Is soera-shop.com Legit?

The quality is excellent for the price I paid, styles exactly like the picture. Delivery was late though. It took 25 days for my order to be delivered. Maybe that’s because I didn’t pay the extra 5 bucks for the soera protection. Saying this because I ordered another bag with the premium protection after that and it took half time to be delivered

my experience was good. The shipping is always fast and quick. I’ve never ever had a problem with sizing or exchanging things overall. A really great brand.

I placed an order on December 10th, It arrived on December 29th, deliveries are quoted as being 8-10 days. This item took 19 days.It was a Christmas present, I questioned the delivery of the item several times, all I was told was to check the link and it was in transit. It was impossible to track the item down and to know when it would be delivered. It just turned up on my door step yesterday.Please do not order through this company, terrible service.

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with an online shopping website! Nowhere on their website did they clearly state that returns must be sent to China. This critical information was entirely omitted, leaving customers unaware of the significant costs involved. And they are forcing us to pay fee of £12 for international tracking—a cost that is both unreasonable and unfair. I payed £9 for international standard and sent it to them, but they replied that they won’t process a refund for me because it is not tracked!!!This lack of transparency and the additional financial burden placed on customers is unacceptable.To make matters worse, the dress I received is far from what was advertised. The photos on their website were entirely misleading, and the product I received does not match the description or quality promised. This feels deceptive and unprofessional.They ultimately refused to issue a refund, leaving me not only paying for both the delivery and return fees but also losing the full price of the product I had already returned. In total, I ended up wasting £50 for absolutely nothing—a complete waste of money!

I am absolutely made up with this bag , looks exactly like the picture. I love the design and the attention to detail ❤️I would definitely buy from here again . Delivery was exactly two weeks.

The leather jacket I got is really nice! You can tell it’s not genuine leather however, the style and fashion of it is still very appealing. It’s lightweight which is great compared to other leather jackets and it’s so chic! Love it

DO NOT BUY FROM HEREI purchased a dress on the 19/12/24 for it to arrive on time for new years, i got a email the next day saying it was on its way. I then left it for a while but had no more information after that, i didn’t think anything of it as it was around christmas time however, once i had asked for an update on the 23rd i received one explaining it was sold out and the courier will have it soon, still nothing so last night on boxing day i come on to reviews only to find the same issues with others, luckily thanks to monzo all i had to do was supply some evidence and got refunded straight away. They steal your money!!

I saw a AD on Instagram multible times & I thought I give it a try. Was a little bit sceptic but it was totally worth it! Love my new bag from Soera

Drop shipping scam. Claim they are german but are producing cheap goods and sending them from China. I bought a cotton blouse and when it arrived it was polyester. They refused to refund me even though they must under Australian consumer law. Do not shop with them!!

Item never arrived, customer service phone number on website doesn’t work and when I email them I get replies that don’t make any sense. One sentence of broken English that has nothing to do with my order! They make it seem like they are a European company but now I can see the credit card transaction on my statement the company (and items they are selling) are in china. Luckily I used Amex so I have opened a dispute to get my money back but everyone should AVOID this fraudulent company at all costs!!!

I’m so out of control with my package! I’m waiting for it 2 months and I can’t contact them by phone!!! The phone number said that not exist. I’m writing emails and the answers are stupid and not helpful at all. The tracking number is not working and I can’t found it nowhere and I don’t now with which courier company will come to my country! I told them to give me refund and they didn’t give it to me yet and also the package is still missing and I can’t track it nowhere!!!!

I purchased a bag almost month ago, they sent me a tracking number that didn’t even exist. I contacted the forwarder since I wasn’t getting any delivery information by clicking on the tracking number, they confirmed that the tracking number didn’t exist with them. I contacted Soera and they said my item was out of stock but now is available and will be shipped shortly, I asked for a tracking number and they said: they will not give me a tracking number! This company is a scam, stay away and do not purchase anything from them. To this day, still no package. Don’t trust this company. They steal money from you!

Placed an order 2 months before Christmas for a gift for my sister. I reached out 16 days after it said it was shipped and there was no update on the shipping link. I was told it was not their problem it was in transit but they would follow up, which they did not. I then proceeded to email the company every 3-4 days for updates and they failed to reply and when did offered no help. 5 days before Christmas they advised they have dispatched a replacement product. I emailed back stating I did not want as I would not have it in time for Christmas and I would prefer a refund. Christmas has now come and gone and now they are saying I have to pay to return the bag that I have not received for a refund. The customer service from this company is the worst I have come across. I will never purchase again or recommend this company to anyone in the future.

I'd like say how utterly disgusted I am at this company . Delivery date, the tracking and the uninterested response to my emails . Total lack of communication of my order and the lack of care to a customer, a delivery date was promised before Christmas and yet no delivery .they hiding behind , "The response of on router to my city " they are not interested. Would never recommend this company. Stay away and be aware wish I read the reviews before the order .

I am so frustrated with this company ordered two bags separate orders delivery time over 15 days late than said couldn’t give for Xmas present due to late delivery must have sent 10 emails as tracking was incorrect Return you pay but is back to China so the cost outways what you pay I’ve emailed so many times for return documents and they have been rude don’t answer my questions see the reply Thanks for your message.We generally do not send return labels.Thank you for your patience and understanding.Best regards / Beste Grüße,AndreasWhat kinda reply is that I asked to return the items they asked for order number and tracking numbers and he sent this reply back Avoid because the return process is appalling and frustrating bad customer service it’s not worth the purchase tbh

Bags was as expected. Lovely bag. It took a little longer to come but that would have been due to the Christmas post. Would definitely use this site again.
