solardrop.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives solardrop.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 87.9. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 87.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to solardrop.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning solardrop.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between solardrop.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of solardrop.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of solardrop.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. solardrop.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether solardrop.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether solardrop.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, solardrop.com.

I'm a victim of this dilemma and add to there very clear, poor score/rating.
Scam, scam, scam. Out over 300 dollars on a pair of adjustable weights. Does anyone know what you can do to fight this? Get some payback?
(minus 10 stars!!!) I ordered some 15lb bumper plates back in 12/29/20 and as per July 2021, I never received anything. I try to contact them in several occasions and I received a couple of replays me goods had arrived by the were subject to 90 day "quarantine" because of COVID. Bottom line they got my money and I never received the purchased items. TOTAL SCAM!!!
Yup, this is definitely a scam. Pretty crappy thing to do to people looking to stay fit during the pandemic. I experienced the same thing as everyone else - Bought $400 dumb bell set around December --> got a notification that it shipped --> never received anything --> reached out and got a response from some weird video customer response suggesting there was a 90-day delay. Looks like their website no longer exists.Surely the money can be traced to somewhere; Is anyone aware of an active lawsuit to join?
Ordered bumper plates, it’s been 4 months. The website is set up as automated responses no matter what your concern is. Spent over $70 never received anything I’ve been reaching out multiple times and getting automated emails promising a response. Never got a response. Website is a scam Don’t buy from this website!
GOT SCAMMED along with everyone else... ordered barbell December 20th for my sons Christmas present... it is April 4th and never received and have emailed around 7 times and no response ... I guess I should have investigated more but company looked legit especially since they offered payments through Klarna which I have used before ...
Definitely criminals. Do not order from these scammers. Ordered bumper plates early November and they never arrived, and they don’t respond to emails. These crooks need to be prosecuted. My credit card company just refunded my money. Hopefully they’ll go after them.
Does Google even look at all of these reviews? Tried contacting my bank but apparently they couldn’t do anything about reversing the charges (140) for a pair of bumper plates. Karma will get this unscrupulous individuals that profit like this. Spread the word as much as you can and tell your friends and family not to even open their site.
Similar to other reviews, THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered dumbbells in December 2020 and have yet to receive them. When I have inquired I have received responses from Traci Dowdy and Maria Bea saying that the sales are final and I can only get a refund when the equipment reaches port, taking approximately 90 days. I will keep trying but I want to warn potential consumers.
Ordered bumper plates from them on November 30, 2020. Was contacted by them on January 6, 2021, saying they were on "holiday" but the order is being processed and supposedly shipped. Tried numerous times to contact them again over the last two weeks and no response. Covid has nothing to do with it. Ordered internationally as recently as two months ago and the item was delivered within 10 days. They are definitely running a scam. Just thankful it was under $100. No way to get that back.
I placed an order Jan 2021 for over$400.Have never received an update regarding items. Have emailed and called several times. No one has returned my messages. I have contacted Klarna multiple times too, for help. Don’t order from this website..
Ordered a dumbbell set in early December 2020 and my credit card was charged $350=/- and a caution that it may take 60-90 days as it was an overseas shipment. They've never responded to my email inquiries. My experience is almost identical to the first 10 or so reviews I read. One star only because I couldn't review without giving a rating of one to five stars.
Ordered quite a few plates from this website with practically zero correspondence. Reached out via email with no response, then reached out via their 'video messge' service and recieved a video message back saying my order will one updated soon once it's shipped from China by some weird random woman. It's been 2 months and I've got nothing. Do not buy from here, they will steal from you. Will be disputing the charges as it is very clearly a fraudulent business.
I purchased dining chairs on December 16, 2020. Thought it was odd that I hadn't received a confirmation, so I contacted them via their "customer support messaging portal." I received a reply from a woman who called herself Feli D, stating that my weight equipment would be shipped from China and could take up to 90 days... since I hadn't ordered "weight equipment," I suspected that this was a standardized response message. I called my bank and reported them immediately. After many more messages, I have still not heard back from Solardrop.
the only reason they receive 1 star is because it would not allow me to write the review without a rating. They are a scam ordered weight set 11/11/2020 never received them. Contacted them no response requested a refund no response now trying to go through my bank to get my money back. If I could have written this review with out giving a 1star rating it would have been NO stars.
If I could put zero stars I would, I ordered dumbbells back on October 2020,accoedomg to the person email emailing me they have been at the port of Miami since November but Customs is holding on on their packages. We'll to my surprise many emails later, I stopped hearing from them.
Wish I could give them a “0” rating. I ordered weight plates from them September 23! All I get is continual computer video generated responses advising me there are logistical issues. They aren’t BBB accredited but I just filed a consumer complaint with the state of Florida Attorney General as they are domiciled in Florida. I’m also working with my credit card company to dispute the charge. Unbelievable!
Do NOT order from this company. I ordered adjustable dumbbells from them on December 6. They charged my credit card on the same date. Currently, I am still awaiting ANY contact from them at all, even after reaching out to them 3 times via their website (there is no phone number listed for customer service), regarding the status of my order. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY.
Stop!!!! Do Not Order From These Crooks!!!!!!Ordered bumper plates for son for Christmas first part of January. Still have not received. Claims shipped and some weird video of a woman talking comes on. Try to pull up website and states has been taken down. Hoping there is legal action starting. Definitely feel very taken advantage of!!!!
I too was scammed by this company. The "good" reviews are written by fake emails and usernames. The email I got with shipping notification said I could reply to that email with questions, when you hit reply there is no address in the subject line. The physical address listed is a luxury apartment complex in Florida. The "video" customer service is not true, I suspect she is part of the scam. I disputed the charge and was thankfully refunded.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Are You the Owner of solardrop.com?

If you own solardrop.com, we would love to hear from you. However, if you would like to challenge this review and trust score, we are more than willing to take a deeper look, but be prepared to offer solid proof of your business. Please introduce yourself first (your name, not "Admin"). Consumers are smart. Typically, they don't trust websites that don't show transparency, such as the location of the business, team, or any other physical existence. When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things: * Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.). * Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook. * If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.). We are more than willing to update the review right away—the more proof you show, the higher the trust score will be.
