Absolutely rip off the money they cost for the product you receive is horrendous I’ve sent numerous emails and messages for returns label and requested refund all ignored avoid,avoid avoid please don’t buy from this company

Absolutely disgusting - STAY CLEAR! We ordered a modern indoor light for £150! It arrived back in March & was faulty. Since then we have been dealing with customer services who are absolutely appalling. In October they finally accepted that our light was faulty & requested we return it which we did & they received it on 31st October. They now have our money & our light & have ceased communicating with us.

Arrived punctually. The light is simple to operate and fit and does everything as claimed at a reasonable price.

Ordering and delivery great, products generally great - however on this occasion the one sensor light stopped working after only a few days. Despite more sunshine this week there is still no signs of life. Will have to return it.

Do not order from these.I ordered & paid for 5 solar lights, showed proof of payment from my account, according to them they have no recollection of me ordering or paying for the items 😂 They continued to ask for a 5 digit code not listening to the fact that I didn’t receive any confirmation what so ever once I’d purchased. Do not use this company, it’s a massive scam. Half my order arrived (in that I ordered 6 things and 3 arrived), but even those prices weren’t what I ordered. It is not possible to get hold of anyone. They keep emailing about “what do I think” and “do I want to use a discount code” but won’t actually respond to my many messages. Do not use this company unless you would also like to be £100 out with no recourse

The solar lights are perfect for my outdoor space. They are bright, reliable, and eco-friendly. Highly recommended! It’s great knowing I’m saving on energy costs while still enjoying a well-lit garden every evening.

Be very careful with this company! I ordered lights on an offer but at checkout was charged the wrong amount. Contacted customer services and after nearly 2months of back and forth (they take ages to respond sometimes). They agreed I had been charged the wrong amount but then in the next email back after I’d asked how soon I’d be getting my refund, they did a 180 and are now refusing to refund the difference.
