Is sockdreams.com Legit?

These are the best socks! It has been years since I order my socks there. You may have to pay tax/duty but they are sooooo worth every penny! Plus, when you receive your order they handwrite "thank you" on the bill/ packing slip, it adds a personal and human touch. I don't put my socks in the dryer and they last for so long. Tons of choice, for everyone, I sure will keep ordering at Sock Dreams!!!! 💖

Been waiting over a month and still nothing. For socks that cost $50 with shipping, that’s pretty disappointing to say the least.

I've been a customer for a long time and every single time I order they are SO FAST at shipping it out. They currently offer free shipping at their own cost with the option of helping pay. Which is honestly above and beyond. If anything it's *too* generous. They're inclusive and wonderful and I just wanted to say thank you to the whole Sock Dreams team for all the hard work and your fun sock designs always make my day.

My guilty pleasure store, nothing beats a comfy socks especially during colder months, while at home I don't wear anything else really only acrylic socks bought here. (What sucks is the piling but that's obviously fabric problem not the manufacturer's, acrylic is acrylic.)Pretty good selection I would say, color variants being added from time to time. Reliable shipping and support never had a problem there.Downsides if there are any, stock can be sometimes pretty limited and the restock takes time it's a smaller business after all. Price is also bit on the more expensive side I believe for locals it's quite decent still not perfect, but for people outside paying customs yeah, those socks are not cheap but it's worth it. (At least for me)If you want something more than just a value pack socks from your local supermarket this is the place. Highly recommend

To the amazing people at sock dreams! I ordered some neon thigh highs socks from them! they have the comfiest, most comfortable, well designed socks. USPS damaged my package and its contents in transit and I reached out to customer service, in a very timely fashion I was paired with Deliah and she was SO wonderful; insanely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get my damaged pair of socks, which were to be a gift, replaced, AND offered solutions to fix my damaged pair, even trying to find videos of how to repair them! She was super sweet too. If I liked this company before, with this experience, I love them and would recommend it to anyone!

Did not receive our order and were told that we didn't purchase insurance on the shipment so we do not get a refund and they cannot guarantee another shipment would make it either. I'm trying to have it sent to a different address to see if that works. My kiddo is heartbroken.Actually now, Jaya has helped file a claim and track down our package. So I'll give 'em 3 stars for effort! Hopefully we can find itQ!

I checked customs before ordering and am aware of percentage to pay but you declared at least 2 items as being $100 an value which is ridiculous. Purchased amount was $100 and on you declaration it was closer to $300 meaning duties set at 60% of what i actually paid. Unless the socks are weaved in gold you guys are scammers and if item is returned probably wont refund me. Easy money for you I guess. Item sent back to customs with complaint

I reached out to them because something I wanted was discontinued. Customer service told me about the item, said she'd put in a word to get similar items, and even helped me order something out of stock on the website that they actually had one left of. I've had absolutely no problems ordering from them and I'm a big fan of how they conduct themselves. If I could leave six stars, I would.

Ordered 2 pairs for my wife at a cost of £34.92 including postage. Paypal added fees on of £1.21 and the UK customs charges came in at £13.48 so the total cost for 2 pairs of socks was a whopping £50.82, ouch!Postage times (Sock Dreams quote 7-16 days): Ordered 5th February, parcel en-route 6th February, parcel left San Francisco 17th February (12 days after order was placed), arrived UK 18th February, customs charges notified to me 22nd February (total time 17 days).Summary: Socks are good but not worth twenty five quid a pair (my fault for not looking into the customs charges properly).

I am so excited every time I get to email Sock Dreams for any reason, because I've gotten the most lovely and effective support, every single time. A while ago I asked about a pride sticker I was hoping to see made, and they eventually did make it, and kept their promise to remind me when it was available. Thank you so much!

I've bought tons of socks from them and they're always prompt with my orders and the quality of the product is amazing. This time I shipped to a new address and the post office returned to sender because I wasn't listed as a member of the household and SockDreams promptly responded and fixed the situation. I super appreciate their awesome service.

My package was stolen from my apartment, and since I didn't buy insurance there was technically nothing they could do. But Delilah was so helpful and offered me a credit to the store for the price of my order since it was my first time buying anything from them! I started buying Sock Dreams products a few years ago, and have been absolutely delighted with them. They are of excellent quality, wash well, feel great and look great. The service is also outstanding. To be honest, I get a little sick of so many places leaning on that "we're a small business" thing so they can get away with anything and make people feel guilty for saying, wait a minute...but THIS is the way a small business should be run. They sell a great product at reasonable prices, every interaction with them is a pleasure and not a pain, and what they offer is not the same old, same old you find elsewhere.

I have been gifted and bought several pairs of socks and thigh highs from them. They have been the best quality socks I have purchased in my life. Every item I have is comfortable, fits well and the material is better than sock I've owned in the past. The sock glue is an amazing product, has a solid hold on the articles of clothing that you want to stay in place. The shipping has been incredibly fast even with recent events. The customer service is 10/10. I recommend them to everyone I know looking at getting socks and thigh highs.

Was accidentally sent the wrong socks and after I emailed them, they got back to me in the same day and rectified my issue. Very quick and easy. They're sending me another pair of socks and letting me keep the ones they sent by accident. That's pretty great customer service and everything went exactly as they had said.As for the comfort of the socks, they're great. Super comfortable and don't hug my legs too tightly, which was my initial concern as my thighs are quite big. Very colourful too, I love them. Have been wearing them whenever I get the opportunity.I recommend Sock Dreams. This was my first experience and I'm very pleased with how things have gone, even considering the small mix up. c:

aside from high quality products, the only time that I did have an issue with a product all I had to do is email about the issue and they are sending a replacement pair my way, very friendly and nice customer support too

I ordered a pair of socks and their sock glue. The total came to $26. When I typed in my card information, they said my card was declined which is absolute nonsense because my card is valid and there’s plenty of money on it. When I checked my transaction history for my card, it said I was charged the $26 on their site TWICE! How is a website gonna decline your card and still take the money off it? This website is a scam and I will never even try to purchase anything from them again! I’ll take my business elsewhere with honest merchants!

“Pretty Disappointed When Plus Size Socks are Really NOT, Return Policy Awful”

Some of their socks are great but many of the plus size ones I ordered are not even close to plus. I would say, terrific site if you're skinny, very hit or miss (mostly miss for me at least) is you're larger sized. I think their return policy is terrible and obviously designed to make you not initiate a return, so if you're unhappy with your purchase they could care less. The socks on this site are beautiful, but this is how I feel about my experiences with them.

I'm in love with SockDreams. I've bought a handful of socks and tights from there. They're well-made and fit well--especially as I'm taller than most people, I appreciate the extended sizes. Their products are always soft and comfortable, great for going to college in a cold city :) I'm always impressed by their free and fast shipping.

What a great little small business. I was looking for a very specific product and so many different people on other site recommended this business. I took a look and and made 2 small purchases and the products came very swiftly-on time. I ordered them right after Christmas and they still came really fast! And... Free shipping and handling. :) They have a very basic site but they give you all the information that you would need (pictures of the products on REAL people of all shapes and sizes, sizing, size of product, reviews from real customers). Also upon receiving my order there was a little handwritten thank you note-I love companies like this who understand that their customers are who are going to keep them in business. The product is great quality! They may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They also support local charities! A portion of one of my socks that I purchased went to a local charity...
