this company
I purchased a denim hat. I received a navy blue hat that looks like a toy prop for costumes. Do not purchase from them company. I took 6 weeks to receive a junk. I want my $60.00 back.
Not true to size, extremely cheaply made. Shipped from New York, I was told I would have to "return" it to China at my expense. After 2 months of emails I gave up. Terrible company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM,
SoulHatter's website shows numerous good-looking cowboy hats in classic styles and profiles with quality hatbands. The prices are about a third of what you might expect to pay for a well-made wool felt cowboy hat in the US, so I foolishly took a chance and ordered one. I was naively reassured because the Soulhatter website clearly advertises 30-day Free Returns on the top of the home page, and under the hat description, the site again advertises Free Returns. In the Soulhatter policies, the language reads as follows: MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If your item is damaged or defective within 30 days of use, we will gladly replace or refund it. None of which is true as I quickly found out after receiving the so-called hat.It took a while for any order confirmation to come through after I placed the order but eventually one did, but only with a non-working tracking number. After a few weeks, I made multiple inquiries about my order status with no response. An unbranded box from UPS arrived three weeks later that was so light I thought it was empty. It had a return address from "SARAH" in Illinois which I looked up on Google Maps and found was an Osco Drug store in a shopping mall.SARAH2164 Bloomingdale RdGlendale Heights, IL 60139When I opened it I found a squashed, paper-thin incredibly cheap knockoff of the hat pictured on Soulhatter's website. The best way to describe it may be to picture a child's toy cowboy hat from the 1960s, pressed into shape by a machine. The so-called "leather hatband" looks like colored cardboard. Do not order anything from this company! Please also be aware this same outfit runs multiple websites on all social media channels with the same knockoff products. These sites include: soulhatterlackehatnordhatstetsonusastoresWhen I tried to return this piece of junk, I sent them pictures of the crushed toy hat in the box with the shipping label and my order information. I was informed the best they could do was an $11 discount off my original order of 56+ dollars, or I was welcome to ship the hat back to this address in mainland China at my own expense:Consignee: Huang Zhi HengStreet address: Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, on the 4th floor of the developed buildingZipcode: 523660City: DongguanState: GuangdongCountry: ChinaInstead, I contacted my credit card company and explained my purchase with Soulhatter based on fraudulent advertising. I will be sending them all of this information as well.WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ORDERING ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THESE CHINESE RIP-OFF WEBSITES.
If I could give a -1 I would have. I ordered 2 hats. They looked NOTHING like the picture and were poor made!

They should be shut down immediately. Products used:None. I would not USE the product (a hat) that I received, as it is GARBAGE... BASURA!! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“This is a SCAM!”
Please do not spend your hard earned money on these hats! I spent 300.00 on an Arts and Crafts project that went wrong! Facts the hats made out of a flimsy felt and the accessories are not as described on the website, internet, and Instagram! The feathers are not long and full as pictured, I promise you this is upsetting! This is a SCAM! I love hats and to know that now they are scamming you on hats also is disturbing! I am known for wearing brims, and this is appalling! Tip for consumers:I placed this order on April the 11th, and I got the boxes on May the 6th!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

Soulhatter is a total SCAM selling cheap toy ripoff cowboy hats that are nothing like the ones pictured on their site. They clearly offer FREE Returns and a Money Back GUARANTEE on their website but neither is true. When I tried to return the crushed piece of junk that arrived I was offered the choice of an $11 discount or I could ship it back to mainland China at my expense and wait months for a possible refund at their discretion, Do not order anything from this company!!
DO NOT BUY!!! Stay FAR away!! I do wish there was a way to give a -1 review. The website is professionally done, and the hats pictured are high quality and unique. What was received, however, looked like a kid\'s arts and crafts project or a Halloween costume hat. Materials are cheap, construction is sloppy and the finished product is a sad shadow that fails to even effectively mirror the website depiction. Like the other reviewer, when I tried to return the piece of trash that I received, I was offered the choice of a $15 discount, or I could ship it back to mainland China at my expense (though the return policy says otherwise) and wait months for a refund, which they could then refuse for any or no reason. If you had the misfortune of ordering from this company, and want a refund (which, of course you will), don\'t even bother engaging with them. Go straight to your credit card company or banking institution for satisfaction. I received an immediate refund.
