Is soccer03.shop Legit?

Ordered Liverpools new 3rd, quality is really good given the price & the sizes are pretty accurate by European standards.Heads up to first time buyers…It took around two months to get to me, given experiences below that’s about the average if not longer. There’s little to no customer experience & tracking is useless until the day before, so you just have to be patient it’ll eventually arrive.

ordered some items off here paid and had no trouble whatsoever they arrived in about 10 days . the items were excellent and will be buying again from here

My shirt never arrived got in touch and all they said was ask Royal Mail they’ve not helped me at all I won’t be ordering again I believe they are a scam

I ordered two jerseys last month. I finally got its been delivered. But I didn't get the item. So I checked and it is sent to the wrong address. I live in Brisbane and I wrote the correct address but they are keep saying ‘Dont worry the item is delivered, ask your family or neighbours if they have your product’. I have been emailing them three times already but nothings changed just same replies all the time. I contacted my bank so I can get it refund. Hope they confirm this issue.

I made the order on the 17th of august. On the website it says delivered but the status says shipped?? I wrote an email and whatsApp messages and got no replies. I have no idea if I should cancel the order and try to somehow get my money back or just continue waiting like everybody here is suggesting.

I've used soccor 03 before and always had success. Usually shirts arrive in 3 weeks and are exceptional quality. This time unfortunately it's been over 4 weeks and I've received nothing. Most frustrating is the total lack of communication. Sadly I can't recommend and won't use again.

Fourth time ordering. For people in Ireland they have changed delivery provider from DPD to An Post in the last few months which seems to have affected their delivery times and customs clearance.It took two months for tops to arrive (I ordered end of June) just keep the faith. I wouldn’t bother communicating with them they will ignore or fob you off so just sit back and wait, they will come eventually. That has always been my dealings anyway.Jersey’s were good quality as usual, they got the names right, just took ages hence the 4 stars and not 5. 7 jersey's with names, numbers, prem badges, plus delivery for €120, very happy children. We all know why we use the site.Hopefully you all get sorted soon.

Waited well over a month for my order to arrive. Quality was good but won’t order again. It arrived with one kit missing and have no idea on how to get a refund.!

They do take a long time to deliver 3 to 4 weeks maybe longer but have to be patient for the price you pay and the quality you receive is outstanding better then paying 100 plus for the rip off genuine ones would highly recommend soccer03 just be patient your order will arrive I've used them a few times now without issue.

Absolute Disaster Ordered 7 Jerseys/Kits. One response asking for more information of the purchse.I added a screenshot of Order number, address and name in the first email. Over 1 month since order, not holding out much hope reading some of these reviews.

Awful, paid for football kit, been waiting 4 weeks, no communication. Still no items received!

I've ordered a few times from this site, Quality is fantastic but postage is quite long. You could be waiting 3 to 4 weeks at least. Sometimes they may not have the product in stock and they will ship once restocked. My last order was on the 7th of July, It arrived in ireland on the 23rd of July and on the 24th i have this update; DUB, Customs clearance agent received the shipment in destination country. Have heard nothing since. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

All the low star reviews, I would just say be patient! Mine took 4 weeks to arrive but WORTH IT. The quality is really good and will def order again, best replicas I have bought and material quality 10/10. I always hand wash, haven’t tried the washing machine but have lasted well. No they don’t/are slow to answer emails but if you are prepared to wait patiently they will arrive! Also they have a mention on the website saying that the exchange rate changes daily as they charge in HKD so sometimes it will be a few pounds more or less, that’s normal when ordering from overseas! I think mine was £3 more than advertised… and yes they charge in HKD so don’t panic when you see a large amount on your statement, just check it on the currency converter! Would def order more from this site, you just need to be patient 😎

I ordered my jerseys on 8/08/24 and recived them this morning took about the time they said but sizes are way off Asian sizes I got xl and don't fit I were a xl on jerseys so I South if there 3x will fit

So everyone can make mistakes its how we rectify them that counts and unfortunately this company don't care.Sent a shirt with roman on the bk for the name when I requested ROWAN!! Waited 3 days for solution but they just ignored me thus the negative review.Will now request a chargeback from my bank.

Order placed on July 4th 2024 and still haven’t arrived. Numerous emails sent and replies I have received state “Be Patient” there’s only so much patience customers can have trusting your company. It feels that your Delivery courier’s might be walking to the parcels destination hence taking nearly 2months.

First and last time using these my arsenal jersey arrived with man United player B.fernandez on the back instead of Odegaard. Obviously the jersey can’t be worn. No reply from them to help us out.

Placed my order on the 7th of July and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s now the 23rd of August🙈Person on WhatsApp was very helpful initially but not responding anymore and emails seem to be going into a void. They blamed Irish customs yet a bought a product from China on the 15th of August and it arrived today!!! No problem with customs there. It’s a pitty as my friend has bought from them on several occasions and jerseys look decent. Won’t be buying from them again.

Very good quality you get what you order. Does intend to take a good few weeks to come. But if your willing to wait website is very good. The only negative thing about this website is you have to order ages before when you want for as I have experience because I ordered for my kids for there birthday a week before and didn't come for a few weeks after I hope soccer03 take this information and can work on this as that would make a 5 star website for me.

Ordered on 3rd July. It’s now the 17 August and last update I received was 1st August saying it arrived in customs.. however on the tracking it randomly switched from Chinese to English and there is also typos in the tracking, which gives me the impression they are overwriting the tracking.Customer service is awful. They just don’t reply.I recommend using DH gate instead, as these are scammers.
