Is sonicdental.co Legit?

DO NOT BUY if you have any intention of returning this product. I bought two and have tried returning the second one which is unopened but get NO RESPONSES from this company other than that they have system problems that don't allow them to issue returns labels.

Great product for our othodontic patients who use it for their aligners and retainers.

I have a night retainer which is 10+ years old, only ever cleaned with tablets.The sonic spa pro in conjunction with dental tablets have given my retainer a new lease on life, cleaning a significant amount of plaque from the guard as well as making it feel fresh when I place it in my mouth.Highly recommend this product 🤩

I bought the sonic dental cleaning pod for my retainer. I have been using it for the past few weeks and it is so much easier and efficient than brushing it each day. It seems to do a great job cleaning it. I’m very happy with the results.

I love in the time it takes to brush my teeth I can get my retainers perfectly clean effortlessly. This removes everything making them sparkling clean and refreshed. I can't imagine going back to not using this.

I bought a Sonic Spa to clean my mouthguard. The device was useless and made absolutely no difference to the mouthguard as the product description suggested. I sought a refund under the 100 day guarantee but was repeatedly ignored by customer service. I approached them by various different means - email, Facebook, Instagram but received no response. I continued to try and contact them for three months and still never heard back from them. Very poor service and product. Not impressed

I have been using 3M Clear Aligners for a few years now and only just a few months ago did I finally pull the trigger to buy an ultrasonic cleaner after just using a toothbrush to clean them and I can say that my aligners are cleaner than ever. They don’t smell bad because the UV light must kill all the bacteria and there is no residue left on them after a 5-min clean with a full cleansing tablet. The only downside I’ll say is the hinge for the top has no resistance so I have to hold the device in a way that keeps the top from slamming down and getting wet when I have to pour out the used solution. Also, when pouring out, despite my various efforts to attempt to prevent the device from getting wet, the used solution always runs down the front and gets the device wet. We’ll see if this ends up causing an issue in the future.

Initially my connecting cable was not working (although the device itself was). I contacted customer service to ask for a new cable and they were prompt, polite and accommodating when replying. They sent me out a new device (which happy to say works perfectly!) and even sent me extra cleaning tablets to make up for the inconvenience. Very happy that I reached out and was received with such a forth coming attitude. More than happy to support small businesses, especially when they deserve it. Excellent product my retainers are so much cleaner, also cleans jewelry!

I tried to return the dental spa as an unwanted Christmas gift. Between the 28th November and the 28th March I wrote countless emails, most ignored. The excuses were that they were busy, couldn’t print returns labels and finally when they gave me a Swindon address I was able to return the item. Radio silence followed regarding my refund and postage refund. I sent formal letters in an effort to resolve the problem. No response. On some good advice I contacted my bank and they will be disputing this with Sonic Dental’s bank. Trading standards have been informed of this issue via CAB.

I was very skeptical. I tried a cheaper competitors from Amazon and sent it back. So, I ordered a Sonic Dental and I honestly thought I would be sending it back too. I used their cleaning tablets and after about 4 days (I used the Sonic Dental cleaner daily), I was blown away by the results. I have no idea how this works, but the results are unbelievable. I highly recommend.

I bought this product for my Invisalign retainers. I did a lot of research on different brands. I chose Sonic Dental because it has the UV light to get rid of germs. My retainers had some stains and after using the very first time I noticed improvement. I kept using daily and after 2 weeks, my retainers look brand new! You cannot tell that they are over 10 years old. I have been using the cleaning tabs and I really like those. I would definitely recommend this company!

I’ve always been concerned that brushing my retainers clean didn’t do the job properly and the Sonic Dental Spa has sorted that out for me, they feel so much cleaner and I feel better wearing them as a result.
