Absolutely love this company and the Soakie community on their Facebook page. The service Jay and team offer is fantastic and the quality of their products is top notch. There are also loyalty points which gives you discount on repeat orders. Very worthwhile joking the support Facebook page as there are tutorials and the other soakies help any troubleshooting. First class.

Soak Rockford is a company that goes beyond expectations, I made a mistake on my order and when I bet got in touch with them they were more than happy to correct it for me so I got what I wanted rather than what I ordered. I wish more companies were like this one. Thank you soak Rockford x

Absolutely amazing company, the owner is lovely. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they go above and beyond for their customers. And one thing I have noted and that I find incredible - unlike other companies, soak rochford does not care about other companies or bad mouths them in any way! They always put their customers first, the Facebook group is full of helpful, lovely people and no questions is ever a stupid question. Well done Jay and team ❤️

It's hard to believe just how fast orders are processed, packed & sent out at soak Rochford. I can't think of 1 single thing that I feel could be improved. If you want to see an example of perfect then look at soak Rochford

I ordered some items from Soak Rochford and living within 4 miles I requested to collect, I received a phone call within 45 minutes that the items were ready for collection. On arrival I spoke to the owner who was very knowledgeable about the products in general and she showed me some samples that they had produced themselves. First class service so will definitely use again.

I have a few of my own assessments but after watching Soak Rochford for a while I couldn't wait any longer and purchase their bathbomb assessment. I have just been blown away with the care and support they have for their customers, and don't even get me started on their quick shipping, just unbelievable. Soak are now my main supplier and I can't wait to get my hands on more of their assessments. I am so excited at which direction my small business can go because of these guys. I loved the idea of the mould and it was detailed and I've not seen this mould before, however it's not very flexible so I don't see how I can use it for all different types of crafting. Also I did look at the description and yet it seemed very small and for how much I paid, £12 I personally don't feel it worth the money.

Repeatedly amazed by the speed this company dispatches orders! Practically located at the opposite end of the country to where they are based and they still manage to get an order out to me within a day. Don't know how they do it. Never had a mistake in an order and the item quality is fab! Highly recommend

Simply the best! I always get my whipping soap from them and I've always received 100% quality every time. As we're all aware of the cost of living crisis has effected EVERYONE! However they have been really good thinking about cost for ther customers..removed points to keep the cost down for us is amazing actually! I'd rather loose a few points than have to pay more for the product so 10 10 all round. In my eyes they are the best! Highly recommended company and excellent customer service!
