I would give 0 stars if I could. They claimed delay after delay and then offered a refund since their products were never gonna ship and kept saying they would escalate my refund and now they refuse to answer my emails about getting a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I had basically the same experience as the other people reviewing here. I received my first two hoodies, and I liked them a lot. So much that I kept giving the company the benefit of the doubt when I was being strung along. I received countless emails about production problems, your hoodie will be shipped on this date, sorry for the inconvenience, etc. until finally all communication stopped. And, of course, too late for any refund from my bank. Please don’t let my experience and those of all these other customers fall on deaf ears! DO NOT ORDER!!

Same as everyone else here. At the time I placed my order this company seemed to be delivering with great reviews. It's now been 18 months since they took my money. After many false promises, they stopped responding to my inquiries. I cannot believe they have the gall to continue to operate their website. It may have been legit once, but now it is definitely a scam.

I ordered a speciality hoodie over 2 years ago and have been promised this hoodie as well as an additional hoodie to help “compensate” for the time it has taken. Like someone else said now they are ignoring me. I received my first order fine but not now. And they won’t respond to emails. Bad company. Bad customer service

Like everyone else, I placed an order I never received and got no response to my emails requesting an update. If you ordered with a credit card, dispute the charge with your credit card company. I was refunded by mine in less than a few hours. I also just noticed that I stopped receiving marketing emails from them completely the SAME DAY I placed my order. Doesn't seem to be a coincidence.

I placed an order on 3rd April 2024 with 2-3 day expedited shipping. It's now two weeks later and I have not received anything and they are not responding to my messages.My advice is to avoid this company as they clearly don't care about their customers.Evidence of my order can be supplied to Trustpilot to back up my review if needed.

Ordered two years ago, never received any product. Was strung along until I was outside of the period that I could dispute the credit card charge. Don't trust this company for a second, don't order anything from them, and dispute the charge ASAP if you have recently ordered because you won't receive anything.

I have had the same problem as what many others are writing - I ordered clothing at the beginning of March, haven’t received them, and have not had any responses to several emailed requests. Looks like I’ve been scammed.

Same as everyone else-except I’m wearing a Softserve hoodie as I type this. They shipped one but not the other that I ordered 2 christmases ago. I was so patient and their emails were so personalized and professional. I don’t understand how they can get away with this. Ever since I finally requested a refund, they stopped replying to my emails. I now receive an auto reply and never receive an actual response. What in the world? How can they sleep at night?

SCAM! Run! If you have placed an order and never received it, pursue a refund with your financial institution or PayPal! They had decent products at one time and now if they ship, the product is shoddy. Do not order. Check Facebook site for reviews and you will see the stories!

I ordered some clothing from the soft serve clothing store back in December 2022. A month later I still hadn’t received the order, so I contacted their customer service team and was emailing rep named D (for the sake of the employee I won’t write his full name). He said that it’d be shipping on June 2023 & due to the inconvenience he’d organise a $50 gift card (which I never received). August 2023 still no items, another email later shipping will now be end of October 2023. I emailed back telling D it was not good enough and that I wanted the items now or a complete refund; he mentioned that “transition with our new manufacturer has taken longer than we expected and we never want to sacrifice the quality that you have come to expect from us. Our new manufacturing partner has finally got our quality standards down and we are back to sewing hoodies full time again. Your items are in production and our entire team is working non-stop to try and speed this process along”. This company has taken almost $300 of my money with no product to show for it. I’ve attempted to contact them again and all I’m getting is an automated response. This company is absolutely appalling and I would not recommend them or shop with them again; as all they seem to do is take your money and lie. If this is how they treat customers, then I genuinely hope that they get shut down because their company is simply fraudulent and despicable.

Only one star as I can’t give none. Hoodie is nothing special soft on outside but just feels like a normal hoodie turned inside out. Dreadful customer service, why would I track a £40 hoodie, after waiting nearly two months having returned item I have yet to receive my refund. Next time an ad like this pops up on Instagram go to “irrelevant” as it all seems like a scam, highly disappointed all round.

Never ships. Just gives canned answers about why it’s not coming. Production delays, etc. Claimed they had trouble with the print. I asked repeatedly for them to just ship whatever is my size and item style. I didn’t care about the color/print anymore. I ordered September of 2022. It’s April of 2024. They still are giving me excuses and no products or refunds. Looking for the company on Facebook to reach out to them, I found review groups for Soft Serve Clothing. Found out there are literally thousands of people who never received the orders and had the same robotic sounding emails. No products, no refunds. Company still is taking orders and somehow has not been legally shutdown for fraud.

They have in the past sent orders weeks to months later, but always finally delivered. This year they put me off from late March to June to an absolute “guarantee” of August 31st. “Supply chain issues” “new production partner” many apologies. Today (Sept 4th) they said Oct 31st. My reply to that email and another direct email to support bounced back. “No such email address”. The items I ordered are being advertised on their website as shipping Oct 31st. Don’t believe them.

Ordered a Halloween themed pre-order hoodie. By Mid November nothing had shipped. Started emailing with them and eventually disputed the change through my credit card and won. The emails from them were odd either they dont have command of the English language (despite saying they are in California) or they dont have good reading compression skills. Either way, these are not people skilled at fulfillment. Steer clear!

This company is a nightmare to deal with, I ordered 2 sweatshirts on August 6th,I’m still waiting to receive them almost 3 months later! I have emailed them on numerous occasions only to be fobbed off with ridiculous excuses. Disgraceful way to operate a so called business! Ordered mine a week ago, got it today. I am autistic with texture sensitivity so the inside being more of a tshirt material is good for me. The outside is soft and it is nice and warm, with sizes being a comfortable fit. Outside definitely looks like it will pill in the future, its kind of a fuzzy stuffed animal type of fluff. I probably wouldnt buy another one full price, but I dont regret my purchase.

Ordered merchandise last November and still waiting on 1 item. Keep being told it will ship at such and such date. Requested a refund or a different color product… crickets. Crap company! Do not order from them!

Really wish I had researched more before purchasing. These hoodies were overly expensive so I thought surely they’d be amazing, but after one single wash, hoodie pocket detached on the side. Like others I see, I reached out to customer service to see if they could help - no offer to return, just a $25 credit to future purchases. No thank you, I’ll pass on sending more money their way. No concern in response about quality control and lot#. I would advise others to just keep scrolling and save your money.

Yeah - don’t buy from this company. Also my unisex size small hoodie was equivalent to a men’s large and small unisex joggers equivalent to a child’s size. It doesn’t even make sense. Cheap materials, POOR sewing (loose strings everywhere) and from what I understand no returns or exchanges if you open the package. Customer service takes forever. 1.3 rating on BBB and now I know why. Just save your $100. Go to Marshalls and spend $20, the quality will undoubtedly be superior.

I have multiple orders worth hundreds of dollars, paid, that have yet to be filled. It's been over a year now. They just keep stealing money and not sending product. I've had successful transactions with them in the past, but it seems like they got behind and just kept selling rather than fulfilling orders. I've given them the benefit of the doubt until now. I've been waiting for my order since 10/8/22 and they keep pushing out the shipping date. Now it is early March. I've sent multiple emails to get a refund but never get one. I never received my order from November of 2022. I have contacted them several times. Every response was we are sorry for the delay and give some date in the future. When that date came and went I would email again and again there would be another date in the future. Finally I said cancel my order and refund my money. Ok we can do that and it will take 7-10 business days. After that came and went I emailed again and this time the system that does the refunds is down but our IT department is working on it. This was a great company a few years ago, but have quickly gone down hill. Like another review I read, I ordered in October, waited for the anticipated delivery date of November. Never came. Emailed them and got nothing but excuses. Waited till February. NOTHING! After giving me the run around and trying to convince me to wait longer, I finally got a refund. I bought a sweatshirt when they were featured on Deals and Steals. Got it for a good price. I liked it because it was very soft. It looks messy because of the fabric but I only use it for casual wear. A few months later I decided to get 2 more. Well, that was in March and I am still waiting! I "pre-ordered" a dark purple sweatshirt from them in Sept 2022. $49. Now it is January 2023 and I still have no sweatshirt! The site did not give me a date of delivery when I purchased it.
