Is snowcityshop.com Legit?

I spent $340 on outdoor curtains and they faded immediately. I got some replacements but, they are fading as well. I'm SOL. Order white and save yourself the disappointment.

Marvelous water proof outdoor curtains that I have bought from Snow City. I was able to buy three pairs that could enable me to control wind driven snow and rain in outer yard of my house. All of these proved quite good and worked as per my expectations. Even I was not able to find any single slang and order delivery and shipment mechanism proved quite good and smooth. I am comfortable with mode of dealing and customer complaint handling system since as and when I asked to their complaint assistant he was there to assist me as per my expectations. I shall go for placing of further orders and strongly recommend these towards others and my relatives.

We live in Portland Oregon. The double grommet curtains are perfect for our new pergola. The initial size we ordered was a bit short and snowcity sent us new ones, for just the price differential! customer service via chat was excellent and extremely customer oriented. The curtains are waterproof and block light nicely, but they are not super heavy so they do blow a bit in the wind. We need to either attach weights or tie it down using the lower grommets. Overall, it has been a very positive experience. Thankyou!

We purchased several large teal blue double grommet panels for an area that sees maybe 2-3 hours of sun per day. Within 5-6 weeks they were completely faded on parts of the panels that were facing outward when the curtains were fully open and tied back.

Florida resident. Purchased outdoor curtains for the pool cage area. Over the course of 12 months, purchased 7 of the brown 100" x 84". Curtains faded to light brown within a few months. I could live with that.Within 6 months curtains began shedding a powdery substance. In other words the curtains began to disintegrate. They are now literally tearing apart in multiple areas when I slide them across the outdoor curtain rod. Product advertised as appropriate for outdoor use. What isn't mentioned is "product will need to be replaced annually or sooner" due to mother nature and inferior material used in the production of the curtain.Waste of money!

I bought these curtiains in Feb 2021 and put them up in my outdoor shower in August. And while the fabric is strong and good shape, the grommets cannot not handle the florida climate sun heat salty air and rain.The grommets are all rusted and have bled into the fabric. These are not for the outdoors. If it rains in your climate you will have the same issue. These are not meant for the outdoor elements at all. They probably wouldnt even perform well indoors either with the cheap metal they use in grommets. About 6 months of use for $80. Now thats a rip off!!!!

I absolutely adore my new cream waterproof blackout curtains. Not only has it transformed the look of my patio, it was cooler and more comfortable in the heat and sun of summer and now that the weather has gotten chilly we are able to heat the patio with just a little space heater. I needed some odd sizes but Mia and the measurement instructions were very helpful in making my measurements perfect. I could not be more thrilled with value or quality.

I ordered unsure of what I was going to receive well let me tell you these outdoor curtains are AMAZING! Excellent Quality I do mean Excellent, they are truly water resistant & I can honestly say they have sustained they weather. I put these early December & it’s now mid March and they are still Amazing. Shipping was really fast. This review is a true review I say this bcuz I do most of my shopping online & rely on accurate reviews. Love Love Love my outdoor curtains, now that the weather is changing I’ve already ordered the outdoor sheer panels that’s due to arrive in a few days! Super excited

Ordered just two curtains almost a month ago and when I inquired about the status of the order they replied with “your order has already shipped” and gave a FedEx tracking number - which was just a label that was created. Shows as never even getting to FedEx. You can tell most of the recent reviews on here are fake by the poor grammar. I’m trying to get my money back. Not very hopeful!

We bought our curtains in May of last year (10months) and almost all of the curtains are losing the plastic rings that hold them on the curtain rod. We have contacted Snowcity multiple times and they refuse to do anything about it. They didn't even offer a discount to buy new ones. NOTHING. They said the 45-day return window is the warranty period. Absolutely terrible that we spend around $200 and they don't even last a year. Horrible customer service. BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND

Product arrived on time, but 9-10 were correct, and one was wrong size I ordered. Contacted SnowCity and the response was quick and resolved the issue just as fast. Product has good qualities from material, to craftsmanship. No issue so far, hope to get many years out of this product.

I was shipped the wrong item. I ordered a double grommeted curtain (grommet's top and bottom) but only received grommet's on the top. Working with customer service to resolve, but I am not hopeful. Will update if resolved. Update: No resolution offered - no return accepted.

Excellent Waterproof outdoor curtains! I bought a pair to control the wind-driven snow and rain in my side yard. Worked perfectly! They held up under 60 MPH winds without a single snag. My cats LOVE to lay in the lee of these curtains during a storm, rather than go into their heated cat houses out in the garage. I will be ordering more once I frame an area to block the view of my pool from the street. LOVE these curtains!!

My niece first purchased a set for her patio - I just had to have a set for myself. We have a 6 ft privacy fence and due to the slope of the yard peeps can still clearly see into our back yard! We recently built a cabana around our hot tub for privacy and a more relaxing experience. The Snowcity Curtains are perfect. Absolutely beautiful. The color is exactly as represented on the website. They are heavy enough to block the street light, soft, elegant, durable and look amazing when there is a breeze. I will post pictures once I hang a few more panels. So pleased with the quality and quick delivery that I wanted them to be fuller around the HT.

These curatins are EVERYTHING! We just screened in our deck and was looking for options to provide more privacy and block the sun and snow. We special ordered and they arrived in a timely fashion. The colors are magnificent! We have received so many compliments!! I highly recommend these curatins!! I really wish I could post a picture!!

Love my outdoor curtains. Had a small issue with a few panel's. I ordered 15 panels so one could expect a a flaw or 2. Contacted Snowcity a my concern was handled immediately and new panels were shipped and received quickly. Yes they do definitely block the sun, wind and repel water. Very happy with my purchase, I have gotten many compliments at how great they look. Being in Covid times they were perfect for our outdoor Thanksgiving event. We now dine on our patio and watch T.V. most nights out on patio. When it gets chilly we light our patio heater and the panels help keep heat in and the wind out.

I am very pleased that i decided to purchase my outdoor curtains from snowcityshop. I had ordered the wrong size on my second order and contacted them about a exchange. Not only did they work with me to get the right size they afforded to let me keep the order that i had messed up on. Having sent them back to them earlier in the week they said no problem and they picked up the shipping coast for my new order. i will be doing more business with them and gave them a referral to a few of my family members.

Worth the money!!!Purchased curtains with magnetic tiebacks and the pillow cases. I just loved it. The best thing is that you have varieties of colour options. The sizes are customizable. The shipping is fast. The quality is amazing. Worth the money.

I just want to thank Snow City! What was once a pipe dream of enclosing my porch with curtains, is now a reality thanks to Snow City.The curtains are high quality, and beautiful. Not to mention affordable.I bought the waterproof top and bottom grommet, and hung them outside the railing to prevent billowing in on the porch during windy weather.My customer assistant Bunny, was wonderful. My emails were answered promptly, if not immediately and I couldn't be happier.If I had any complaint at all, it would be that some of my curtains faded in the sun. I bought black. It was the southern exposure and so I suppose that should be expected. It probably would not be an issue with lighter colors though.I will recommend them to anyone who asks me about the curtains and passer by are always commenting on them. I'm just so happy with them and I'm sure your experience will be the same.
