Is solarscooters.co.uk Legit?

Buying the scooter was easy but still waiting for it to be delivered before I can give a proper review.

I bought a P1 Pro escooter from Solar Scooters (USA) just over a year ago. At first I was happy with it but now something is afoul with it (display just started blinking various errors). The scooter seems to still run but I don't know if it is safe. I contacted Solar about it and they are not providing a good follow up service at al! This scooter is supposed to have a two year warranty but it seems like they want to avoid honoring that because if they reply to emails at all, they can take 24 hours to reply and then just keep replying with things like 'check this', or 'check that'. No actual solutions or resolution. I totally regret my purchase.

The website is really easy to use, whether it comes to looking for a perfect scooter/bike aswell as making customisation really simple too. I was hesitant with my first purchase as i have just started working whilst in college and need to spend money wisely. Solar Scooters is an amazing investment however, since they offer the highest quality and performance for the best prices compared to other e-scooter/e-bike companies. I will definetely be upgrading to better models in the future. Customer service is really quick and extremely helpful whether it comes to changing anything about the scooter or anything regarding the purchase. They are also very polite and understanding. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication from customer support, even though the had me email them nearly every day the were still great and answered everything I needed to know and never once lied to me.Now in regards to the scooter, she is an absolute animal I was getting up to speeds of 45 and having the death wobble until I popped the seat on there as well and she zoomes up to 50mph 😍 safe to say after a long and exhausting wait I am very satisfied with my solor p1 proThank you solor team Still gutted I didn’t get my free balaclava that I asked for tho having to wait 3 months for the scooter to finally arrive haha but all good that was me trying to get a freebie lol! You don’t ask you don’t get as my mum always use to tell me

Solar Scooters are amazing. Their Customer service are fast if you have any problems. I would recommend buying a Scooter from these guys 100% super fast Customer service and great Scooters

Great customer service leading upto my purchase, had a couple of questions which were answered almost immediately. Scooter is incredible, the acceleration it has even in eco mode gives u the confidence pulling off at traffic lights it's an absolutely solid build aswell which is great..a head turner especially with the tron blue lights on im averaging about 28 miles of range on mine so far, given that I'm over 100kg and it's a fair bit of stop start I would say that's good.Love the product and so far company experience is great.

Great customer service, prices for parts can be expensive but the more you pay the better quality.. got my parts within a few days of ordering. Highly recommend solar scooter! Best scooters money can buy.. (my opinion)

After some time trying to resolve issues with my scooter and Solar customer services, I have finally decided to write a review which is on google reviews. I now have a scooter that is now a doorstop. I have written a review on judge.me but for some reason Solar Scooters haven't published it, even after emailing me as to what the issue was. After I emailed them back with the review I wrote on Google reviews I have not heard a peep for five days so far.

Upgrading from a hi boy and this monster is the next best thing out there. Wonderful staff and service and delivery was timely. Highly recommended.

Amazing service!!!! Extremely prompt to reply to any questions or queries. Kept me updated every step of the way from ordering to receiving my new scooter. Would definitely recommend Solar Scooters. My new toy/work transportation is so well made, I'm enjoying it so much and worth ever penny

Solar scooter ff liteFirstly paid for express delivery scooter came a week later after being lost by the courier.Secondly used the scooter for 3 days 1st technical problem 15mph limiter stuck on could not remove solar said it was a problem with the display, sent me a new display did not resolve the problem then sent a second went back and forth for 2 weeks until the scooter was sent back so there technician could fix the problem and charged me £20 to do so.Had the scooter back 2 weeks and now throttle problems and I'm guessing will take a few weeks to resolve.£1550 of nothing but problems.

Ordered the New P1 3.0Was delivered 2 days later1st look at the scooter and it seems really sturdy, solid piece of kit,Extremely Fast!!!!The acceleration is just insaneOverall very happy, just hope it doesn't break next week like my previous scooter from a different company

Absolutely Outstanding from SolarScooters. Would HIGHLY recommend, first timing buying a product and it certainly won't be the last. I had a little problem with the LCD screen but the Solar team were very quick to respond to my email and sent me a replacement the next day along with a tutorial video on how to set the new one back up. I Can not thank them enough, they go above and beyond for their customers. Their products are INSANE!! I purchased the FF Lite model and I am super super please. GET ON IT!

Was so excited to get the solar eclipse, pre-ordered and had to wait 5 weeks for it to be delivered. But boy it TOTALLY worths it. It smoked my mate's suron x, superb performance for off0roading, suspensions handled beautifully. My mate now wishes to sell his suron to get this instead ahaha!!!

Young boy names Ty helped me thoroughly through the process.If I’m honest had no intentions to buy was more curious after speaking with this young man I had walked away with a E1. I will also be placing a order for the new eclipse bike in the next few month after Ty explained ‘if u think the scooters are amazing wait till you get your hands on the nee eclipse.Honestly give this young boy Ty a raise he deserves it and had a real passion for his craft.Will 100% recommend solar.!!

Fantastic service from solar scooters. Ordered the P1 3.0 Black key no Tron and saddle with the intention of possibly using the saddle at a later date. It arrived next day via Tracked FedEx, I received notifications on the way. It was really securely packaged, double boxed with packing straps. The saddle had been installed prior to dispatch which was great for transporting but did mean four countersunk deck screws had been replaced for longer ones and originals not put in the box so when I removed the saddle post the deck bolts didn’t match. I emailed them about 7pm on Friday evening not expecting to hear anything until at least Monday, I got a reply within two hours offering to send some out and answering another question I had. They sent a full set so I now have a few spares. I’ve since bought some grips from them and received similar high level of service. An actual UK business with a physical location who know the nuts and bolts of the products they sell unlike a lot of scooter sellers drop shipping £1000 boxes with zero support. All round reliable company good products, excellent service and customer support.I would absolutely recommend Solar scooters to a friend.
