Is sockologie.com Legit?

I did not receive my socks although tracking number said they were delivered. Lili responded quickly to my inquiry 1 week before Christmas by expediting the socks in stock and refunding me for the ones that were no longer available. I even added a pair. Great customer service.

The variety of socks was impressive and when I had questions about my order, they were super helpful and friendly! Will be coming back to order more :)

Garbage company with dishonest and fraudulent practices. Contact me to join a class action lawsuit.

Customer service is a joke. I tried all day yesterday January 19th to get a hold of someone on there chat option and got nothing. Emailed and got nothing. Ordered socks and paid for 3 day shipping to have them by January 21 (order was placed January 15th) USPS app shows the socks will not be arriving until Saturday January 22. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and find another company to order socks from.

I experienced some issues with shipping (reasonable given the times we live in). I left a low review and contacted customer service about my order because I thought it was truly internal. I heard back immediately from their team. They offered me a refund which was really appreciated since I really don’t think I’ll be getting it at this point (it’s been well over a month but this is is not their fault after they sent it). I’ve bought their socks before and love them. Comfortable, durable, and fun! Highly recommend. Shame this shipment likely won’t arrive, but I’m very pleased with the help I got.

Ordered three pairs of socks for delivery to the UK to a very tight schedule. Package was held up in handover from USPS to ParcelForce requiring quick intervention to amend error in address. Prompt action by Sockologie after my email request ensured disaster was averted and the socks were delivered on time.

I'd grown tired of looking through tons of sock stores to find the same old designs in all of them; Sockologie had all of the classics, of course, but also some new designs I hadn't seen and that fit my personality so well. Shipping was free and quick, and the socks themselves were not only cute but SO SOFT. Love them.

The products are absolutely great quality. Even better than I expected. The shipping was very quick on their end and the shippers weren’t terrible either. I love fun socks and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have ordered from others companies before and have been very satisfied. However, I sent a picture in and it was not what I received. VERY disappointed. I was not notified per email about the picture and they hacked half of it out. I will not be reordering because it took a long time for delivery, and the picture was not what I sent in, so it probably would not be in time for Christmas. Watch what companies you order from!

I bought these socks as a gift so I can’t speak to the socks themselves. But I can say that sockologie is a great store. There is a huge variety and I was able to find exactly the very specific thing i was looking for. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. Overall a great shopping experience.

After a bad experience with another sock seller, I was reticent to try Sockologie but it had best reviews among what I could find. I was satisfied with not only the quality of the products but the promptness of the delivery. Highly recommend!

While the order came quickly the quality just wasn't there for all the products I purchased. Within two washings, two pairs of socks had holes where they are sewn together at the toe.

I order a pair of black hummingbird socks for ladies about 2 months ago. They were adorable, however after 2 or 3 wears a hole on the toe area appeared and eventually one also on the heel area. I texted CS and stated what had happened. Lili texted me and asked if I would like a replacement. I texted her back and said that would be very thoughtful - to date, I have not received a response or a pair of the socks. Please don’t say you will do something and not back it up - that is not good business practice. Thank you!

I received my order very quickly. The socks were designed well and of good quality. Each sock is going to be placed as an extra item in a Christmas stocking referring to something that recipient likes. I know they will be a hit!

I placed an order with them and the items were not delivered. They said that USPS said they could not deliver the package because of an address error or something. I checked the address multiple times and have had thing shipped to that exact address in the past. I asked for a refund and they told me once the items had made it back to the warehouse they would give me a refund. The order was placed in December. I still do not have a refund and the time has been lost. I’ve also sent 4 emails and they have all been ignored.

I ordered several pairs of knee socks from a few companies. The quality of the Sockologie socks were far superior to the others. They were much thick, and offered good comfort. The socks arrived within days of my purchase!

Ordered socks as stocking stuffers for Christmas. Recieved the wrong items. Have been waiting for a month for a replacement. Can't even get the company to get back to me. Horrible customer service. Do Not Order From This Company!
