Amazing service. Fast, adaptable and reliable.The taxi was brand new, and the driver was super polite and professional.For sure will be using this again!

The driver was very responsible and patient. At the airport, he patiently looked for the departure terminal of the airlines I was flying with. He helped me with my luggage and didn't even bother to wait for tips.

Don't book this taxi for picking up from airport. I booked an airport pickup from Schiphol. My flight got delayed 1hr. Called the driver 5 hour before the pickup up time and informed flight got delayed 1hr, so please come accordingly. He said a different driver will pick up. After arriving Called the driver and he refused to come. Doesn't expected this much irresponsible service. Better to avoid their service.

Everything went smoothless. Booked a trip for 6 am on a Sunday, with a few days in advance. The driver called 10 min before arriving at my address. He was very nice, the car was spotless clean and the trip was very enjoyable. Very happy with the service!

Our driver, Taksim, kept us updated on his progress and arrived at the correct place in Gouda, even though it is quite tricky to get there. His Mercedes van was immaculately clean and smelled quite pleasant inside. He assisted with loading all the luggage as well.As a driver, this gentleman is an example of a very careful, professional man who takes his job seriously. Not once did he exceed the speed limit and we felt very safe in his vehicle.He dropped us off at the correct terminal and once again assisted to unload our luggage.I wish to state that we were extremely happy with the service of this company, and especially with Taksim. We will certainly make use of their services in future again!

Service was on time, very pleasant chauffeur and accommodating when I realised I had left my phone behind. Did not hesitate to take me back to fetch it even though it put pressure on him to get to his next client in time. Great service from him as well as the office!

There are only 3 thing I want to say:-Perfect drivers, The trip we did in the morning our driver was the best.-Comfort, if need to do this trip without the taxy I had to take train bus and again bus with no comfort running and this was just perfect no rush.-On our trip back our driver was not able to acces the point where we where but we talk and we found the wait to meet this person was also very nice driver.Thanks for this service :)

Booked online without any issues. Taxi arrived on time and got me to my destination. driver was very courteous. This was my first time using this company so was a bit apprehensive however i will use them again no problem.

DRIVER SHOWED UP 5 MINUTES BEFORE REQUESTED. CAME AND GREETED US. HELPED WITH THE BAGS,(CARRY ON ONLY). CHEERFUL AND TALKATIVE! DROVE IN A VERY SAFE MANNER AND GOT US TO SCHIPOL IN A TIMELY WAY. (THE CAB WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS AS WELL)

The driver was great communicating, we talked by whatsapp and everything was very clear. He was waiting for me when I landed and the car was new and spotless.

Booking was easy. Taxi arrived in time at 3:50 am, made 1 extra stop at our request and the taxi driver helped up with the heavy luggage. A very good and reliable service.

I booked online taxi from Nijmegen to Amsterdam airport on 15th Nov 2024. Pick up point was inside the NXP campus at 3pm. I was waiting inside the campus on that building reception since 2:55pm and till 3.08 pm and no one came in and taxi driver did not even call me (I had clearly written in the booking to call me at my number upon arrival). Then I asked the building receptionist to call the driver. The drivers replies that he had been waiting outside the NXP complex for half an hour (never called me or the reception and I never asked him to arrive at 2:30pm) and he have left the site now. He did not bother to return back and pick me up to AMS Airport? Online payment was already done for Euro 166. When contacted the company and the company says he followed the protocol and they cannot return money. They did not even verify that the driver never reached the building which was supposed to be the pick-up point. So horrible. I lost Euro 166 for such a day light robbery by the company. Do not book this company taxi online. Stay away if you love your money. Company have set minimal protocols and drivers just follow minimal protocols (gives just miss calls) and they are aware that if the follow protocol then can leave the site and pocket the money and go for next hunt. Beware of Sneleentaxi Robbery.

The driver was flexible and friendly for our request of changing the pickup time earlier in the very early morning.

Very disappointed, booked, paid and it was canceled by the provider hours later. When we woke up this morning we received an Email with the cancelation. Cause of this my husband lost his job now. Our car broke down on Friday evening when all garages where closed already and we couldn't get a Taxi to go to work on Saturday morning, so we booked for today morning ( the place we are living there's no public transport to his working place). I can't recommend this and can't try again.
