“Terrible customer service, border line fraud.”

Spent 1300 dollars (was 1500 before discount) on snow clothing after I purchased everything online I received a email stating that half the stuff I ordered was not in stock. Then after I asked to change gear and if I would get anything for the mess around they just stopped replying and have not sent my money back. Currently seeking legal advice on this matter. Would never recommend to anyone and would strongly recommend avoiding.

Gloves are real nice, great place to order from. Shipping was quick and they have a very nice selection of quality products to choose from. I really like the filters for outdoor gear so you can easily get past things like being waterproof or not since on many sites that is difficult to find.

Love this coat! If you are looking for a warm coat, look no further than this one. The sleeves have an extension with thumb holes which is great under gloves to keep cold air from going up your arms. The hood is removeable, multiple inner and outer pockets, a rab to run your ear bud wire through. Glad I bought it!

Great quality for the price (not like North Face, Patagoina etc. etc.) - just check the waterproof and breathability technical scores against similarly priced items from these more well-known brands. Really cool designs too. Fast shipping and free returns! What is there not to love?

“Very poor customer service”

Snowshred cancelled our account with no notice and they had almost no notes in their system on what the issue was and no explanation about why we were not notified in advance. When I finally got a hold of them they were not helpful at all and just did not care about what happened. They just kept saying they cant help me because my account is cancelled due to some ACH issue between banks. Our first notice this was happening, after over a decade of service, was our customers not being able to book online and it continued to not work for 36 hours while I got set up with another company.

Over all good experience. I ordered a helmet that was a size too big. The return policy is nice and easy, although I had to ask about my return before the money was actually returned. But if that's the biggest problem then I'd say there is nothing to worry about.

I needed something to wear outside for my job and so far it has been very comfy. I got a medium because I wanted to wear with many layers underneath. Warm but not too bulky. I loved all the pockets and the hood it is just perfect.

I absolutely recommend this snow bib. I have a trip coming up and needed some good snow pants. I was stuck between choosing either a large regular but I ended up choosing the extra large/ short bib. My measurements are roughly height 5,1 and weight 180lbs. Hope this helps out for any of you trying to figure out the size to go with. I normally do not review but this item really made me happy. The fit was so perfect for my body type since there was a "short" option.

Very warm and great fit. Was sad that even though it should have been the same as my mothers, as it was from the exact same post, just different color, it ended up being a completely different brand, that did not have the sleeves in the cuffs with the thumb hole like hers. But still a great jacket!

“GREAT Jacket for the Price”

Needed a winter jacket with a hood for a trip to Iceland (expected & experienced temps in the 20-35 degree range). As we live in Florida and don't travel in cold areas too often, didn't want to spend to much. When the jacket arrived I was immediately impressed, and was even more happy once we arrived in Iceland and I was warm and comfortable the entire week. Roomy enough to wear layers underneath (noting I bought a medium instead of a small for this exact reason -- I'm 5'1" & 120 lbs). Got caught in a brief rainshower while walking one day and the jacket repelled the water and my layers underneath stayed completely dry and the jacket dried quickly once we were indoors.

“Waterproof And Warm!”

I bought these for a trip to Iceland. Best decision ever. I've owned snow pants in the past and hated them - the swish swish noise they make as you walk, how poofy they feel, how big you feel walking around in them... not the case with these. I felt very athletic in them. They fit remarkably well. They fit higher up on the waist than I had expected, but it's not annoying. Boot cut length. Roomy in the legs (so not like skinny jeans), but not so roomy you feel like you need to wear thermal leggings under them. The fleece lining was wonderful. I'm 5'7" and 160 pounds and the large was a perfect fit.

Great Quality and Warm! This jacket/coat is perfect for my younger brother. He weighs almost 130 pounds and is about 5'6 and a Medium was perfect. I would say it runs true to size and is very spacious for when he wears large hoodies and sweaters. Recommend 10/10!
