Is solawave.co Legit?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered 2 items from Solawave in July - a red light face mask and red light neck mask. I received a box in July and opened it in September. The order (SW600108) did not have the neck mask but had a cleanser instead that I had not ordered !! I would like Solawave to send the product ( neck mask) I paid for . Solawave is saying that since the label on the box says 4lb that means they shipped the correct items and that I should file a claim with UPS. The actual weight I received is 2.77lb as can be seen in the pics. Clearly this is an error in order packaging and Solawave should honor the payment by sending the right product. I got the face mask so why would I lie about receiving 1 less item??? Wish I could give them ZERO stars

I got this product fully after I read about LED and red light therapy, and understood the limits. It really made a difference in lightening some very persistent dark spots I have and generally making my products work better. That being said the real reason I wanted to write the review is because of Mary. Huge shout out to her. I emailed with a concern about my solawave wand not maintaining its vibration and gave me some troubleshooting tips immediately. She followed up to check if the troubleshooting tips worked and when i let her know it was better but not perfect with her reccos, she offered to send a replacement. Definitely loyal to them now and thanks Mary :)

Solawave's UK site is not in fact based in the UK so, despite the abundant number of emails about their Black Friday offers, when reached checkout suddenly found circa £90 added on for 'shipping'. Love the wand and indeed the serums that go along with it. Sadly, can't now buy direct from Solawave if they're going to add on extortionate shipping which they then say covers shipping & customs to the UK. Great products, sadly no UK presence.

I love my wand and the serum. I did not have it for a long time, only three weeks but I can see some improvements.On another note, I realized after 3 weeks I was missing a refill. I emailed the customer service and within 10mn they responded to me and sent me one! I was plaisently surprised, I didn't ask for it but they did without any questions! I've only been using the Solawave Wand for several days (for appx. 3 min. a day), but I can honestly say I can see a difference in my pore size, fine lines, and overall skin texture. It's crazy!! And even better, the customer service interactions I've had have been phenomenal. They truly care about their customers and made me feel valued and appreciated. Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thank goodness for the Solawave Company and their "magic" Wand! :-)

I purchased two Solowave wands solely because of the help I received from Nicole in Customer Service. Nicole spent a considerable amount of time on the phone explaining their products. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the skincare market! During our conversation, she mentioned a skincare product (which many don't know about) and happens to be my absolute favorite! It made me value her opinion plus gave me the push I needed to purchase. Solowave is very lucky to have her on their team! She is a true asset!

My wand is the holy grail in my routine!! Recently it started acting up on me, and being afraid it would quit completely I reached out to customer service to see what my options were. I was given super quick responses for some trouble shooting, and in the end directed to make a return and they’ll be sending a replacement!! I will forever be a Solawave fan, and this just sealed the deal for me!!

I LOVE Solawave wand! I've been using this almost every night for about a year. It's so easy to use and relaxing. And I believe it's helping with the fine lines and overall texture and complexion. I'm happy with the results so far. It's also gentle on my sensitive skin. When my wand broke by gently cleaning one day, the customer service (Mark) reached out to me right away with an offer to send me a replacement. He continued to update me on the replacement order and checked in with me until I received the package. Truly amazing customer service. I would highly recommend the Solawave wand to anyone thinking about trying red light therapy or looking for a way to improve skin.

I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.

I received a Solawave wand as a gift and had a problem with it. Called Customer Service and after chatting with Mary she deemed a replacement was available and took care of the entire transaction. She was friendly, and knowledgeable and made this the best return experience I've ever had. I was impressed with the way she handled the matter.

I purchased my Solawave wand a while ago but due to health & life issues I haven't had much opportunity to have many "selfcare days"; I have been trying to make that more of a routine again, but I was experiencing issues with my wand. Super long story short, Teresa went above and beyond to help me. Teresa was kind and UNLIKE most interactions now, Teresa followed back up with me. (I honestly can't thank you enough).Solawave still has a customer service line - where you can talk to a human - and they stand behind their product. Looking forward to a better, healthier, and radiant 2024 - my Solawave is one of the tools to help me with that (super excited)!

I love using the Solowave wand. I have a vast array of beauty devices which I've gathered, and used consistently, over the years. The small and convenient to use Solowave "packs a big punch!" I've actually given up on some of my other "beauty treatments." They are no longer necessary, as the Solowave addresses so many concerns. And... the customer service is extraordinary!

OmbreI LOVE the Solawand! This is my second one, I have the original, and wanted to upgrade to the new Radiant Renewal wand. You need this tool, it delivers everything and more. When I apply my sunscreen or foundation after using it.... It sinks into my skin! My skin is glowing and people are noticing, lol!Ps: when I received the radiant renewal it would not turn on . I called and spoke directly to customer service, they were super…. Easily returned and they shipped out a new one promptly …AND included samples of their products .

I love using my Solawave. I love the warming and vibration effect. It took me a while to use is routinely, daily, which is best to see results. My friend at dinner one night said my skin was just glowing. The customer service is outstanding! It’s important to ask questions & communicate with them as they will respond promptly with great tips on ensuring you get the most out of their product. I’m in the process of upgrading from my old one and am looking forward to continuing my journey with Solawave!

For their products itself, i would leave a question mark. However the customer service is impressive. The device i bought from a third party in the UK turned somewhat faulty. I contacted to the Solawave Customer Service. They sent me a newer and improved model, without returning the item i have. I haven’t received the new one yet. I hope it will work well. Hence this 4 stars going for the customer service.

Solawave has some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. My package was delivered to the wrong address and they got right on it, staying in touch with me from start to finished, confirming that it was in my hands! I love their products as well And will be ordering more!

I have been using the Solawave for about a month now and am excited to see the benefits. This is an easy to use skin care product and perfect self care. I have reached out to customer service with a question and Khaye was fantastic to work with and was able to answer all of my questions and provide help very quickly. I started using the serum and love it, definitely makes using the solawave much easier.

just nowNEWI bought a solowave wand from Ulta and it stopped working properly after 4 months. Ulta has a 60Day return policy. I contacted solowave and provided my proof of purchase and they immediately took care of the issue and mailed a replacement. Hard ti find this type of customer service these days.

5 STARS FOR MY WAND AND SOLAWAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've been getting monthly medical facials for a little over a year now for acne scarring. I wanted something to use at home inbetween facials to boost my skins healing process and overall presence. I tried out solawave after hearing a few friends talking about it, but before purchasing I had a laundry list of questions. I spoke with their customer service rep Luke who was SO inviting and helpful, answering my millions of questions - thank you Luke!! He walked me through how it works and how it would help my skin with consistent usage and he was right! I can tell after using the wand daily for a few months, my skins overall appearance is so much more supple and my acne scars are fading EVEN QUICKER!! Thank you Solawave!

I was very sceptical of the claims of Solawave and its customers, but at age 72 I am more than delighted to find that after just 7 or 8 days the fine lines around my eyes and cheeks are much less visible. I'm not giving 5 stars yet, as it's been such a short time, but I have great hopes for the future. Also .. when I had troubles with an online purchase I received a reply and a number of solutions within a few minutes. I only wish Solawave existed in Canada, but apart from the extra shipping costs and longer delivery time, I'm very happy to be able to order from the US.
