I ordered my son new cleats from SoccerPro on Saturday, they were shipped on Monday with tracking immediately provided and arrived on Wednesday. Such an easy process and the cleats are exactly what we wanted. I read lots of reviews that made me question buying from them but decided to go for it because the price couldn't be beat, SO GLAD I DID.

NEW INFO: Package arrived. Never was able to get through to company, nor was I given any shipping info.Placed an order for gift jersey for my grandson. Cannot find out the status (3 emails and hours on hold through their phone hotline).NO RESPONSE AT ALL.After reading other similar reviews and experiences, it appears this company is not legit.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. Website states you will receive orders within 10 business days. I have waited over a month, and by the way the site never let me know that the shipment was delayed, and these were gifts for my son's birthday that never arrived. They would not offer me a discount or do anything for the inconvenience. Will NEVER order from them again and I highly suggest others go elsewhere. These are expensive jerseys and really terrible customer service and experience.

Let me start by saying, I think this site is great. I didn’t read any reviews before I placed my order and once I saw them I got really nervous. I placed an order for a brand new pair of adidas soccer cleats $240 price tag on May 26, 2022.They shipped it through UPS but it was handed over to USPS and USPS took the final delivery part for some reason.The problem is that I never received the product even though USPS marked it as delivered.I sent them email asking for a help regarding the situation twice(May 29 and Jun 1) but they would not even bother answering me back(today's date is Jun 5th), which means this missing package issue has ben on going for more than 2 weeks but they wouldn't even care.Considering that they mentioned one of their business core values as "Strive to create the most unique soccer experience online", I am afraid that they are not taking it serious.

They dispatched my order immediately and it arrived 3 business days later.
